Dont go here, they have the worst customer service, literally they had a lil Mexican guy almost yelling at me because I told him to stop cutting my hair since he was not doing a great job, I couldve easily slept him but again I am at the mall, I keep myself classy but I felt as though I was in south phoenix or something. Anyway I give this place -5 /5Negative five, in case you cant read numbers....Worst barber shop ever.I am surprised they have let this poor primitive barber shop to be run inside of the Arrow head mall.

My son got a haircut a couple of months ago and it was good, the fade was good. Todays is horrible, crooked lines, a huge C cut into the side, and the pics dont even show the uneven front top, an inch difference in length crazy horrible right before graduation

An absolutely excellent barber shop! A solid line up every time and a good distance for those who don’t have a barber shop near them to cater to their needs.

A few days I went in to get a haircut and when I walked in I did not feel welcomed at all. They seemed annoyed that they had to do their job. I sat down and the person cutting me was very rude and aggressive when I was telling them what I wanted. My haircut was a low fade but was VERY high. It took about 30 min for him to fade one side and it wasn’t good or right at all. At the end when he shaved me he did not use any cream and cut me all over my side and neck. Waste of money!

Son got great haircut, grabbed one also. Couldnt understand why they werent busy until it came time to pay and realized prices had doubled!!

Women barbers did not appear to know how to cut hair. They cut my husband’s and father’s hair, while my mother and I waited. My mom is very friendly and was talking to one of the women and the woman asked the other barber in Spanish to talk to the old lady (my mother) so that she would stop bothering her. However, she said it in crude and vulgar terms. The place was filthy and the floor was full of other customers hair. They were not cleaning up after each haircut. Both haircuts were horrible, and my husband’s looks like an outgrown haircut. We were very disappointed and will never return again. I will also be complaining to the mall as well.

Save your time, energy, and money. Luckily its just hair and it will grow back, when the barber was done according to him my sons hair was not blended at all his part was messed up and I had to explain to him how to fix it. Just horrible, never again will I be coming here I honestly gave this place a chance but oh no the barbers have no skills whatsoever and should be removed replaced, or sent back to school.

Came in for a haircut, the two female staff were not professional and rude. Place was dirty. Asked for a fade haircut, didn’t seem to know what I wanted. Most Terrible haircut ever, also they were talking about my mother-in-law in Spanish, they didn’t realize that I speak Spanish also. Please don’t give this place your business, they don’t deserve it.

My son’s usual barbershop was closed when we needed to get him a cut a couple weeks ago, so we tried this one out. The girl cutting his hair is a brand new barber, and she needed help with the fade. Her mom is a barber there and helped with the fade. The only problem is that they ended up giving my son a pretty bad case of razor bumps. She was very aggressive with the clippers, even from where I was standing I could tell she was doing something wrong. For that reason we probably will not visit this shop again. Other than the bumps the cut was good. But it’s not a great customer experience, in general.

This place is very sloppy. $47 to shave my head asked to line up my face. The barber doesnt do a good job for lining up your face wow the worst. Hey bro if you read this find a new hobby.

I went in to get a hair cut the guy seemed so out of it he messed up my fade one line is more like a square.. the back of my head has so much hair left over... the top of my head one side is 2” other side is 4”.. $27 for this hair cut. I wish I could give it no stars. DO NOT GO HERE!

Junior is the best barber , I have followed him to other shops , he takes care of me every time I go, Ill wait for him for an hour if I have to... I get compliments on my cut two and three weeks after he cuts it, people asking where I go.. its hard to find a good barber in Arizona and he is one of the best.. always cuts the way I want and always has a smile on his face

I went to this location to prepare for my job interview and it was an extremely friendly environment. They will play the game for you if you want, and will fill out almost any request you could want. I came here after going to Great Clips for almost my whole life, until it was not so great.Would definitely recommend coming here.

I went in a hour before close on a Sunday, so I wasnt expecting perfection but thats pretty much what I got. Dude did an awesome job. Listened to what I wanted and gave it to me. Super clean lines and pointed my neck line perfectly. I could only be happier if it wasnt his last day there. Lol. Highly recommend!

I visited this barber shop with my boyfriend on March 21- 2019. And the first thing the lady with the blonde highlights did was to insulte my boyfriend in Spanish. I’m Mexican. I speak Spanish Fluently. I could understand you.You are here to provide a service, not insult your clients.Don’t come here unless you want to be insulted.

Very friendly staff always walking out feeling good about my hair cut would highly recommend anyone in area looking to get a haircut for a fair price.

I went in to get a trim for me and my 4 y.o. son and I literally had to tell her to stop cutting his hair it was so horribly uneven and she looked at me like “what’s wrong with it”My cut just isn’t what I asked for but I wasn’t going to sit and try to explain to them any further. $48 for two horrible cuts

THE WORST! me and my family walk in to the barber shop to get a hair cut for me and my son and all 4 employees look at us like bothered that we showed up, which was weird because we have been there before. We were waiting for the Filipino lady when all of a sudden all the employees looked lost when it was time for me and my sons haircut. I over heard the Filipino lady rudely say They are not waiting for me, Im going on lunch (Knowing that we were their for her). So i got up and walked out with my family. Customer service is horrible. They need more welcoming employees that actually want to work there. NEVER GOING BACK!

You would think they take supply and demand into consideration because they are located in a mall where a lot of people go to and expect to be treated with in a timely manner... During weekends they are well staffed but weekdays look like they need 1 or 2 more barbers

This Shop is complete JOKE!!! I came in on a Friday and only 2 Barbers working, you would think being inside the mall they should have more than 2 Barbers working on a busy day. The guy in the first chair said it will be around 20 min wait, that there was another barber available. I waited for almost 1 hour and the barber never showed up. I went in the following day and the lady in the second chair was so unprofessional, she was talking on her phone and cutting my hair at the same time. You could imagine how my haircut came out. Dont come here, youre going to waste your time and get a bad haircut!!!

Middle aged Hispanic lady cut my hair.. *dont know her name* She was on her cell phone while cutting my hair wich is completely unnaceptable she left my right sideburn completely unshaven while left side was trimmed and cut If I didnt live so far from Glendale I was going to go back and speak with a manager. Yes I looked like a complete fool and didnt notice it until I got to the bathroom in Macys. Also not very friendly/talkative very low customer service. WARNING-DO NOT GET YOUR HAIRCUT AT THIS PLACE.

Horrible shop! My bf just went in for a cut and came out with the worst cut Ive ever seen! The guy cutting his hair looked scared, and kept looking at me as if he was checking to see if I was noticing the mess ups.. Sure enough he walked out looking like a child chopped his hair up. Get some real barbers or shut it down. The absolute worst shop Ive seen so far.

I got the worst haircut of my life here, the barber couldn’t even cut the hair evenly. I had to go to a different barbershop to get it corrected.

This place is terrible, they do not know how to cut hair and do not listen to directions. Save your money and Time, you will not get what you want. Trust this review and go somewhere else it will benefit you very much.

When my husband entered the two barbers there were sitting around and both seemed like they didnt want to give my husband a cut. They went back and forth with one another on who is going to give him a cut. Once they decided who was going to be his barber my husband told the man what he wanted. The man totally butchered his hair and beard! The barber also missed patches of hair on his neck and cut everything way to short. Not a recommended place!

Walked in at 7:40 and the online hours say they close at 9. The 2 guys cutting hair looked at me like I was crazy while I was standing at the front desk, and the fat guy with the weird fohawk rudely said were closed man. I asked if they closed at 9, and he said no man were closed at 8. He couldve been nicer about it, but unfortunately it was a bad first experience, and I wont be coming back.

Please was a joke neither barber knee how to cut but they say you get what you for and I can say never again total waste of my money.

The lady cutting my hair was only suppose to cut my hair and not my beard. She ruined my beard and now I have to wait a month for my hair to grow back. They will never have me as a customer ever again.
