Great Company to deal with. We had a small issue after we had a tech out to replace a broken belt. They are about 1 hour away. I called them on Monday morning and they were here by noon. Great Follow up.We will most likely upgrade our machine in 2021. We will buy it from Plotter Doctors.

I have been a client of Plotter Doctors for over 7 years. In all that time, I have had them service or repair for me older plotters. They have always given me a sense of confidence in knowing their business. Nobody likes to pay high prices for something that looks simple to fix. Let’s face it, if you don’t know anything about your equipment, these are the guys to call! As of today, I acquired a new HP T930 plotter. Much faster than my 20 year old HP 450C! In talking to Darren about my needs and getting advice to different machines that would work for me. I selected this plotter which is awesome. Darren gave me a great deal which I thank him dearly! Kelsey installed this and showed me how things work. I think starting off with this year with a new machine that prints a page in 21 seconds is great! I am thoroughly pleased with their service and I know others will be too!

Plotter Doctors is great! My company gets all of our plotter supplies from them and they are always very prompt with delivery. If our plotter ever needs service, they are always there the same or following day. I especially like the owner Lani, she is always so sweet and friendly.

When ever I need to print a set of plans I just send it to their e-mail and it is ready by the time I get there. Plotter Doctors also did a great job with my banners for my new business. I will use them again and I have already told a few people about their services.

I have used them several times. They have printed up everything from building plans to professional large prints on photo paper. The cost is extremely reasonable. They will print out 27 large beautiful architectural blueprints for the same price that it would take me to fax a regular 20 page document locally at Kinkos. I will use them every time. There is no place locally that is better than this.

Our company always gets all of our commercial printing done at Plotter Doctors. They always get the job done right the first time and their trucks look really cool. These guys rock!

Worst Experience in ever. Scratched my printer ( scratches are engraved), Claimed to have replaced a bunch of parts in my printer when not one thing was done ( words from a REAL Company), Got my printer back covered in ink A MESS! Took forever to finish job and try to offer me one of there printers while they took more time fixing mine, Cleared my bank account with not knowing after lying and charging me for a list of parts NOT replaced and printer still broke, 2 weeks into the job i went to go look at the progress of it and found my printer laying on the ground with parts as well on the ground everywhere. FYI this printer is 3 ft by 10 ft a $40,000 printer! Finally after a month and a half my printer was done. NOT. So i took it to a REAL company in which the guy went to college for this type of work. Come to find out no work was done it needed new print heads and a list of things that needed to be done sounds to me like they didnt want to spend money on these parts on there behalf that resulted in a half a$$ job! i own a very successful printing company and have seen no business treat there customers like this and there machines. ON TOP OF THAT CLEARS YOUR BANK ACCOUNT WITH NO AUTHORIZATION .sounds fishy to me. So you choose people dont be fooled by the big building just my expirience and opinion with this company coming from a real company. Good luck! (your going to need it) i back my word 100% in which any company should!
