Worst exterior wash for the money and the staff pushes the 25 dollar option ti do a bettrr job. I would not watse your time if you want a good wash. Go somewhere else!!!

Caveat Emptor **BUYERS BEWARE!**AVOID THIS CAR WASH AT ALL COST. Glenview’s Best?? More like Glenview’s WORST! Even if it’s “complimentary from C&M”. I had a voucher for a complementary clean and they refused to honor it. In fact, they wanted and expected me to pay for it. They couldn’t understand the meaning of “complimentary wash”. I was shocked when my car came out just as dirty as it came in. You get poor quality cleaning and scratches on your vehicle from their washer blades, and if you pay for “Ultimate wash $24.99”you are even more skewed because you really only get “basic or protection clean.” You and your car deserve better.They have atrocious customer service, guys who don’t know how to clean cars and they perform price gouging (as you can see in the photo below: a basic wash jumped up 25% from $14.99 to $19.99, and Ultimate wash went from $19.99 to $24.99). I expect so much better if I’m going to be paying that kind of money for my vehicle to be cleaned. Best to take your business elsewhere.

Had such a terrible experience at this car wash. Wash did not clean vehicle at all! I went to ask for a manager to let them know that their wash doesn’t clean and literally all these workers whom I encountered yelled in my face saying “it is what it is”. Like what? Well, sir, $0.00 tip for you and $0.00 tip for you. And you know what? “your tip is what it is.” Don’t treat customers like that. I am taking my business elsewhere and to hell with those people.

20$ for a car wash that lasted less then 15 minutes and still had Dirt Spots all over it and the Hispanic Gentlemen asked me to tip him to clean it??????I paid $20.00 for a less 15 minute job and he is demanding me to tip him to clean the car....WOW....$1.00 tip wasnt enough for a machine driven car-wash.Never again.
