This is hands down the best muffler shop around. The work is quality maxed out. The owners are so nice, helpful and patient. They get the exhaust to sound exactly how you want it and do it without delay. Ive brought several cars here and will continue to use them for all my exhaust/muffler needs.

I was looking to upgrade the exhaust on my Tundra but was not 100% sure of which options to go with. Shopped around online and at several local muffler shops but I still was not feeling comfortable with the options. That is until I stopped by and had a chat with Jeff & Ernie. They went over options after I told them the end result of what I wanted. Options included both expensive and less expensive and gave me the pros and cons of both. The best part was that they went as far as letting me hear the two options that I had narrowed down, that is, they put the muffler on my truck in order for me to make my final decision. I was sold right away with their attentiveness and customer oriented mannerism. I am a happy Tundra driver with a magnificent V8 sound. Thanks again, guys, much appreciated!

Took my Prius in to have a Cat shield installed. Everyone was very professional and kind. Apparently I already had some kind of cat protector on my car, so they recommended some modifications to this existing cage rather than put in the whole new shield. Their honesty and professional opinion saved me a lot of money while also giving me peace of mind about the security of this part. I would definitely go here again!

Reasonable, friendly, knowledgeable, and quality service! The shop is by appointment and they got me scheduled within a couple days of my call. I arrived about ten minutes early and the guys were just finishing up a job. My Jeep was on the rack right on time and in less than 45 minutes I was done. Swapped out my stock exhaust for a high tuck climber style which came out great. They checked all fittings and made sure the exhaust was all good. I’d definitely recommend CrowndAuto!

I have a 2008 Chevy Silverado 1500 that had a flowmaster super 44 exhaust that I wanted replaced with a flowmaster super 50 , as the super 50 is much quieter.Called Jeff answered and sounded very knowledgeable and accommodating. These guys are young, but they sure as hell know what they are doing. They would step back and view their work during the process to insure perfection.I have dealt with various muffler shops in my life, and these guys Know how to do a perfect job. Highly recommend this them.

Stopped in randomly today without an appointment. From the moment I walked in to the moment I had my car back the experience was beyond my expectations. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. They were able to answer any questions I had and helped me decide on what route would be best for me. Like I said before, I didnt have an appointment and just showed up. They were able to accommodate and have me on my way in a very short amount of time. The prices were very fair and they explained the different ways I could go about the project to get exactly what I wanted. After helping me decide which tips I liked they had me pick the positioning to make sure I was happy. I am beyond happy with the experience and the final product definitely put a smile on my face. Can’t speak highly enough of these guys. My old truck had a custom ls motor in it that made it super difficult to build an exhaust around. These guys went the extra mile to make it happen! Would recommend to anyone.

Took my 2020 Mustang to get an H pipe installed, as soon as i arrived for my appointment my veh was taken on to the lift. I didnt have to sit around waiting for other cars to get done and i truley appreciated it as i was on a tight schedule that day. I called about every muffler shop in my area. Jeff and Ernie had the best price on labor to install a header on my Rsx. Not just that but they remembered my name. I was greeted when I arrived. I Was offered water or a soda inside the clean waiting room. And the service was terrific and fast. These guys are honest and very professional. I went to 3 different muffler shops for an aftermarket muffler for my 2016 Silverado, all the shops were saying I’d have to get the whole system and would cost a lot more. Came to Crowned auto and these guys let me hear what the exhaust would sound like before they put it on, and even told me if I’m not happy with it later on they will switch it out. Definitely would recommend and definitely would come back. Great service and very professional.

I went in for a quote, they were very nice and willing to help. When I was backing out I somehow got a flat tire, but they came to my rescue and took care of it. I trust them, and Im glad I came to them.

If you’re looking to be treated like family I would seriously consider crownd auto they helped me pick out a muffler for my 2019 Kia stinger GT2 they allowed me to hear it and allowed me to test the mufflers another cool thing too is they allow you to walk around and watch the process and They’ll even show you underneath your car and show you the welding that they’re doing they’ll take you step-by-step through everything and any thing you want to know they will answer, When I left the shop I wasn’t satisfied with the muffler I had purchased so I called Ernnie and he took care of me he issued me a full refund took off the mufflers I had purchased and put my OEM mufflers back on he didn’t complain about doing it even though I went back and decided to revert the process I did they still take care of me and treated me the same way and that’s customer service they can’t be beat they also can’t be beat on price. So like I said I highly recommend checking them out and even getting work done by them.
