This company is worth every dollar you spend.Due to the increase in events in our post-COVID world, it was hard to even get a response from some of these rental companies. However, even though it took a few calls and emails, MTB was very easy to communicate with and their quality of work speaks volumes. They were able to answer all my questions in terms of the quantity of items I was order with respect to the number of guests I had, questions about colors of the linens, sizes of the tables and offered suggestions that worked well with my event theme. The quality of their items were impressive. Everything was well taken care of when it comes to delivery and pick-up. I was very impressed with their efficiency and the delivery team even worked with me when I was not able to be at location during pick-up.The light coral linens worked so well with the gold chiavari chairs and their Fleur china set is gorgeous! Definitely a highly recommended company!

MTB is truly one of the best event rental companies in Los Angeles. As an event designer, we have been working with MTB for years, and honestly can say their staff, inventory, and work ethic is the best of the best! Just take a look at the pictures below. All rentals were provided by MTB, from the chairs to linens, to plates and glassware. They even have this custom blue cart that we used as our clients - unique cake cart! My wedding coordinator and I have been requested for a quotation since this July. Then we made some changes on the quotes. Now is November, they increased prices for some furniture, and they still working on my quotation. I don’t know whether I should continue waiting them to reply. What a “efficient” company!

They made the whole process seem hassle free and the their customer service was above and beyond. Once we learned about the impressive display of products they carried, we moved forward by renting out most of our party needs from them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!THANKS AGAIN

The setup crew was amazing and worked well with the direction and coordination of my wedding coordinator the day prior to our wedding. They definitely went with all our directions and didnt once get upset at us for changing up the layout or enduring the heat. The hedge walls we rented looked amazing to help block the neighbors messy yard.The strike and pick up of the items was not as flawless. They left behind zip ties all over the floor that they used to secure the hedge walls to a chainlink fence as well as run over and break some of the plants with their dolly. Its something to keep in mind, supervision may be needed during setup and striking to ensure the job is completed properly and they thoroughly cleanup after themselves. They are slightly pricier than other rental companies, so if needed do your research and use them for things not offered or not cheaper through another company.

We hosted a small party and Melissa was great help choosing just what we needed to rent. Consequently, the tables looked beautiful and the event was smooth. Clean up is easy when all you need to do is stack the dirty dishes! Handy location to DTLA.

Made a quote request on March 3rd online, was sent an auto-email saying to wait 24-48 hours.March 4th: no responseMarch 5th: no responseMarch 6th: no responseMarch 7th: no responseMarch 8th: no responseMarch 9th: After 6 DAYS I called them to see what was going on, and they said they would have it in by the next day.March 10th: I called back, and they said they would have it to me by the next day. Deja Vu.March 11th: On the 8th day I waited and waited and by the time I called, they were closed. I left a message telling them I need a response or else I would have to take my business elsewhere.March 12th: Midafternoon on the NINTH day, I called THEM yet again and they said they would have it to me in 30 minutes. So I waited 30 minutes, which turned to 60 minutes, which turned to 90 minutes. I called, yet again, and this time had to insist that I would stay on the line until they send it over. Finally, I was able to receive their quote, which had magically DOUBLED from the amount that was pre-quoted on the auto-generated email. These extra charges came from a $500 minimum requirement fee, a $500 Drop off fee, and a $500 Pickup Fee. My quote went from ~$1300 to $2,450.00Overall, their response was ridiculously slow, it took ME calling them 5 times to finally get a quote, and the final quote ended up being double of what was expected.Please, take your business elsewhere. I found another rental company that gave me the final quote amount in half a day, and they were half the price that MTB wanted.

We rent stuff at least once a year and these guys are the best weve ever used.

Disappointed with their office presentation and non inviting environment. Rental items are display at a non fashionable and non creative model. Very odd in fact for the service they provide. Staff are somewhat friendly and courteous. Not my cup of tea.
