The customer service here is top notch! We had a RV rented, and due to the current wild fire closures in Arizona we were unable to take our trip as planned. I called and had to cancel our rental last minute and they were so nice to let us rebook a rental for a later date. What can I say besides fantastic?! Rented a genesis toy hauler, had all the amenities, easy setup take down, and not to mention the awesome guys who got me on the road, set up my hitch and walked me through the trailer with all the features! The ladies were great and super helpful! They had a tight window in their schedule and I promised to stay within it, so they let me use their 16 footer enclosed. It was in great shape, pulled great, and no issues. Would recommend for sure!

Ive rented from a few places in Phoenix and in Prescott and I have to say that from the first these guys are top notch!As part of the rental they give you an antisway bar free of charge because it was safer for me. I was impressed by that because other people charge extra for this. They told me that They knew the dangers and didnt want me to experience anything on their end that would take away from our outting.It was at this time that I find out that I had lost my hitch pin key. So embarrassing. I looked everywhere for it. They told me not to worry, that they would have it off in 15 min, and Im not the first person to have this problem.They made sure the trailer was level and load balanced to my specific vehicle.They walked through and made sure I knew every function and even asked if I needed a full tank of water or wanted to travel light.They also told me that they dump as part of the rental free of charge. This is a big deal because its a HUGE pain to do that prior to returning the rental.We had 2 small hiccups while we were camping that wouldnt have ruined the weekendand but wanted call the number on the lease paper to leave a message so that they were aware. To my surprise someone actually answered and offered many options to take care of the issue. I kinda felt bad for bothering him.This crew is 100% ☆☆☆☆☆ and I will always keep these guys as my go to.Thanks again everyone for making my weekend!

What a great start to the summer. We drove out from San Diego and rented a travel trailer from Sand Highway RV Rentals. We were able to bomb out 2 hours quicker than the 3 other familys pulling trailers from San Diego because the hook up and paperwork were a breeze getting us back on the road in no time at all. We got to see the Grand Canyon and a dude ranch. The return was even quicker and I received the paper work on my email before I got home. We will be coming back for sure.

First time renting an ATV. The team up front (Page and Nicole) were rad. Just welcoming and accommodating. Plus Copper is pretty damn cool dog. We had some special requests, and the whole team there was so helpful. The guys in the lot were quick and positive, very helpful!The team here knows what’s up. What a great company. The front office was very responsive to all my questions. I called a couple national RV companies and they do not compare. This was our first time driving an RV and it was great. Curtis was fantastic. We parked the RV and could not get the AC to work. I called Curtis well past closing time and he helped me immediately. There was a breaker that had tripped. The RV was in great shape. After we returned the RV, we received a call and someone had left their luggage in the RV. It was waiting for us to pick-up. Awesome experience.

Rented our first RV this summer. It was a great experience from booking to returning. The staff is very friendly and made sure to spend enough time explaining everything. Would definitely rent from them again.

Scheduling was very easy - did it with the website after a brief conversation with Laura. Pick up was a breeze - in and out in 30 minutes and even got a quick tour of some of the other rentals. They helped me out with a hitch mismatch so the trailer rode more level - much thanks!Drop off was a piece of cake - 15 minutes and I was on my way.Ill be back. Soon, hopefully!

The RV was in decent condition. The staff explained how to use almost everything. The website has old information on it and Ive been told that the new owners are working on getting a new one. Insurance selection was a bit confusing too. I think I picked an add on that was already included in an insurance package. I wish the 3 night minimum requirement was more prominent. I picked up on Friday and returned it on Sunday expecting two night rental. Although after taking the mileage into account, I broke even. The refrigerator took for ever to cool down. I guess RV refrigerators do that.

Rented a 28foot flat bed trailer from them for a weekend trip. Good service, fair prices and plenty inventory

We recently used Sand Highway to rent a 28’ trailer for our 2 side by sides. Paige who runs the front of business is super helpful and easy to communicate with. They are very professional and seem to really care about your experience. They were helpful and we are going to absolutely use them again. They have a facility that’s a bit off the grid, but it makes it all the easier once you get there because you need the space to get in and out with the large trailers. We honestly prefer that it such a large space and it’s not far off the main road, so once you locate the business you’ll be glad it’s not in a busy and tight intersection. My husband was very impressed with their inventory and they’re now programmed into our phone for all our future rentals.

I like the fact that everybody is very friendly and are willing to help with whatever it is I need help with. Renting from sand highway is kinda like borrowing your neighbors trailer or RV, a very casual and laid back experience.I also like the fact that their equipment is well maintained, the trailer I rented has some miles on it for sure, but theres nothing broken, loose, or missing on the trailer, and it pulled straight and true the entire way to LA and back. As a fuel hauler, small details on equipment like trailers stands out to me, and I noticed they seem to take care of their equipment.The yard itself is also very clean and organized.You definitely can tell they make an effort, and work hard to keep a tight ship running like clockwork. The guys that work in the yard are also very knowledgeable. Some of the trucking companies I used to drive for could learn a thing or two from them.There are other places closer to me that have similar trailers, but my next rental will be from sand highway both because when I find something I like, I stick with it, and out of principle.

We rented a 1000xp 5 seat rzr from sand highway RV. Paige was very responsive with all our questions and concerns. The rzr pick up and drop off was seamless. The rzr was in great condition had a lot of aftermarket parts on it. It came with a trailer for free, the trailer was in great condition as well. We will defiantly rent from Sand Highway RV again.

We had an awesome experience renting from Sand HIghway RV! The 31 camper we rented was super comfortable! I loved the outdoor kitchen and my wife loved the shower and couldnt believe the bed was as comfortable as it was. We will absolutely rent from them again!

Amazing Customer Service! Laura was extremely accommodating, even after I requested to change the dates of my rental. I rented the Can-am Turbo, I was impressed to see that the UTV came with a spare tire, belt, and even an extra clutch! Cant do 4 1/2 stars with this link or I would have. Very easy checkout/in, 80% of all the gadgets, buttons, and equipment explained. Some things seemed inside seemed lower quality but then again, its a rental. Rate higher than most, but my military discount helped with that. received email my deposit was released today (turned RV in today) well see how that goes, they quote 5 days. RV ran great.

They worked with us around our schedule and hooked us up with pick up and drop off times...in addition to homemade cookies and beef sticks to pass out to kids in Mexico. When we picked up the RV, we had an amazing this is how your rv works 101 crash course. Again, he was super patient as we asked questions to make sure we knew what we were doing. Not shockingly, I had to call the next morning because we couldnt figure something out. The call was answered immediately, I didnt have to go through the push 27 buttons to be sent to a recording of how to turn the radio on. They walked us through it easily.Top Notch Folks!

I have rented from this company several times over the last few years and have always been pleased with the units and service.I would like to elaborate on the fact that each time the trailers have been in good working condition and clean. If you have experience renting trailers, then you know this is a rarity to have a fully functional trailer in good to great shape.I have enjoyed the customer service and it has always been pleasant to deal with any of the employees.I also appreciate how they have treated my kids, they sometimes come with me to pick up the trailer and have always been treated kindly.This company has always been fair and honest with what your getting and they explain everything. Weve been renting 4 wheelers now for a few years from a different place and were referred to Sand Highway by a friend and could not be happier! They have very high quality machines and EXCELLENT customer service. They put thought into the little things like giving my son a Christmas present, a cookie & hot chocolate. Rented the 24 Class C for a first experience using a motorhome for three nights. The staff was wonderful. Very helpful explaining the various hookups and how the equipment worked inside. Our backup camera didnt work most of the time so I was lucky to have someone with me that could help. The mirrors show a lot but there are areas that they cant cover. All in all it was a good experience. I will be leaving in a few days for 3 weeks in a 28 Class C. Im anxious to see how that trip goes.

Starting with the website it was easy to navigate and get the info needed. Once we went to pick up trailer Laura and her husband were very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Office smelled like freshly baked cookies. Pet friendly. Reasonable pricing. We will definitely be coming back.

I expected it to be a bit more beat up but it looked brand new. Very clean and everything worked great! We are relocating and needed to travel out of state to look for property. We were able to rent a thirty-three foot RV which was nicely maintained and spacious. Great customer service, the guys (Cory and Curtis) had the unit set up and ready for delivery. Paige had all the paperwork in order and ready for review and signing. The return process was easy and quick. I recommend sand highway to anyone with a need to rent, a Motorhome, travel trailer, utility trailer and other vehicles.

Down to earth group of people. A few friends and I decided to go to a desert festival in September and didnt want to stay in tents on the ground. We pooled some money together and rented a toy hauler from these guys. The selection they had was awesome, the even had a trailer I could pull with my half ton Suburban. After a thorough training on how to use the trailer, and some of its accessories, we were on our way really fast. The price was even better than we found at other dealers. They even filled the fresh water tanks for us! The trailer worked better than expected during the trip with no issues. The drop off was easier than the pickup. I will rent again from these guys, and I live on the other side of town from here.

This was an exceptional first-time RV rental experience. Laura and Curtis were great at not only getting us in the RV, but also explaining all of the functions and requirements that might scare other novices like us. The RV -- dubbed Thor -- was clean with fresh linens and all the comforts you need for cooking and cleaning on the go, and more. Hookups were easy. And it was the perfect size for navigating some windy Arizona roads. Our only regret was having to turn the keys back over at the end of the trip. Highly recommend!

Forget U-haul. These guys are great. I rented the 14ft trailer and it was as smooth as it can get. Trailer was in too shape. They take very good care of their stuff and are very friendly and professional. I will use them again and again. Spend the extra dollar and rent quality trailers. Friendly and knowledgable! The absolute BEST customer service Ive experienced in a long time. They took the time to explain every aspect of the trailer I rented in detail to me and what to expect. The maintenance and cleanliness of the trailer I rented was impeccable. It was one of the older soon to be retired units but I would have never guessed that. They have a lot of great options and a newer fleet of equipment. I would gladly rent from them again and again.

We have now rented from sand highway rv 3 separate times. Each time we get the 19ft genesis supreme and it’s perfect! Fits everyone comfortably. Lots of room to bring everything you need! Will def rent from sand highway rv again!

What a great group/team to rent quality RVs from. Always very professional and courteous in all of our dealings with them for several years. We have rented their Class C Rvs three times in the past 2 years and always found them clean, well kept and maintained. We had considered buying one of the same units but why, when we can rent the same model when we want one, no monthly payments or storage fees.Have also rented the 7x14 trailer several times with no problems. Have reserved one of the Toy Haulers for use in several months. Cant wait for this trip to the dunes.

We rented the 19ft BunkHouse travel trailer (August 2019) for a mountain biking event near the Grand Canyon. The trailer and equipment worked by design and brilliantly. This trailer does not come equipped with a generator by default and I recommend this option if you are not going to a location that has hookups. This was our first time pulling and using a travel trailer and as a trial, we thoroughly enjoyed the trailer vs primitive camping....especially having plumbing facilities to use after a day in the woods. The staff at Sand Highway RV Rentals was helpful, courteous, and friendly and their pricing is very reasonable. I left their facility with the travel trailer with no uncertainty on how to use the trailer and equipment because they were very thorough with the walk around and instructions. The trailer was clean, didnt smell or have an odor, and looked great. Now that we are spoiled from ever tent camping again, we are certainly coming back to Sand Highway RV to rent another unit in the future.

The staff is always willing to answer questions and help point you in the right direction for the best RV for your needs.I have rented from them a few times now, and there are 3 things that stick out from the other guys. Price - theres is not the lowest, but they dont nickel and dime you, everything is upfront. Clean - the units are impeccably clean, like almost new. Service - ready, willing, and able to help and answer questions.

Laura was friendly, informative, got all the paperwork done quickly. Curtiss was very nice, efficient, got us hooked up and checked in no time at all. First time finding the address was a bit tricky but once you know where they are you wont go anywhere else. Equipment is in very good condition, fit our needs perfectly. First rate service!

Easy rental experience. The paperwork was quick and informative and the office employee went over it thoroughly. The gentleman who worked the lot went over the travel trailer with us, answering all my questions. They even went one further when we discovered a wire was flip flopped in my brake controller. this led to an incorrect reading and would not work the brakes correctly. He assisted in cutting and splicing the wires on the spot getting us on the road. The only reason for the 4 stars was like all rentals, some money needs to be put back into upgrading the equipment. I rented the 19ft travel trailer for a trip to the Grand canyon. The batteries when fully charged but could not hold a charge thru the night, this in turn led to the heater not functioning and it being a little chilly. Also the propane fridge was sketchy, and it took almost 24 hrs to finally get it functioning and cold. We had a cooler so it wasnt the end of the world. But If I rented for more than a couple days I would have wanted all these functioning 100%. I mentioned it to the technician on my return so they could look into it. We will see if its fixed the next time we rent. Overall a great experience.

It was a bit out of the way, but the staff was friendly and helpful. The car hauler I rented was in excellent condition however it had an unloaded bounce around 60 mph, probably a tire out of balance. Other than that, great equipment at a fair price.Ill definitely call them next time I need a rental.-Mark

This is my second rental there and they are have been great. They are very organized and they have everything setup for you. They are also very accommodating with the pickup and drop off process. I will be renting from them again!

Everyone at Sand Highway RV was amazing. They were very detailed in explaining how everything worked on the trailer even when it was about 110 outside. We would totally rent from them again, not only because they had a good selection of trailers to rent but their overall customer service was spectacular. Love them!

Sand Highway RV rentals is awesome, they have excellent equipment and they are very friendly. We had reserved a trailer for 2 days but we were able to do a turnaround, we called and they waited for us an extra 1/2 hour so we could return it. Thats customer service for sure would highly recommend them and will use them for all future rentals.

This was my first time operating an RV and thanks to Sand Highway RV it went great! I rented a 24ft Thor Class C. Everything that I needed to do to maintain the vehicle was explained in detail. The RV was in great condition and looked great. It was a very comfortable and hassle free trip.
