Although we were in our own backyard, your setup and team made us feel like we were dining in a 5 star restaurant. The guests enjoyed the service very much! Recently we had a wonderful party in L.A. to celebrate a sisters special anniversary, and found Top Notch online to provide professional service help. That was the BEST decision, and was key to making our party a big success (and allowed me to have a great time too!)I was a bit nervous about hiring Top Notch sight unseen, because I was organizing the event from Austin, TX, and wasnt meeting the assigned staff in advance. Vartan and his people are FANTASTIC! He was charming and knowledgable on the phone, made scheduling a breeze, and provided exactly what was promised for the fair and complete price quoted. The two people arrived on time, perfectly attired to help set up, serve, bartend and clean up, and did it all with energy, style and cheerful good manners. The party was in an out-of-the-way location in L.A., but there wasnt an extra charge.... no nickel-and-diming with this company.I am happy that we scheduled plenty of lead time to get the event set up, and was pleased with how hard they worked to make sure our guests were well taken care of. I also had them stay an extra hour to finish tidying up, which was well worth it. At the end of the event, I reviewed and approved their individual time sheets, which were right on.My other sister in Pacific Palisades said that she will be using Top Notch in the future.
