Nice new cars (that dont smell). Drivers dress well / very professional. Easy communication over text. Great price. So far they have been 10 minutes early both times that Ive used them.

My Lyft app was malfunctioning, so I was going to miss my early plane because of it! Lyft cost me an HOUR that I didnt have (I had initially scheduled the Lyft THE NIGHT BEFORE). I was so stressed and called around to every taxi and car pickup in the area - I got ONLY voicemails!!!! Finally, I reached the WONDERFUL Andy at Frontline Limousine!!! He was kind and patient and tried his best to help and accomodate me in a very stressful (and super early) last-minute situation. He even showed up looking super professional, wore a mask, helped me with my luggage (especially great since Im currently partially disabled), and his beautiful car was clean and sizable! He was kind and compassionate and never lectured nor judged my awful situation. TEN stars out of 5!!!! THANK YOU (X 10,000,000, ANDY!!!!!!) :) :) :)

Superb service from end to end. Our group of 14 had the pleasure of using Frontline Limousine during our stay in LA - including a round trip from/to LAX and a day trip to Las Vegas. Our driver, Anush, exceeded our expectations to ensure we were satisfied and he was nothing short of accommodating, patient, and helpful - so much so, it will be hard to top this experience! Highly recommend!
