DRIVER DID NOT LISTEN TO INSTRUCTIONSDriver called at time of pick up and said he was going to be late! Called 10 min later saying he was trying to find my house! I asked if he turned off of our main rd and he said no he went to the address on his paper. I said people tend to get lost so we specifically gave our cross street for verification! He said they are mot given cross streets just the address! Since he was 45 min away from us i had to cancel and called my insurance company that scheduled the ride and they said the notes are CLEARLY written for the driver!

On April 14, 2021, Right Ride was scheduled to provide transportation both to and from my doctor appointment. They NEVER showed up. I have four electronic devices with GPS that shows those devices never left my home. I have two witnesses to verify I was never picked up. I record all my incoming and outgoing phone calls and have recordings of my calls to find out what happened and that I had to call the doctors office, report that I was NOT picked up and that I rescheduled that appointment. Despite all this clear evidence I never left home, Right Ride claims I was transported both directions on that occasion. Upon being asked to check again, they reiterated their lie. They cannot prove they provided any transportation to me that day because its not possible to prove they did something that never happened. This company is reliable in two respects: [1] theyll leave you stuck without transportation and [2] theyll lie about it to cover butts.

Horrible service, my dear friend waited hours for the driver to pick him up after his appointment. I was hung up on multiple times when I called to see how long the wait would be.

ABSOLUTE NEGLIGENT RIDE should be the name of this company! Today my mother waited more than 3 hours for a ride that never showed up, that WAS scheduled to bring her home after a procedure. Thank you to some other kind patients at the same clinic for rescuing her and goving her a ride home. Time and time again my elderly mother with severe medical conditions has missed appointments because of this ride service or has been left waiting for hours on end for rides that are grossly late or never show, and the dispatchers dont bother communicating. Why do they care the company gets paid by the insurance company regardless of them actually showing up! Just last week she mised an appointment with a surgeon, called to tell them the ride service messed up again and she wouldnt make it,they kindly rescheduled for 4 hours later the same day, she still missed that second appointment because the ride service, the surgeon has other patients and time that must be respected, sometimes this ride service just all together doea not pick her up but they still get paid from the insurance company. . Another time she was waiting at a part of the hospital after a procedure and they did not pick her up for over an hour. The girls that worked their could not leave her so they had to stay after hours with her. Once again the ride service does not respect anyones time. Currently she is waiting 50 minutes and counting after a procedure and they still have not picked her up. I can not believe the insurance company still pays them no matter what.

They dont always show up.Drivers DO NOT FOLLOW TRAFFIC LAWS.They do not allow proper time for mileage needed to be driven and or for traffic congestion.You call to complain and responses are SO WHAT

My cab showed up an hour and half late I had to call and reschedule for later that day . Then my cab never cab back to take me home . I had to find my own transportation back home . Also my driver nor dispatcher called me to let know what was going on . I sat from 1:30 pm to 6:25 pm . My doctors office closed at 7 and I was stranded being 31 weeks pregnant . When I called to figure out my ETA on my cab told me that I was never on the list or dispatched for transportation home .Also it was not the drivers fault she was over booked from the company . She did an amazing job and was great company .

They were two hours and 15 minutes late to pick me up for an appointment I had at 8 am. I wS supposed to be picked up at 7. And didn’t get picked up until 9:16. Going home I was not picked up until 4 pm when I was supposed to be picked up at 2:15.

Had a pick up at 9:55 am driver called he had been double booked and would be 10-15 minutes late. Promised he’d get patient in time for appt at 10:30. 10:20 called him no answer, called dispatch & they said they’d call back but didn’t. At 10:29 called them again & she said he wasn’t answering his ph. I refused to hang up then she came back on saying he has car trouble. I said someone is lying as he said he had been double booked. I asked for supervisor & they promised a ride in 3 minutes. 30 minutes later still NO ride. Had to call the dr office to reschedule. Horrible service. This ride was scheduled the week prior and verified the night before. This is a consistent issue and medicare needs to quit using this agency.

Unbelievable and Amazing ride service! My driver was on time and got me there safely.

I have to rely on them to get me to my appointments and they never pick me up on time. I have missed appointments and been stuck places for 4 hours waitingon a ride home. I

My pick up time was at 7:50 they never came and picked me up called them and no answer if i coupd i would give you guys 0 star rating smh very unprofessional

I would just like you say that this was one of the best medical runs that Ive ever taken the driver name is Kevin was very polite respectful very helpful Im a disabled senior can you make sure that I got you the the doctors office on time help me if I needed help getting in and out of the van safely its not often that a young man would go out of his way to be so helpful and understanding of a senior citizen. Office is organized and the staff is talented and hard working. The drivers told me during my visit that they appreciate the owner and the little ways he takes good care of them.

This is the worse company out there. They have made me late to every appointment. The dispatcher is rude and condescending. The drive talks on his phone, fills out paperwork, and had three near misses.
