Ive been using their services for over 5 years now. Definitely worth the monthly plan, getting your car interior cleaned is quite a wait most days. More bays and hands needed or perhaps a larger better situated location. However, it is the cheapest in the area!

I gave 5 stars because they are understaffed, and were working hard! I could tell when they got to my car to vacuum, and finish up they were tired. And it showed in the work. But! I will go back! They were very nice, hard working, and I could tell if they had a full team things would be different. Definitely give them a try. I did not see any service for detailing, but for weekly cleaning, this is a good place to go!

They cant handle being busy. I have their monthly unlimited car wash its $20 less than Touchless carwash but less is what you get. This is my car after leaving, when I calles and reported the poor service, I was told bring it back tomorrow we will clean for you, ah you think I PAY FOR UNLIMITED SIR.

It was my first time there so it didnt go to smooth my front wheels wasnt cleaned to good and i wasnt told to drive back around to get the tire shine on my tires but i will give them another try to see how it goes.

I pay a flat fee every month and I get my vehicle washed as often as I want every month and they do pretty good job. 😎

Great place to get your car washed!

This is my 4th and last time coming here. I got a great deal on Groupon, but I cant see myself spending 28$ for a carwash from here.I am very dissatisfied on the level of customer service That i received at Pirates Car wash. This is my fourth time at at this location and everytime i visit, the same treatment happens alll the time.My car was clean on the outside but not the same on inside, it wasnt busy on the two times i visited. Im not sure if they give special treatment to certain customers but i differently notice fellow customers complained about the improper service they received.I had to ask them three times to re-clean my interior. For someone to purchase a $20+ A service, car wash I expect my interior to be clean.Customer service at this location is unacceptable and there is no quality check being done to ensure a through service.More supervision have to be done, my car was not wiped after car wash, also i had to ask them twice to re-clean my car inside and outside. a lot of customers was also displeased at this location. I will not come back to this location again and will visit the car wash a bit further down Seabrook carwash.

Going to this car wash for years and the car wash broke my rear wiper blade and owner says hes not responsible because he put tape on it. Probably could have meet me half way but nothing. I currently have a monthly membership that I will cancel and take my services to another car wash.

Great car wash on body of car! I suggest that you clean your rims yourself because the brushes dont go in between the spokes and the tire shine women always miss spots with the tire shine

Got some discounts using Groupon...one of the best car wash experience with the price. Be prepared to be on a line. Time might be around an 1hr when busy to finish. Best to also have the car clusters cleaned up to save time.

I was worried about getting my car detailed on a day where the evening weather is going to take a turn for the worst, but I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. I received a full interior and exterior detail and my car looked great. This car has probably not been detailed since before 2008 and looks better than it has in a while. Customer Service was great and I was able to leave my car and come back when my detail was completed with no worries.

Had my brand new car washed there. Got the mutiny package (basic wash + hand dry) for $11 plus wheel cleaning/tire shine for $3= $14 total. Gave them a few dollars tip for being so quick about it. Good price, quick, nice location (i.e. not a dangerous chop-shop looking hell hole), no laziness detected, very good work! Good job guys. Ill definitely be back.

The detailing service at Pirates Car Wash was an excellent experience. The young lady that handled the appointment was professional and knowledgeable. The technicians handled any personal items left with care. And the detailing itself was top notch. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone and I will be taking advantage of their services again in the near future.

I thought they did a wonderful job on my very dirty SUV. I had been hauling tools and dogs around all summer and now my car looks new inside and out. They were ready for me when I got there and called as soon as they were done. I will definitely use them again.

Don’t come here their employees steal!!! I’ve been an “Admiral” member for over 8 years. An employee was caught stealing from my car today and management was very nonchalant about the whole situation. Which says to me that they either allow their employees to do it or they are complacent with stealing. Now I understand management can’t watch everything their employees do. But how the manager didn’t seem to care about this incident is what disappointment me the most. The employee admitted to the crime and they were not reprimanded. They lost a loyal customer today.

I drove up to the wrong section and they didnt make me feel like an idiot like a lot of other places would! The receptionist made of point of being able to correctly say my name which I appreciate as its a tricky one to pronounce.They were fast, courteous and did a fantastic job on my car. It smelt great, all the tree sap was taken off and it looks wonderfully shiny. I would recommend them and have done so to friends. Well worth a trip.

I had my 1 year old truck fully detailed inside and out. The team did a fantastic job; my truck looks amazing. Customer service was great, I was met outside as soon as I pulled up and received a call as soon as my vehicle was complete. I highly recommend Pirates Car Wash!!!!

Great wash since COV19 Shutdown!

I usually get Combo B (outside washed) only. This car wash seems to use pretty good products that makes my wash last a while before getting dirty again. When it rains my car doesnt seem to get the water spots after getting it washed at pirates. Now, the only reason why I didnt give it 5 stars is because the last few times they missed the same couple of spots on my winshield it looked like they never touched my winshield in some spots. I also didnt give it 5 stars because they need to include a sign or have the people who dry your car after coming out of the wash let customers know that they have to loop back around to get wheels and all wiped down. There is no way for a new customer to know this. Which means a new customer can miss out on a complete wash.

I had my car detailed at Pirates Car Wash and they did a great job. They even pulled an old set of floor mats out of the trunk and did them as well. Very happy with the work they did and will for sure go back in the future.

Absolute worst car wash experience ever. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU DONT WANT A TON OF SCRATCHES! They used dirty moist rough rags at the end of the wash to dry cars. My Jeep Wrangler is black in color and now shows a ton of small scratches. I spoke to the Manager on duty Bickey and he was unapologetic and plain old rude. He also refused to give the owners name but instead gave a generic email address. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND CAR...DO NOT USE PIRATES!

Ive been a customer for about 1 year now; I enrolled both my wife & my cars in the monthly program. It took a couple of trips before I got the level of service I expected and it shows every time I bring our cars in for cleaning. Especially helpful in the winter for cleaning salt from the body and under carriage. With subscription you can wash your car every day or every hour.

I dropped my car in the morning. When I went to pick it up, I almost cannot recognize it! It is a brand new car which has been cleaned in and out. Love it!PS, the smell of car freshner they put in my car isnt my type of thing but I do like the pink color :)

I was a customer for one year. Overall, these guys work hard to keep your car clean. There are a couple of the staff members who go above and beyond, unfortunately I dont know their names, and some who just want to get you out of there.I had one very negative experience which I would like to express. The African American lady at the scanning station (sorry dont know her name either) literally screamed at me. She is generally nice or at least neutral, but this one day I attempted to use their supplies to clean a spot which was accidentally missed by the guys. She screamed at me WHAT ARE YOU DOING and got super aggravated and told me STOP because it was car shine which I was using. Her action was correct but the way she lost it was unacceptable. She has no right to talk to her customer in that way, I dont care if she is the owner of the place or owners wife, she need to know her place, customer comes first, there is a way to correct someones negligence. Its good that she cares about her customer and her business but please limit your interaction with customers if you dont know how to talk.

You can get Groupons two washes for like $28.00 the last time I looked they do a great job on the car inside and out you have to get on them about the windows. Would have given a five but everytime I have to get on them to do my windows over.

Thieves.They stole airpods out of my car!Spoke with manager and showed him where the airpods were last visibile - just 10 mins previously - at Pirates Car Wash.Crazy to think I was robbed at a place called Pirates Car Wash.

The monthly wash plan is a great deal. They do a good job, plus they are not as busy as the carwash up the street.

We enjoyed being members here, but the lines were so long most days that I just couldnt wait to go through with 3 kiddos in tow.

I purchased a Groupon deal for Pirates Car Wash this fall. I have never had my 9 year old car detailed and with my two kids the thing was honestly just a mess. I figured for $79 if I could get someone to clean the inside and outside it was not a waste of money. I had an expectation that the car would be clean but I had no idea that it would look just like it did when I drove it off of the lot 9 years ago. Everything was shiny and clean. The floors were free of the many stains from over the years. They found things in the car that had disappeared years before. In a sentence, they rock! I called all of my friends and family. That should tell you how impressed I was. In addition, they gave me a discount card to go back again. I will be back. I feel bad that I was in a rush and forgot to tip them but I will be going back tomorrow to remedy that. Good work guys and gals!

Pretty quick with the wash and they have free vacuuming if you dont pay for the inside package. Their system for the inside package is quirky and confusing. It is also difficult to exit the parking lot. The post deals on Groupon frequently too!

This company is only good in the summer time they get you to sign up for a monthly plan for them to clean your car, but there barely open they say you have an unlimited wash each day but thats false your only allowed one wash per day, and the employees do not vacuum out your car good they just rush and leave all the dirt in places where they could reach but they choice not to i would not recommend this carwash to anybody. One thing good about this company os that they allow you to use the free vacuum. Everytime i get a wash i have to tell them to vacuum again thats not good service

They took my quarters that I had accidentally left in the car in the coin cubby. Sure, it was only ~$5, but its a violation of trust. If they want tips, they should post signs as such; I would have tipped.Not a huge deal, as this has happened before with complementary valet, but it just means you need to make sure you removed everything from your car youll mind losing.

They had an automatic car wash, that washed my car, for $12. And the lady hand dried it. It was worth it. My car was filthy.

Honestly, I wont be back. I took my car in and it was almost as dirty when I left as when I arrived. Ive never had to drive myself through a car wash before or stand there like a dunce while they cleaned the inside of my car. They wiped the dash, but didnt do the console, seats or anything else! Such a shame. They are convenient to my job and the monthly program would have been just up my lane.

Avoid this car wash, unless you are looking for a subpar experience. I took my car there for a car wash as I had bought a Groupon and its close to my work. The whole car wash took about 3 minutes in total. The inside of my car looks exactly the same as I had when I took it in as you can see in the pictures. Furthermore, the name of this place is quite ironic. I had some spare change in my cup holder prior to getting out of my car to let the servicer clean the inside of my car and returned and the change had magically disappeared. I consider that stealing, and could have reported it. My advice is to stay away and go to a more reputable place. This place should be shut down. Also many of the servicers do not speak/understand much English.

Great carwash when fully staffed and reasonably priced car wash selection.

I got the full detail service on my BMW Z4, they did a fantastic job and it is not an easy car to detail since it has white leather seat with alcantara. The best thing was also that I was able to use the dublons I accumulated through my monthly membership to fully pay for the service.

So Ive been coming for over 4 yrs now but Ive noticed since it was sold, the service is getting laxed. Very convenient to my job & prices are reasonable but once you come through the carwash the staff wiping car down do a horrible job, not everyone wants or needs the inside cleaned every time! I know they arent supposed to detail the ride but damn can they at least wipe the whole car down. I do monthly plan but may jave to rethink this & go down the street to another spot.

Lots of staff turnover so service is varriable at best. You have to watch carefully to make sure that they actually clean the windows and dont just make a show of it and smear them with dirty towels!

Today was my first time coming here and i am absolutely disgusted with the customer service. I purchased the Combo A car wash which is the highest priced one. The car wash service i received was very trifling and if i knew this before had i couldve washed it myself. 28$ gone to waste because the workers are trifling and do not care to clean your car. They half way clean and rush the car to get cleaned. That is not good customer service. i should not have to tell your manager or whomever i was speaking to and go back and double check on the parts that were still dirty. Im not going to tell anyone to not go here but dont be surprised if you end up with the same experience that i had.

My experience with Pirates Car Wash was both good and bad. Lets start with the bad: I was gifted a Groupon for Christmas. When I tried to make my appointment, the online booking tool listed no available dates or times prior to the expiration of the Groupon. Pirates extended the Groupon date but said it would only honor the value of the Groupon, BUT in addition to paying the difference of the full cost of detail work—which is required by Groupon anyway—thus defeating the purpose of the gift. They were unresponsive when I tried to call multiple times and didnt respond via email as well. I kept my appointment because I didnt want to want to waste the money put toward the Groupon but ended up paying 100% more than my gift for the same services supposedly offered.The good: that being said, my car looks fantastic. There was nowhere for me to wait so I trekked down the hill to the restaurant across the asphalt jungle, and as Im disabled, they willingly brought me my car after the service. The woman who did that was very nice and obliging, and did everything with a smile. The detailers were also very courteous and thorough in their jobs. My car looks like new, both inside and out.All in all, I am happy with the car service, not happy with the customer service getting me there. I will probably not use them again but think if you know what youre getting upfront and willing to pay that price, you will be satisfied.

Over priced, I would have been better off going to a gas station and paying less than half, they did not even clean my console . So not worth the money
