I want to give a shout out to this Uhaul specifically! Karen Wiley you are an amazing human being and very helpful. I thank you so much for helping this moving experience be made simple! My wife and I have been so stressed out the last few weeks surrounding Uhaul and its expense. You made me feel so calm about it all! You helped us in a way you have no clue! I really hope that management will see this and give you praise because you deserve it! Ky thank you sooo much and please do not ever change! There arent enough people in the world like you!!

I was VERY disappointed in Uhaul customer service because I was suppose to pick up at a location closer to me and UHAL changed it the same day with no compensation. When I called to tell them my movers were running late, I was told “NO PROBLEM”. Yet I was charged $30 more. I should have had the truck for 24 hours. I’m sorry you all want to double dip. WILL NEVER RENT FROM YOU AGAIN!!! Or recommend you!!

Dont go close to closing time, they close early and wont help you

Needed a rental last minute for about 6 hours... Called up and was able to go there 30 mins later to pick up the van. Quick process... No major credit card needed... Debit card was fine. No crazy deposits.... Painless experience ... Customer service was excellent. Employees were extremely nice and helpful.

They dont answer their phones. Ive tried 3 times in the past 2 months. They have NEVER answered any calls. Its a joke.

Sold me a sketchy rack and wouldn’t return it when I had concerns about the rack not being stable. The manager Robert, tightened a couple bolts and shook it (still obviously unsafe for an expensive mountain bike) and then said it was good enough. Go to a different location!!!!

Charged me over 10 dollars in unannounced fees, never once said my 20 dollar truck rental is really 35 after fees. Need to disclose all fees upfront when a customer asks what the final cost should be. On top of it all you cant even call down to the location as it routes to a call center making it nearly impossible to get ahold of someone locally. The location was supposed to call me back before closing and of course no call was made. Was told they were busy moving trucks around closing up, totally unacceptable to start closing procedures before closing time and not help paying customers. Workers get to leave early while the customer waits another day to just speak with the location, makes no sense.

I went to U-Haul this morning to get some boxes. The manager Robert Riggs was very rude in it looked as if he could not handle the high-traffic of customers. I have placed some boxes in a car which Ive been doing for at least a decade and he took my box and threw it on the ground. I told him I had always came and always had the manager which was made Mark help me and it was never a problem. Robert Riggs states that it was his store and he was going to do what he wanted to do in his store. I then stated that he did not have to be rude. He left my boxes on the floor so I picked up my boxes and took my boxes up to the front counter (he did not assist me with my boxes after he rudely threw my boxes down) to pay for them. In the past, old manager mark would actually help me take the boxes to my car. So I had my daughter pay for the boxes so I can move my car to the front of the store so I can me and my daughter could put the boxes in my car this is not good customer service. I also felt that he was on some type of drug substance or he may have been drinking alcohol before he came to work which is very unprofessional. So you Uhaul you need to do better background checks on your managers instead of allowing them to come to work under some type of substance or under drugs and alcohol. Furthermore, I feel that he should not have thrown my boxes on the ground which was a $5 box that I had to pay for it out of my pocket,I will never go to this U-Haul again this is ridiculous the old manager knew exactly what he was doing he was great with customer service and he knew how to deal with people. I believe this location has camera so anything I say can be verified. This new guy Robert Riggs Im not sure how long hes been at the store , I havent been in there in a while does not know how to talk to people does not know how to treat people and when he said, I own this store, makes me feel like he was doing me a favor for allowing me to be a customer at his store. I am college educated and also work in management and I would have never have treating none of my employees in this manner.

Huge thank you to Robert (manager/owner?). The U-Haul website put him in a difficult position and he went above & beyond to solve the problem and installed a tow hitch with less than an hours notice.

First let me we explain I have been using this U-Haul for over 10+ years and have never had any issues till today. My grandma is blind and deaf and cant drive the trucks so she has my husband be an added driver. We got there to pick up our RESERVED U-Haul and the guy at the register was very rude told my 70 year old grandmother to shut up and let him finish!!! Then when we asked to speak to the manager my sister talked to him on the phone as grandma cant hear and was told by Mark the manager he didnt care and the licensed driver had to be the same person on the debit card. Not once have we ever had this issue reserving the U-Haul with a debit card and paying the 100$ cash deposit for the rental. They treated my grandmother so poorly she was in tears. All I have to say is they are lucky I was not there at the time or this would have had a different ending. I called corporate on this so called manager and cashier for the nasty and rude manner that was displayed towards my sister and more importantly my disabled elderly grandmother. Part of being a manager is knowing how to explain your policies to where the customers understand not lying and saying your policies have changed when they clearly havent and I was even told by corporate that they havent had any changes in their policies in years. So its sad you lost a loyal customer for over 10+ years for mistreating them and lying to them. I will never send anyone to U-Haul again and we will be switching to budget rentals from here on out!!

I went here to see about getting a towing rig for my car. The guy I spoke to was very helpful in suggesting what would be most helpful and giving me feedback, even though the suggestion was not to go with renting from them. It feels like they are helpful and interested in helping their customers.

Rented a Ford Transit in 2015 and a car dolly in 2018 from this location. Convenient hours, good service, and everything was explained throughly. Even though there was a line both times, I was helped fairly quickly. Would recommend.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could! Horrible experience! My husband and I were moving to a different state a couple weeks ago and rented a 15 van from them. Turns out it had a wiring problem! So when hooked up to a vehicle transport trailer the lights on the trailer wouldnt work. We were not aware of this since we were picking the trailer up the day after WE ALREADY PACKED OUR HOME INTO THE VAN! We had to travel from one location to another trying to find a van that was available to rent. Once we did, we had to move ALL OUR STUFF FROM ONE VAN TO ANOTHER! WITH NO HELP FROM UHAUL STAFF! Wasting 6 hours of our time, money, sweat and tears! THEY DONT CHECK THEIR VANS AT THIS LOCATION! PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! But if you do, make sure you bring a mechanic with you to evaluate any transportation you rent before you hand over your money. SPREAD THE WORD PEOPLE, BECAUSE I KNOW I WILL.

I reserved a truck at 5:15PM on a Thursday to be picked up at 6PM and later be dropped off by 10PM. I had bought something on OfferUp last minute and needed it to haul it home right from work. I reserved it through the manager, gave him all my credit card and personal info as well as place of delivery. When I showed up to pick the truck up on my own, the manager told me he didnt trust me due to the fact that the city I was delivering to (Goodyear) had trucks available already. In his belief, I would not be returning this truck thus stealing it. Instead of telling me over the phone while scheduling my reservation HIMSELF, he waited until I drove all the way to this location to tell me he couldnt lend me the truck in good faith even if I was leaving my car at the uhaul location. I understand Uhaul reserves the right to refuse service but either he purposely wanted to waste my time or just did not trust me based my looks.Below is the desk I ultimately had a friend, an hour later, help me haul because it definitely does not fit on my 2018 Mazda 6.

This guy is s prick and a half. He makes up rules as it goes. Valid AZ licence and 3 Credit cards is not good enough, he wants my passport? Went to another Uhaul and didnt have any issues.

Well equipped place with a knowledgeable staff, the owner helped us out as we got there shortly before closing on Sunday.

I had a bad experience with another uhaul location, so decided to go with this one for my new hitch installation. Everything looked fine when we picked my car up. The guy who checked us out said everything was ready to go, we just needed an adapter so the 4 flat could plug into our 6 round trailer. I looked everywhere for an adapter, but couldn’t find one. We stopped at a Phx uhaul to see if they had it. The salesman came out and looked at my hitch because he wasn’t understanding what we needed. He told us the 4 flat they gave us was the wrong one, should have been the male and not the female. So we drove all the way back to the 67th and Bethany location to have it corrected. They wanted to charge us another $70! They made a mistake, but refused to fix it. Now I’m out over $300 for a hitch I can’t use unless I rewire my trailer or drill more holes into my new SUV. I will never deal with ANY uhaul ever again. They have careless employees who make too many mistakes, then refuse to take responsibility.

I have never had a hassle dealing with this U-Haul. Love how they get you and out very quickly, and the prices are always good.

I think they need to treat customers better they need to not make people wait weeks then when we come there it is the wrong one when when you ordered the hitch you had the vehicle with you and the part still was ordered wrong so I would of had to Waite 3 weeks to get a hitch installed so I canceled it and I will never have anything to do with that and I did not say was I paid for it up front like was was told to and they did not even apologize not a way to treat customers

Shouldve had 2 different lines, one for drop off and one for pick up. I was waiting in line to drop off and people in front of me were turned down because they didnt have the size truck other customers wanted. Poor organization.
