I called them to request a proposal for a new home construction and they were not interested in working on my project. No explanation provided. Weird but there are many other places that offers better product and 10x better customer service. I am glad that they declined to work even before the start of the project.

They are only interested in larger installations where they can make more money. Wont do a window replacement. Minimum of 3 windows.

I have been especially impressed with the installation team! They are true professionals who take pride in doing excellent work. We worked with Harris Exteriors this fall to replace all of our windows, siding and gutters. They were wonderful to work with, from start to finish. Phil spent time with us to plan the project, answering questions, seeking out the exact colors we wanted, and helping us find the perfect products that met our needs within our budget. One of their guys even designed a beautiful new window from scratch to replace an old bow window box. Our house looks like new, and we couldnt be happier.We highly recommend Harris!!

The people with Harris Exteriors are friendly and very helpful. They kept us up to date on the cost and scheduling. When we had conflicts they are flexible with us. The only way that you could tell that our roof was replaced was the great looking new roof. All of the landscaping was left unharmed and clean up was very professional and there was no evidence that 3 layers of roof had been removed and replaced. They are great.

This is the second time we have used Harris Exteriors for siding - I have not found anyone more knowledgeable about siding and roofing than Phil Davis. He is the most trusted individual I have come to know in the industry and I have interviewed many. He helped me in both situations review my claim with the insurance company and advised me of areas where I should be covered that the adjustor missed and worked on my behalf to get what was entitled to me from the insurance company. The insurance company agreed with Phils assessment and I maximized my claim. He also line item quoted me to see exactly what I was paying for so I could maximize my insurance payment. He both times put high quality siding on my homes and the work was impeccable. If you want a company that will give you a great, honest quote and back it up with great, quick, and quality work - Harris Exteriors is your company. They have done great work for me twice and I would not use anyone else. They are a company you can totally trust in price, quality, and workmanship!

Harris replaced all our windows, siding and gutters 3 years ago and we still love it all. I recently called to see if they could tell me the type of window vent lock I should buy to replace the one I broke. They not only helped me identify the right kind, but tracked them down and sent them to me directly. Their customer service was great before and during our experience and continues to be, three years later!!

Not impressed. Very unprofessional. Salesman Lance told us they could get the windows installed in about 6-8 weeks. It took him about that long to just put the order in. Additionally he told us that he was able to match the current window sizes. Only after we made a deposit he calls and says we cant get the size as promised. He then expects us to make a decision about window size at a moments notice even though he had over six weeks to place the order and contact us.He talked very poorly about women and got upset when I told him I wanted to discuss the changes with my wife before making a decision.Installation crew was rude, disrespectful and extremely slow. Installer Dave took 5 full days to install 5 windows (a job that probably should have been 2 days at most). They did significant damage to our walls and did not repair as promised.Harris is making a big mistake paying these crews by the hour. Dave intentionally works very slow to pad his bill. Additionally they stored tools in our garage the entire week making inaccessible for us. Dave also had the nerve to harass us every single day in an attempt to get us to buy him lunch. My wife offered them a dozen donuts on the last day.When my 3 year old son saw the donuts he wanted one, so my wife said she was going to take just one for him. Well, Dave had an absolute fit that she took back one of the donuts (that we provided) for my 3 year old child. We did not feel safe having him in our home after that. Lastly, Dave even suggested that he was going to make it a requirement that clients keep the air conditioning on the entire time they were replacing windows. Just crazy.I would spend your money somewhere else.

The price was fair, the guys were extremely knowledgeable and informative, helping to make the perfect selection, and the work was amazing. We purchased a Therma Tru front entry door from Harris in 2017 and the installation was just completed in June. The two installers arrived right on time and worked for 5 hours removing the old door and storm door with a very careful installation of the new door and trim as well as the old storm door. The height was a custom make which required that the old storm door be cut to fit the new frame. The new installation was perfect and the men refit our old hardware in the new door. We were extremely happy with the price, the quality of work, and the neatness of the installers. We highly recommend Harris Roofing, Siding, Windows & Doors for the quality of this product and workmanship.

Called to get a quote for new basement windows, new soffit and facia and new gutters. Salesman came out took a look and was positive. Waited a week and did not get a quote so I called the salesman back. He said he still needed to talk to his labor superintendent to see if they wanted to take the job. He told me he would get back to me later that day or the next day at the latest. Never heard back from him even after leaving him two additional voice messages. I guess they are so successful they can pick and choose which jobs they want to take on. As a person in the construction field, this is terrible customer service because now I am writing a bad review when all they had to do was call and say they could not take on the job instead of leaving me hanging. The customer should never work harder than the person they hire especially when it comes to getting information.
