THEFT: Have been promised a refund for our unsuccessful loan modification going on over 3 years nows.Even the process of trying to get the load-mod took over 1 1/2years with countless mistakes and plain incompetence on the part of this so called Lawyers office. Even our mortgage company who we were trying to partition through Janian were fed-up with them.This company happily took thousands of our hard earned dollars from our small, one income family who knew all the details of our desperate circumstances which they know include serious health issues (they even claimed the bank wanted all the gory details from the medical records), and us trying to get through a historic national recession and bank/mortgage collapse (which is why we applied for a loan modification in the first place), for years have promised to return the money they owe us (and of course have urgently needed to survive on, to put to good use) ,weve pleaded even begged.... but.... nothing.Now their phone numbers dont even work and nobody, not even Mr. Janian himself will return any form of correspondence from us.Janian and Associates if you are reading this, our file is under Mr and Mrs Gregory, HI.
