A must visit to use place for all your real state business transactions. Plenty of parking, centrally located, and friendly and knowledgeable staff. The best off all in this business is the owner who is the most knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with!!! A must visit place for your legal real state affairs!!

I was very pleased to find this business - very convenient and lots of parking. They were efficient and knew exactly what I needed. Every detail taken care of and my paperwork and documents were delivered on time and as promised. I definitely will recommend them to others.

Curt woman answered my call regarding Deed Transfer due to divorce. Was impatient and curt with me when I showed confusion and asked for clarification. I finally told her I felt like she was giving me attitude and I was referred. She told me “no, I’m not giving you attitude - I’m just asking questions”. Then put me on hold.I strongly suggest adding a little patience, possibly compassion, when dealing with people who may be dealing with legal document needs due to divorce, death, etc. it really sorts the wheat from the chaff.

This place is extremely unprofessional. We went to them to complete a transfer of deed and its been a nightmare! They are careless and did not make sure to input the correct information before asking us to sign the documents. The first mistake they made was putting the wrong address on the deed, it was unbelievable! Who does that?! They had to revised it but were too lazy to do it correctly. They only changed the address but left the incorrect property description, such as the city the house was located in, and the type of building it is. How could they mix up a single family house with a condominium? It was due to being lazy and not pulling up the correct property information. To make things even worst, when I called to inform them of the mistake Laura, the person handling my files, was upset with me for having them change the documents AGAIN! (It took three times to get it corrected.) She gave me a horrible attitude and started yelling and screaming at me. I could not believe what I was hearing. She would not accept responsibility for the mistake they made but instead she put the blame on me for trying to make sure my documents were correct. If I could give this place negative stars, I would!! Wish I didnt pay them in advance, I would take my business elsewhere.

Went in to get a document notarized. They helped me quick and their notary service only cost me $15. The lady who helped me acted very professional. The UPS store in La Crescenta can learn a thing or two from them on how to treat a paying customer!
