Supercuts @ Patriot Blvd., and E. Lake St. = Favorite for near 15 years. Great staff. 5-6 on duty peak hours. Ladies hair wash, color, perm, etc. Men, I guess most the same, some men do all that stuff these days. Supercuts allows you to call their local # and make what I will call a soft appointment within a 90 minute window. For me, this is very convenient, I often work long hours, so if I start at 4am and work until 7:30pm, I can call at 7:15pm and ask for a cut at 8pm or 8:15pm and still have time with family, relax and crash @ decent hour. Staff is very competent with sharp objects, personable, place very clean.I had 2 Brittany Spaniels for 13 years and did my own grooming of them. Trimming, thinning shears, clippers can do alot of hurt on a dog. Not that I hurt them...ever ultra careful, but took a while to build up the strength in my hands to control th clippers & shears.So I give these ladies a triple AAA safety & competency rating. They follow instructions when I tell them how I like my cut. Not that it is complex, but they all have done it and it is always within the parameters I request. Great cuts. Fair price worthy of a good if not generous tip. Thanks Martha!

If I could give no stars I would. I walked in at 4:30 PM on a Tuesday with an empty lobby and was told they were too busy to cut my hair.

Terrible check in system. Checked in online, get there and tell them Im there and the lady yells whos next and takes some walk-in that came after me. Whats the point of online check-in? The employees also seem miserable and cant wait to punch out.

This place tells me to make an appointment after I walked in using a walk-in coupon. Then makes the appointment while Im standing there for an hour later. When I show up for my appointment Im told that Ill have to wait an hour and fifteen minutes due to additional walk-in traffic. So I asked the rude lady if I made an appointment, why am I the one that should wait? She says because these other people were here first to which I asked why did I make an appointment? Her answer was so I could get a hair cut. So in front of her walk in traffic I asked her if she had ever made reservations for dinner at a restuarant, she said yes. I then explained that my appointment was a reservation of time at a specific time to get this haircut.She played stupid with me as after I left I called in and asked in a deeper voice if there was a wait time and she replied maybe 10 minutes and did I wish to make an over the phone apointment? I said sure and checked my appointment online and sure enough it was there for 10 minutes later. I called to make sure of the wait time and she said she was on time. I showed up again and she again told me to sit and wait perhaps 45 minutes. I left and all this over a $10 hair cut. Im a bald man who just wanted a quick clean up.

I first walked in and asked if they knew how to skin fade. the lady said she could. there are 2 very clear lines around my head that she couldnt blend properly. so I paid for my haircut then asked everyone else if they knew how to fade. all ignored me except one that said I dont know how to fade well enough. so I left embarrassed with my haircut. beware, they are a gossipy bunch

There is no organization they take walk ins over my check in I did on line. They run behind.

The lady that was today sucks! She does not understand when I said cut my hear 3 inches everywhere. She cut I little bet.Waste of time & money! Dont go there. 20/07/2016

Terrible, terrible customer service. I called to schedule an appointment and the hairdresser hung up on me.
