I have gone to Nail Depot & Spa for several months now. I have gotten my nails done by Tina and my Toes by Kathy. The owner Amy is so passionate about customer service and is very sweet.The last two times I’ve been to this salon I’ve given these ladies VERY CHALLENGING DESIGNS to copy….they copied them expertly. You can see how they turned out!Reasonable prices, great customer service and professional results! Go see them today!

Ive been going to this salon for about a year now and everyone there is great. Just got my nails done again for my wedding and they are GORGEOUS. Ive done regular polish, gel, and acrylic and it has always looked perfect. Amy, the owner is absolutely wonderful and was able to accommodate for me and all of my bridesmaids. I cant wait to go back!

Sent my mom here and it’s the First Lady she had was decent and at least friendly. Then came the next lady who seemed irritated and angry in her actions and the way she spoke. First experience didn’t go well and unfortunately won’t try again.Side note: another customer tried asking for water MULTIPLE times during her appointment and was offered literally everything but water until the poor lady just gave up.The good thing is they must not need many people or new clients based on how they treat the ones that do come in.

I have been a customer off and on for years. The last two times I went have been with questionable care of their cleanliness. Last time I was the only person there and one of the techs ate her lunch at her station, cleaned up then proceeded to floss her teeth. This last experience put the icing on the cake. The owner along with other techs were wearing gloves They did not change them between customers. The owner put my flip flops back on at the end then went back to the person she was servicing without changing gloves. To top it all off the person sitting next to me was told her eyebrows needing waxing and they offered to do the service. Really? Rude! She declined...I will not deny I have had pedicures and manicures that have been wonderful but in light of the times I would think cleanliness would be of importance.

This is an awesome place and well worth the money.. They give long massages and they are so friendly! Loved it!❤

Pretty goodI paid 32$ for a gel manicure. It took just over 35 mins. It was painless if you k ow what I mean. Theres always an anticipation for some accidental cut. However she was fast and accurate. Not to mention they were open on a holiday (Labor Day) overall good experience.

For a pedicure I start at $25. I was harassed by the owner multiple times trying to add on upgrade services I did not want. Add a callus remover that was $7 dollars. I tipped her $10 But looking at my card statement it shows a total of $59. Witch means they charged me $17 for gel. And it’s not the color I picked out.

I had a dip manicure done and it was awful, This was the worst experience for nails ever. The lady completely ignored what I asked for and when I tried to explain it she yelled at me. I asked to wash my hands after using the acetone to remove the old nail and she wouldn’t let me. She didn’t do the top coat correctly, which leaves me with lumpy nails. She messed up one of the tip of my nails when trying to file, instead of going back to fix the design she filed the nail into an oval shape to try and hide it.

So far the best place Ive found near me! Tina is Amazing and can always make my nail ideas come to life!

They were very rude when I told them they messed up, they did my nails horrible, they were not painted all the way, they didnt cover my full nail with the acrylic, and when me and my mother tried to leave Amy the manager grabbed my mom by her wrist and tried to pull her to a seat until my mom pulled away and we left. I recommend you spend your money elsewhere.

Customer service was horrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in for a pedicure. They had me seated for 45 minutes before until somebody came in to start my pedicure. They did my toes uneven. One is longer than the other. The owner acted like she knew it all but she didn’t know how to simply put polish on. Nail polish was applied so messy. I’m never going back.

Daughter and I came in for a pedi. We waited 30 minutes in the chair with our feet in the water before we had someone sit down to do anything. Paint jobs look good and we get home and notice polishing is peeling up.

I have come here for years and love the consistency in quality and service! The massage part of the pedi is always my favorite part, so I appreciate that they set the timer and I never get anything shorter than the full time! Amy does an amazing job with eyebrow waxing! Better than most high end spas I’ve experienced! Nail Depot is the best!

Best pedicure I ever had. They painted the whole nail, unlike some places who leave a space on the bottom so you come back sooner.. Very nice ladies. Could use some background music though.

Had a toe polish change. The gal I had last time I went did a great job. Not so good this time, not sure Ill go back. The problem with the nail salons you get a hit or miss. This time was a miss.

Loved my nails but the price I paid was definitely way too high for what I got. I had a pedicure with just white polish and a full set, super short nails with just clear coat on top. The nail tech insisted I get gel on my nails and that shed give me a discount and after several times of declining it, im pretty sure she did it anyway and charged me for it. I paid a total of $60. Not sure if its because I dont get my nails done often but I think it was a bit much.

Just finished getting my nails done here. I NEVER review anything but was so disappointed by what I received at this salon. The man who did my nails rushed through them so quickly and the salon was not busy at all. I did the SNS dip nails and he never took care of my cuticles. He sped through the process and the result was the dip power all over the skin around my nails and my cuticles. I could do a much better job then he did. I also never received the hand massage that comes with every manicure. Additionally, he spoke on the phone throughout my manicure and was very aloof. The salon is messy, almost dirty, outdated and extremely cluttered. I wish I could post a picture on here to show how terrible my nails came out. I would take your money somewhere else.

Wait is very long. 45+ minutes sitting in the pedicure chair. The water turned cold. No one expressed how long the wait would be. Prices are high for a simple pedicure. Going to have to look for a new place to get a pedicure.

Horrible experience!!!! The owner is so crazy and rude!!!! Ive been going there for two years and always tipped very generously. They over charge first of all. I went in today for a basic gel manicure. First off the tech was on her phone the first five minutes having me just sit there. I thought no big deal. Then, she had an another appointment come in but I still wanted to continue working with just her. The owner told me that wasnt possible EVEN IF I WAITED. So the next tech completely screwed my nails up and knew it, so she put 10 layers of polish on them to try cover it up. I had an appointment to get to and everything took wayyyyy longer than normal so when she tried to put another coat on I told her I had to dry them and go. I told her I would come back later to have them fixed. Then she offered to remove them and I said please just do that. Then the owner said Im the boss and youre not wasting your time removing those for her. She said if she doesnt want to pay for them, finish painting them and have her leave. COMPLETE OPPOSITE OF WHAT I WANTED! I asked to please have them removed and told her I would have no problem paying. She just kept saying no you dont want to pay you can go. She is super psycho... her workers also complain that she makes them work 11 hour days. F**k that place.

I come here Twice a month after work and I it is by far one of the best Nail shops Ive been to. I always feel welcomed and leave with perfect nails. I have no been disappointed and recommend this place to everyone!

Friendly and professional every time! I’ve been here for a mani/pedi about 5 times and I’m happy with the service and my nails every time! They’ve always gotten me in right away you without an appt and they do your hands and toes at the same time so it goes by so much faster even though they do a very thorough job. I live in Chandler and travel west just to come here. Love this place!

Great pedi! They use an awesome combination of fresh fruit (oranges) and scrubs. Nice quiet place unlike some places where theyre screaming across the store to each other.

I dropped my car at discount tire and walked over and decided to get my nails done while I waited For my car. I wont Go back. I dont Know the name of the lady that did my full set of acrylics but she kept burning my cuticles. The nails them selves are fine but my cuticles are tore up. She didn’t seem bothered by it.

I cant comment on the quality of service since Ive been here for 45 min and am still waiting. There are only six other people here so it isnt like they are crazy busy, just too few people working. I would have left 30 min ago but they were able to get my grandma in for a manicure. What a disappointment.

She broke my nail while pulling out the polish (!!), asked the same question 3 times and was trying to do completely different thing. The stuff doesnt listen to customer because even after writing Mani/Gel in check-in paper and telling NO PEDI they wanted me to take for pedi.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! The lady who bosses everyone around is rude a hell, my nails came off in less then 2 weeks (gels) she blamed ME for picking them off! Shes a crazy b*tch who tried to charge me an extra $10 to redo their horrible job!!! I paid $25 originally and she tells me she will do them again for $35!! As Im outside leaving this review that crazy lady chases me outside to accuse me some more and tried to get me to pay more to get them done again!

Very bad experience. Called to get a broken nail fixed 2 days after I had it done, was told to come right away, I get there and because they were busy they asked me to come back and I said you should have told me that on the phone and one guy had the nerves to ask if I actually called the right store, like I was dumb or something. I asked if I looked dumb to him and just walked out... Called the manager and said never going there again, poor customer service..

Friday 6/22: manicure rushed and very rough with the nippers around cuticle, started bleeding around one of my nails and cuticles are sore . 1st time here and was looking for a regular nail salon in the area but would not even try services here again.
