The owners are clueless of what goes on in their company they rely on programmers to give them feedback which is always a lie. Quality has dinasour tools to make measurements and at expected to do amazing things with a micrometer there is a lot of harassment going on and the owners do not care I am so glad I do not work for them anymore.

GLEN AIR HEADQUARTERS MUST NEED TO BE INFORMED ABOUT THIS COMPANY... Don’t wast your time looking for employment here. Management (Shooby) treats you like a child and have any experience on running any CNC machines. But expect miracles with the lack of measurement tools and novice inspectors, you basically will be doing more work then you sign for. Inspectors and management need to be educated.
