Good size location. Which means they have a large selection of vehicles and equipment for rent. A large fleet of trucks in various sizes. This ensures you can get the size you need for the job. Packing material is also available inside. Remember though the advertised price does not include milage (you are charged per mile), insurance and any other incidentals you may need. Such as moving blankets , dolly or boxes. The truck may come with a dolly & blankets inside with seal. If you break the seal you are charged for usage. So factor all these into your budget when planning your next move. The last one would be if the rank is full, you must bring it back full ( one more expense to remember).

Horrible horrible service. Been here for 45 min and still waiting to fill propane gas. The employee doesn’t know how to deal with customer efficiently. UHaul needs to better train their employees.This place is super slow. They just ignore you. Even if you were first they skip over you. Do not come here.

Have been cut off three times trying to talk to someone about an order after being on hold for 20 minutes each time. I made an order and an installation appointment for a while hitch package. They have taken $400 from my account and then emailed saying the hitch isn’t available. Which has forced me to order from another company. I have now paid U haul for a hitch they don’t have - with no communication from them or option to refund me. Beyond disgusted at the incompetence of this company.

Thanks to Danny and the rest of the U-Haul team, I was able to get my entire moved in one day. The last time I moved I just packed everything into my car and took about 10 trips back and forth to finally get it all moved in and I decided never again. Danny got me set up with a small box truck and I was able to get everything packed and moved to my new place in just one trip! The truck seemed new and really clean too!

Complete scammers. Go elsewhere to a different uhaul, or preferably a different company. They purposely give you a truck with a half or quarter tank and make you fill it back to that amount. The needle doesnt move for 5-10 minutes, so you end up putting more in than you need. Just give me a full tank and make me refill so i just buy exactly what i used. On top of this, they charge $1 a mile. Why am i billed by the mile at all if im refilling gas??? Should be one or the other. They definitely lied about my mileage used too. Never coming back

We are new with ubox and uhaul stuff since we moved here from the Philippines, Joe was very helpful and patient with us in planning how we should do things. He even lent us his own rope to secure our stuff in the truck... we really appreciated all their assistance...

Ive always been happy here, it does the job its supposed to do. The employees are generally quick, but if you go at peak times they can be a bit swamped at times. Theyre quick with the propane and you dont need to go inside to pay. Theres always plenty of day labor available right at the street if you need help with your move. Not remarkably bad or good, just functional, no fuss, no worries.

Attempted good customer service....we made resevations for rental and installation, when we arrived they did not know about it, the parts for the hitch werent there and had to be brought from another store which they waited last minute to go and get we waited for over 6 hrs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...we also received incorrect information the day reservation was made only to be told something different when we went in the next day, they need more communication, accurate information about their services and better customer services

After making an appt I arrived at the location and waited for roughly 25 min before I was even acknowledged by the 1 guy working with 1 customer, no rush. This was a busy Saturday and there was only 1 employee available. I ended up cancelling my reservation and leaving because the employee was about to show the other customer to his vehicle, with no regard to me. Need better staff coverage and customer service training.

I have to disagree with the poor reviews of this location. I rented a 17 foot van today to move some stuff, and service was prompt, courteous, and efficient. This is the second time this month weve rented from this location, and I think the fourth or fifth time overall. Each experience has been positive. There isnt much to say about it really: renting is quick and inexpensive, and returning is similarly efficient. If you need to rent a truck this is a good spot to do it.

Has everything you need, but not easy to get into or out of. The driveway is partially hidden and the parking lot is small. The staff was super helpful! There were only two people working in a Friday afternoon, but they were very efficient.

They charged us almost $1000 for damages that were on the roof of the van saying we were responsible. They asked my husband to inspect the van before we left and they did not provide anything to have you look on the roof. My husband stepped on the back bumper and saw some scratches near the top and did not think anything of it because it seemed normal for a moving van. We returned the van a couple hours later after moving one mattress down the street and without a phone call we get that massive charge to our card within minutes of leaving. When we finally got a hold of someone they said there were scratches and a dent on the roof. We called corporate and they said there is nothing they can do and its all up to the manager. We went down there and saw the “damage”. There was no possible way we did that and would gladly take responsibility if we did. They charged us for those scratches plus a huge dent where the metal was actually bent in the back left corner of the top of the van. Dont you think we would have noticed that something hit us that hard while driving?! They said the manager would “review” the video footage of the top of the van from before we left as evidence to prove our case. We were told we could see the footage ourselves in two days max. We got an email from the manager Two days later with a claim that had been made Online that just forwarded us to the incident description. When we kindly responded concerned about seeing this video the manager never responds. This is obviously a scam they do to make money. They are not accredited with the better business bureau, but I will be reporting them once I get all of their info. Such poor customer service and management here. We will never go here again. Apparently when you rent a uhaul you will need to climb up on the roof of your moving van otherwise they may charge you a ton of money. Ridiculous. Also the insurance you get on the van or truck apparently does not cover “damages”. This place is such a scam.

Under staff, super dirty cargo van, dirt everywhere inside out, seats were super dirty. Uhaul is trying to save money and cutting the corners and not even clean them. I have another rental in few days, they better give me clean one this time.Very disappointed.

Dont let them fill your tank after youve used it. Plus be ready to fight if they dont have your vehicle because of a problem and they attempt to tell you that you as the customer have to take care of it - which is their job. Other than that, they are fine, typical uhaul place.

Customer service was not great. There were long lines even though we reserved ahead of time. The express check in took longer than the lines. The whole system is incredibly inefficient. The price we were quoted online was very different than what we had to pay day of. I do not recommend this location or their services.

Friendly staff. We were returning a car carrier. They have a great return lane that allowed us to pull in. They directed us where to back up the trailer. They disconnected it, looked over our paperswork and we were gone in less than 10 minutes.

The worst possible. I made a reservation for 3:45 and then I had to cancel, so I called same day at 3:38 to cancel and I was on hold until 3:50. Then finally someone picked up and I said I needed to cancel my reservation. The guy says since you are cancelling past your reservation time there will be $50 cancellation fee. I told him I was on hold for 10 min first of all and second, during making reservation nobody bothered (of course) to tell me about this policy. So they charged my card $50 for absolutely nothing. I know that one way or another this will come back on them and they will lose hundred times that much as they rip off people in such arrogant, brazen way.

Lets begin with a fact that we left the Brand Blvd location with no vehicle rented this morning.Made reservation yesterday and asked for a specific model. We measured items to be moved and the vehicle previously. Needed a specific van. When making reservation, asked if the model was available, even mentioned maker of model ( Ford ) to be sure we can actually move what we needed.At almost danger of being annoying re-assured three times it was specific model.We were assured the van would be ready and received confirmation email.Hired an assistant for a day and had a admin assistant drop us off at location to pick up vehicle.A young lady at front desk very indifferently informed us that the van is not available and there were no notes on the reservation that we requested it. We were calmly told that nearest location that has what we need is 15 miles away and van would need to be returned there.Now, picture our day. A moving assistant on payroll, items need to be cleared by 6 pm today, no vehicle.Admin assistant only able to drop us off and pick up within short distance of our business in the evening, she is tied to child aftercare.Me taking a day off for this, arranging for early movement to avoid traffic of crossing to and from Westside.Complete indifference of all three U-Haul staff, fully expecting us to take the bait and switch vehicle.Insane logistics of finding appropriate vehicle, getting there, fighting traffic and then probably working in the very late hours to complete move.I guess UBER to get back to office and then drive home.A regular smooth task just went into complete nightmare.No one at U-Haul Glendale even cared to see if they can do anything, try to arrange anything, they just went about their business as usual. I guess this might be very usual for them.We make sure we post these not to vent, but to have businesses understand what these details mean to us when we plan multiple steps to do our business with true service to people.And to give then chance to improve and not to have anyone suffer the same fate.Hope this would be their last time.Best

UHAUL is the worst company to work with when it comes to moving. I recently moved from San Antonio to LA and the entire process has been nothing short of stressful and frustrating. In both locations the majority of workers were incompetent and couldnt answer the simplest of questions. In both locations the employees were more concerned with their own convenience than providing quality customer service. Any time I had a question about my account I would have to talk to at least 3 or 4 people to get a response. When I tried to write this review on their website - surprise - none of my contact numbers would actually work to write a review. Never using UHAUL again. Not unless they can train their employees to actually answer some questions.

A rating of 2.9 is not an accident. People here work hard to cheat you. Johnattan, the general manager and his boss Chad, whose title is marketing president insult you to point of no return and ask you not to come back.They only want your money while renting you unsafe, dirty, empty tank trucks. There is no price gurantee between picking time and returning. They will charge you with all the footnotes you can think of. Of course no one is arround to take care of you. I was told we cant guarantee to take care of you. Poorest service ever. Manager never arround. Some staff are trustworthy while many are not. Few have deceptive posture and attitude.If your life is drama free, stop by and rent a truck. You will never forget it. The truck, the service, or the bill. All stay fresh.

Went here Last Saturday 7-30-2016 to rent a truck.There is no line seemed not busy at all. They ask me how can I help you. I respond I wanted to rent a 15 footer please And quickly the guy said we dont have trucks available. I was expecting like other Uhaul location Ive been to that they will check other location for availability of what I need but no. I have waited him but seems like he just dont want to accomodate. For me bad customer service. I lost the apetite to ask or talk to the guy so I left and went to another location.Very poor customer service!

These guys price gouge on propane gas. I needed a propane refill for my barbeque bottle on Memorial Day and he was open. The price was $4.76 per gallon. The next day I went to a local refiller who charged $2.05 per gallon. And when I called the UHaul place back after the holiday was over, just to check the price and see if he was price gouging on a holiday, the price had dropped to $3.99.DONT BUY PROPANE FROM THESE THIEVES!

I deal with a lot of uhauls, by far this is the worse location in southern california. Regardless of how many times I call and schedule on advance they never have anything ready. The last time i was there my pick up time was 7 a.m., which i had called twice the week before to schedule and personaly walked in to verify earlier the same week of pick up but i was still there for 2 hours waiting for them to get my stuff ready. Worse customer service I have experienced from any uhaul, which includes the manager as well. Unfortunately its happens every time I have to go there without exception. They always cause me to run behind schedule and always try to find a way to get me to spend more money. Fletcher location is much better!

I made a reservation yet it still took 45mins to get my rental. In moving time, that can be crucial. The staff outdoors where very friendly and did the best they could, but the cashiers seemed frustrated and took it out on everyone.

This place has very poor customer service! The d#%& U-Haul driver dropped our UBox in apartment number 115 when in fact we live in apartment 121. Their tag line UHaul at your door is definitely a lie, they should change it to UHaul at your neighbors door! It is unprofessional and Im sooooooo upset that we have to walk 3 miles for our sofa. This UHaul personnel didnt care at all! Dont ever make mistake of renting Ubox or Uhaul they overcharge and they make you wait like forever for your things!

The day I rented it was Exelente ..But today checking my account I see 3 charges that they made is something weird for only a few hours I do not pay 130 dollars .. I have to go to claim you can not steal from people saying that the rental of the car is 20 dollars a day .. 7 more times and the tanks leave them fuller .. dd how they delivered it to me ...
