Ian and Frank were wonderful. I was able to contact them easily for any questions, which was great. The wall repair work that was done looks beautiful. The work went quickly and the cleanup was excellent. I couldnt ask for better work and customer service.

My hot water heater exploded and ruined a large portion of the home while we were are out of town. Phil was able to meet me the day after I called and made sure he was available. He was honest straight to the point, respectful of our time and friendly. 911 crew finished in the exact time frame they committed to which is rare in the construction world. Price was well worth the value provided. I will be using 911 crew not just for S.O.S situations but for future remodel projects as well!

It’s always frustrating when you have issues at your home. What makes it even more frustrating is when your “help” arrives and the quality is sub-par. I did not experience that with this company. Very professional and Ian helped ease my mind with his professionalism and timely arrival.

Ian came in and got things going and the team got the water and carpet out quickly. Set up the fans and had a person to run tests for lead and asbestos. More to come later.

911 Restoration provided professional and timely service. We had a washing machine malfunction that flooded portions of ourhouse. Due to their quick response time and experience they were able to minimize the water damage and dry everything out. They also did a great job on the repair portion(needed new baseboards and painting.). Wonderful service!

Fast service and quality work!

Well what can I say Phil left me speechless. I had a flood in my house water running down the hallways and out the doors and walls some spots 5 inches deep. Phil came out fast took over and dried up everything and then started the replace and repair. Phil and his crews did a fantastic job not only is everything back its better than it was. To make it simple if you dont call Phill at 911 Restoration, you made a bad call. So Call Phill when you need the best!
