I had the absolute best experience with Sandy for a complicated vehicle title issue. She knew exactly what to do and how to help me. I cannot recommend this location and her highly enough.

I went to the currency exchange to have a simple letter for immigration notarized, every currency exchange charges $1.00, here they charged me $5.00. If you go to Elk Grove Village any other currency exchange in the area they charge $1.00. Typical Waukegan-Glenview. Any business on this street you will pay triple or more for any service. Avoid any business including them on Waukegan Avenue in Glenview unless you like wasting your money on unprofessional disrespectful behavior. I will drive an extra 30 minutes to avoid this place.

Very rude! $10 credit card fee. ATM doesnt work and was told thats not their problem after it wouldnt release my card. Asked me to step out while they deal with it.

Poor customer service, comparatively high fees. If youre looking for moneygram transfer, its much cheaper elsewhere (Wal-Mart for example). I think it must be tough on the poor workers here. Avoid at all costs!

The customer service in the last 6 months has turned for the worst. I remember this place always having a great staff and friendly customer service. This place has the worst customer service to date. Sandy is rude and very disrespectful. She is very combative, argumentative and not customer friendly. She refused to assist/service me because others were standing in line and I was taking a little bit more time to provide the information she requested .....so, I was rushed and she moved to the next window to assist others and never assisted me with my request. I walked out the establishment angry and confused. Why would Sandy treat a customer with so much anger and disrespect. It’s disappointing and very unprofessional to represent any business that service customers in that manner. She refused to provide me with the owners information to file a complaint regarding her disrespectful behavior.

I got my car registered at this location and Sandy was really helpful and thorough with her work! Highly recommend this place for all your needs!

Needed a title transfer, and DMV was so difficult. I am so happy I decided to go the the Glenview Currency Exchange! Vicky knew exactly what I needed, and got it done stat!! She was attentive, quick and so nice! My plates also came in less than a week after she processed my paperwork! Thanks again Vicky I will definitely be back!

Went today to renew plates. Vicky was so kind and so helpful. It made paying even more fees to Illinois a little less aggravating!

Poor customer service. Was sending money through moneygram and the lady in charge was very sarcastic, rude and was not helpful at all. Wouldn’t even give out her name when asked who she was. Don’t waste your time coming here. Very unprofessional!

On Day 1, we went to have some documents notarized. No problem. On Day 2, we went back for some more documents to be notarized and were denied service stating arbitrary reasons. Both documents were of same nature - legal documents related to an asset. Even before we could explain the nature of document to Clerk 2, Clerk 1 stopped by and repeatedly asked her to say no. It seemed like she made up her mind to deny service. It was Clerk 1 who notarized on Day 1. We felt unwelcome and were practically shooed away asking us to go to Chase. We knew banks only notarize for customers. Anyway, we got it notarized in UPS by Jewel Osco in under 10 minutes and were treated professionally. As Glenview resident, I have been to Currency Exchange many times (buy passes, remittance, notary etc.) and that will be my last trip.

The customer service in this place is abysmal, the worst. I will deal with a much longer drive to avoid ever going here again.

A very nice woman works there now. It was my pleasure to send money to another country. No problem at all plus great service!

Went to get new plates today and Mike that works there was nothing but professional and fast . No more Secretary of State offices !!!!!!

Great people and easy in and out. I would have given a 5 star rating but all currencies raised their rates recently, which is financially painful.

The woman was awful. She stated I needed to bring her a copy of my dads ID, so I went home to get one. When I got back she told me it was too big and that she would not sell me the city sticker. She seemed to enjoy screwing with me.

This location is unable to cash out of state checks at this location. Didnt know each currency exchange has a separate policy due to different management. Had to go to the issuing bank for a ten dollar fee - first merit bank.

Clerk was very nice yet casual when i was there.

Still the same! After five years, still lousy service. Your assumed manager is losing money for the business. Made it impossible to get a city sticker for my 73 year old father.

The worst currency exchange I’ve ever been to they refused to even try to see if they could access my card, because she said my name wasn’t on the card.
