We were in a real bind when I contacted Jacob. In an effort to get out of CA fast, we had essentially done a “For Sale by Owner” and were in an escrow with a buyer whose agent acted as a dual agent. This escrow had dragged on 90 days with one excuse after another for why the loan hadn’t gone through and escrow hadn’t closed. The agent was irresponsible and a poor communicator, and the buyer’s lender wouldn’t return our calls. The only reason we had stayed in so long was because we were also in escrow to purchase a new house in TN, and it was dependent on the money from our house sale in CA. The TN home was a unique 5-acre property, and we were afraid the TN seller wouldn’t continue to hold on to us if we relisted our house in CA. Enter Jacob. He assured us he would sell our house fast and help us hold on to that house in TN. We needed speed, professionalism, and good communication. As for speed, we exited the bad deal and listed with Jacob on a Friday. He had a photographer out the next day. Four parties had seen the house by Sunday and three made offers far beyond the asking price. By Monday we had signed one. The TN seller, who had relisted her house, was amazed how fast we resold ours. Because of that, and also because of Jacob’s professionalism and good communication, she decided to sell to us again even though our previous bad deal in CA had dragged her through almost two months of unfruitful escrow. Jacob went above and beyond the call of duty, talking directly to the TN seller on the phone multiple times. He was friendly, professional, and calm. I cant begin to really do justice here to just how good a Realtor Donald Thacker is. Is there a better score than A++? We had been searching for our first home for a few weeks before coming across Markarian Realty on Zillow. What a huge difference does it make when you buy a house and work with a buyer’s agent instead of listing agents. The only person who’s going to save you money and time is the BUYER’S AGENT not LISTING AGENTS. I was searching on Zillow and saw Markarian Realty Group, after checking their clients reviews I noticed how much money they are saving for their clients. I called Markarian Realty Group and one of their great agents “Martin Alvandi” called me back and after asking few questions about my search criteria he started working on my house hunting search. Martin spent a lot of time looking to find the best fit for me, even to save me time, he went out there, checked many properties by himself and then gathered the ones he thought will work for me then took me for showings, that way he saved a lot of time for me and he showed, he cares about his clients by puting the hard work and effort.After seeing some properties finally I found my dream home!! Review had been updated - situation has finally sorted out a week later. Just the facts here to be mindful of to mitigate the risk of having to deal with a similar issue. We purchased a house and Vic was the sellers agent.Agent said he would have staging removed prior to close - did not happen. Agent said the house would be cleared of Sellers items prior to close - did not happen. Both of which were legally bound to be performed per the signed California Purchase Agreement: paragraph 11iii of the RPA, all debris and personal property not included in the sale shall be removed by Close of Escrow.After the initial insistence for us to deal with removal, Agent eventually agreed to force client to perform contract. Much easier said than done, but we are glad to all move on.

VicMarkarian Realty was a pleasure to work with. My wife and I looked for a home on our own without an agent for over a month with no luck. Fter reading all the amazing reviews online for Markarian Realty we decided to contact them to help us find our first home. We met with Jacob Mkitarian and he explained the home buying process and answered all of our fears/ questions.
