Just moved here from California and was looking for someone to do a hair cut before going out of town in 2 days. Melissa was able to get me in on such short notice and she was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere here is very welcoming and super cute. I was very skeptical on getting my hair cut due to previous hair disasters with other hair technicians, but Melissa made me feel very comfortable and listened to everything I wanted and didnt want and she absolutely delivered! She had a great personality and I loved chatting with her during the process. I love my haircut and cant wait to make another appointment with her for color! Highly recommended. This place is amazing. First, I was out of state and ended up on an extended vacation and needed my hair done!I called and was connected with Christy. What a doll. She texted me the night before to confirm my appointment and wanted details of what I wanted done. I really didnt know because the last time I had my hair colored was precocious.She definitely had her hands full.We met on appointment day and we clicked right away. She is very detailed oriented and wanted to make sure she possibly could to get the red out of my hair. She was very thorough with my hair from start to finish. There was no rush on her end, and she even got another stylist to help color my hair because I have so much hair!!!!She explained everything she was doing or about to do. Couldnt have been more pleased. She even communicated to me through texting when I took out my cochlear implants. Not many of that patience aspect down. I told her where I was from and told her I would be happy to fly and have her do my hair again and again. Shes definitely a person with a welcoming heart.Thanks so much Christy for everything!!!!♡B

Friendly and not one of those rushed salons. The place is spotless. Julia cuts my hair here, ALWAYS on-time with her schedule, awesome job, exactly what you want. The best in my book.

Came for the first time with Savannah and loved the experience! She was very gentle and friendly. We chatted like old friends and I felt like I was just having a girls day! I booked my next appointment with her before I left! As long as Savannah is at Salon Encore this is where youll find me.

Finding this place was a lucky charm! Melissa was the one to do my hair and I absolutely loved it. Her work is absolutely amazing and never fails to surprise me! Always surpasses my expectations. Not only is her work great but her personality is as well, I feel like I’ve been friends with her for the longest!

I am rather choosy about who does my hair, so usually, finding someone new is a challenge for me. I chose this salon due to its closeness to both work & home as well as a friends recommendation. I had my first appointment with Christy Summers on 2/11/21 and she was AMAZING!!! I only had a cut in mind because I wasnt sure about the color. Christy gave me a cut that I love then convinced me to try a new color that I never would have done before and I LOVE IT!!!! The entire staff is warm & friendly, the atmosphere is very comfortable, and it was just a wonderful experience overall. Thank you to Christy and the whole staff- I highly recommend Salon Encore!!!!!

Lacey saved my life, I made the mistake of coloring my own hair the day before I start a new job. She fixed everything and then some, I definitely recommend this place. The style alone of the salon is amazing!

I feel lucky to have stumbled upon this amazing salon so close to home. Yesterday I went for my first haircut and had Lacey as my stylist. Not only was she professional, fun and gave a quick and beautiful haircut - she educated me on how best to handle one of my pesky beauty problems. Ill be making this my regular salon.

I called Monday 6/17 and left a voicemail asking to make an appointment for Wednesday 6/19 at 6:30. I got a call back the next morning and the lady had a rude tone with me because I hadn’t specified what kind of appointment I was wanting. I let her know I was just wanting a basic haircut. She said she would check their availability and call me back. I never got a call back from anyone, even to say they were full and see if I wanted to come in another time. I guess this place isn’t interested in new customers. I was really excited to check this place out based on the reviews, but I definitely won’t be calling back to try to book another appointment.

Katrina is amazing with nails, and Monica does an extraordinary job with cuts. They have the cutest necklaces, bracelets, sandals and shirts to purchase as well. We love them!!

Clean, all the gals are nice....especially Stephanie!! Great color, great cut and fun conversations!!

S.E. really knows how to make to me feel beautiful. We all need to feel good about ourselves and the gals have the experience to do so. Plus prices are kind on my pocket book.

Have been going there for years, mostly to get my nails done by Lisa, but also have used different stylists there from time to time as well as their esthetician and would definitely recommend them. They make you feel welcome.

This Salon is an upscale Salon, but has never lost being warm,inviting and overall focus on the details most of hope to experience as customers. I visit the Salon about every 2-3 weeks for my nails and pedis ....Im spoiled and value having learned about Salon Encore! I have Katrina do my nails and pedis but know that Lisa is also amazing. They have great products and gifts that I enjoy sharing. I cant imagine anyone not having a great experience here.

BECAREFUL!!7/15/19Update 6 days later: I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND here at all. In just six days two of my nails fell off. One fell off doing laundry and another one doing dishes. I will not be going back. I messaged lisa about it and she BLAMED me!!! Saying my nail beds are too short which is funny cause I have gone to so many places and I have NEVER had them just fall off. I spent 60.00 for a full set and my little girls nails to be painted(which hers also all came off during her bath). This was a bday gift and its just sad that apparently she didnt know what she was doing.7/9/19I have been searching for a great nail salon for 3 years. I was told about this place through a family friend. I called to make an appointment and they were pretty booked before the 4th and after calling to asking for specific days she told me that she can take my name and number if an opening opens up she will call or have one of her nail techs call. Within the same day lisa called me back and got me on the schedule before my bday. When I got there it was very nice and everyone was really nice. Lisa was running a little behind but she made sure to let me know which was very sweet of her. I brought my daughter in to get her nails painted and lisa was wonderful with her. I also got a full set as well and the entire time she was easy to talk to and she did AMAZING work. I was very surprised and happy to see that she does it all by hand which u dont see anymore. Im so happy I finally found a place that not only does amazing work but is very friendly. THANKS LISA!!!!
