Better if you call and make an appointment, or show up at 7am, or after 1pm for faster service

Fast , clean , and amazing staff!!

Having the hardest time calling. Won’t answer the phone. It rings and rings and then disconnects you. How am I supposed to make an appt my physician needs that is considered STAT??

The staff at the Glendora location are always kind and friendly. I have difficult veins and they get them no more the 2 tries, mostly 1 and it doesnt hurt. I just had my blood drawn and broke down because having lost my mom recently, medical stuff kinda gives me flash backs to all she went through. The tech was so kind and compassionate. I really appreciate the level of care they give.

Took my mother that is 78 for her labs and realized that lab corps now uses a self check in kiosk. No one at the front desk offered to help those that were having difficulty. I saw myself helping several people since no one else was. If Lab Corps is going to change the check in process they should offer support for those that may need it.

It takes a long time to get blood test done. The whole process took about 3 hours.They called me inside and had me sitting in one of the cubicle for about an hour without anybody recognize that I am waiting. Just people talking and no attention whatsoever.Do not recommend this place at all

Everytime I go to Labcore in Glendora, they are polite, organized and get me in and out. Depending how many people they have, you may have a short wait, thats normal. I have never waited more than 20min. What really helps is if you yourself are organized, have proper paper work and up to date card ready. Also make sure you do what your doctor has told you to, prior to your visit. If he says fast then fast, if it doesnt matter then dont fast. If you cant wait then MAKE AN APPOINTMENT it makes it easier for them to get you in and out. Have a little patience yourself, they do their best. SIMPLE!

I usually make an appt and get called back Immediately But today I didn’t have an appt got there and it was packed. I thought I’d have a long wait but they got people in and out quick and I was in and out in 17 minutes. Great service

I’m not sure who’s doing the reviews but I’ve been here twice in last two months and both times they made us wait over an hour and kept saying we were next. This place is a joke. They don’t have customer service and they absolutely don’t care. Do t they realize this is a place where people might be sick and not able to sit for hours at a time waiting for 2 people at front desk to do nothing while one person in back draws blood

I had an appointment and arrived 10 minutes early but I still wasnt called for at least one hour after the appointment time. I would hate to imagine how long it would take for non-appointments. In addition the staff gave me no information about what they were doing and no instructions at all . Unpleasant, I will make sure to avoid this location next time.

Women on the front desk is rude and non caring. Always has an attitude.
