My wife and I moved into a new house and the previous owners had a very interesting mass of wires and connections to untangle. Sean came in and in very short order completely sorted everything out and had us up and running. Everything was now cleaned up and clearly labeled. We also had a guest house where instead of having two separate modems, Sean was able to set up a system that connected the two houses on one modem with a superfast and very steady connection. He showed up right on time and was very prepared and friendly. You cannot go wrong with Tech Guys support. Very highly recommended.

We are finishing up a huge remodel on a 100-year-old house with detached garage/office, and during the final week of construction I realized that I am grossly unqualified to run networking cables from the main house to the office. Wireless from the house was not going to be sufficient, and we needed to both run multiple hardlines from the house and install a wireless extender in the back office.So I called up Tech Guys Computer IT Services, and they were at my house the next day, came up with a terrific plan, walked me through every step, and then were back in a few days to do the actual wiring once the (very reasonable) quote was approved. All concerns were elegantly handled -- weatherproofing, visual aesthetic, safety, and connection speed. We did a speed test once the extender was installed and there was .01% drop in speed between the main house and office. Crazy.Out of all of the different crews we worked with getting this old house up to date, Tech Guys were at the top of a large and very good bunch. They are super responsive, professional, and take pride in their work. I cant imagine a better solution than the one they came up with.

I knew that this fall our home internet connection would be tested like never before with two kids doing remote learning and my spouse working from home full time. I had a Google WiFi mesh system that I had installed myself, and it worked ... pretty good. But it was sometimes wonky and I knew that I had not properly configured it for fast, reliable connections all the time.I searched Yelp for home IT help and I called three listings that I found. Sean from the Tech Guys returned my call promptly and spent 10+ minutes on the phone discussing my situation and how they could help. This free advice was invaluable! I decided to book a site visit and the subsequent install.Tech Guys just tells you what hardware to buy on Amazon--they dont make anything on hardware so you know they are recommending what they think will work best for your situation. Seans install was efficient and he was professional while on site.All this is nice, but hows it working?? I am thrilled to report that my internet speeds are nearly double what they were. I have the Spectrum 200Mb plan but I never saw anything above about 100Mb using the Google wifi setup. Now Im getting 220Mb+ all over the house!Sean followed up a few days after the install to ask how things were going. I had a couple follow up questions and he was super helpful once again.Five stars, would highly recommend!

The WiFi in our home office was just awful. We would pay for the highest speeds and get only a quarter of that on a good day. This company worked wonders for us and made us pretty happy! Our in home WiFi speeds all around is over 400 now. My family appreciates the work that was done!

I’m a bit of a skeptic. When I first read the reviews for Tech Guys, I thought they were too good to be true and that they had asked a bunch of their friends to post 5 star reviews with good comments.However, I was desperate on day 4 without Internet access so I reached out. Sean responded within about an hour and was so helpful. Over the phone, he helped me troubleshoot my issue (my setup is complex with AT&T router, switch, firewall and wifi access point). Sean identified that it was most likely an issue with the AT&T connection and told me what to ask them when I called. It *was* an issue with AT&T. I was so grateful for his help and will definitely call Tech Guys in the future for help. I would highly recommend Tech Guys if you need help with your home network.

This company had a great online reputation throughout the web. I had called several other IT companies, but these guys were the most responsive. We initially scheduled them in for a site visit (totally worth it by the way) because of their professional approach towards our project we decided to hire them. We have no complaints thus far and our office is operating at full speeds. Great staff, reasonable pricing and we still continue using their services!

The internet in my detached office area went out just after the safer at home order, and I tried everything but couldn’t fix it on my own. My husband had used tech guys a long time ago at his warehouse, so I called And left a message and Sean got back to me right away. He was able to come by the next morning and very thoroughly assessed the problem, and gave me several options for fixing it. He was very careful to keep distance, wash hands and wear gloves, etc and was more than happy to accommodate my other requests to reduce contact with my home. I had been having wi-fi streaming problems at my home and other connectivity issues and had put call in to a few different companies. Tech Guys responded in under 5 minutes and spent a significant amount of time on the phone to understand the issues. The tech arrived the next day and did a very thorough analysis. I must say out of 2 other companies these guys were a bit pricier, but more experienced and actually took the time to explain different alternatives for being cost efficient. They also recommended us to change our old server out and get it updated, which we did. The project was for network wiring, a new server and networking everything together. Called asking for a Cisco Certified firewall expert. Shant the owner stated he was very busy, had the best reference but could not come out for nearly 1-month. I said fine. After nearly a month he calls 3-days before showing up to say he can,t do it because he does not feel confident in his staff and he has no time. With all the great reviews they had I wanted to try them out and see for myself. I had an annoying virus that kept popping up just randomly in the middle of work and just got me going crazy. Tried scanning my computer for viruses but nothing showed up. Spoke to Sean and told him what was going on, so he came down to check it out. The virus had infected my files and was in hidden folders and files it was definitely not my cup of tea to fix. Sean took his time to look through each file to make sure all files were in the correct folders. He spotted files and icons that were not supposed to be on my computer which he got rid of. After experiencing their line of work and how much patience you need to accomplish certain tasks I give them a 5 star rating! Great job and very affordable. Thanks!

Thank god for the Tech Guys. My Macbook Pro hard drive crashed so I had to buy a new one and called up the Tech Guys to install the new hard drive and see if they could recover any data from the fried hard drive. After re-installing the hard drive they conducted their data recovery and they were able to recover EVERYTHING! Man was I a happy camper. The Wifi in our house was just terrible! It was never really reliable and was always spotty, especially when we had guests over.
