First of all this is a one man show, one unethical older man in tiny closet size room rented in a nice building totally unrelated to this company. This is not a reputable company, literally one untrustworthy failure excuse of a person in his shorts and T-shirt with his feet on the table.This guy is the definition of the opposite of progressive. He will waste weeks of your life, despite the fact that you have kids and family, and finding home may be urgent task for you.After you make all the down payments, produce all the unreasonable documentations, regardless of how unreasonable, he will accept them making you believe you have a home, then at the end he will leverage your offer to increase the bid from someone else without even a courtesy of a notice of even few hours in advance. This guy is petiful, narrow minded a-hole with the mentality of self entitlement, and very little tolerance of anyone who is non white/Hispanic migrant, he is very clear and aware of the fact that he is racist, even though he words it vaguely.
