Been here on two separate occasions (once alone, once with a friend) both times treated phenomenal and you truly get what you pay for.Definitely make an appointment, people know this is a gem. Or be prepared to wait a bit.

This is an honest review. I been coming to Originails over a year now, and all I have to say is great things about this Salon! The staff are really courteous and helpful especially, Vu, Jack, and Mi. The owner is professional and very friendly. Give this Salon a try and you’ll be coming back. Recommend this place to everyone in the Glen Ellyn, Wheaton, and Lombard area. Thank you guys! Ive been here many times now. I always leave happy and satisfied! They take their time and do the work so well. I just cant say enough. Some na salons really deteriorate after being open a while. Not here. Quality service at great prices. If you are looking for reliable and quality pedicure and/or manicure this is the place!

I came today with my mother in law and honestly I was so scared because she is so picky but I am excited to say not only she loved it she is amazed from the professionalism from Jack and how good he is at his job he went above and beyond to make sure she loved it a great hand massage with a hot towel. I am happy to say that OrigiNail has officially stole her heart 🙏❤️

Terrible customer service. Why do all the nail techs wear masks and the customers dont? What are they hiding? Tried to make change from a $5 bill and 3 techs came to the counter and ignored me. They were only interested if I was going to pay for something. Apparently they only accept cash for tips. Maybe they dont report tips? Brought my mother there to get her nails done, wont be back.

Followed guidelines from cdc, plexiglass barricade between you and the nail tech, hand sanitizer everywhere, everyone wears masks. very clean. manicure equipment is autoclaved. the nail tech who did my nails paid close attention to detail. end product is great. will surely go back !

The guy that worked on my acrylic nails did an awesome job! I appreciated that he took his time and kept following up with me if I like them so far. This was my first time here and I will definitely be returning.

I used Originail sereval times before Covid 19. They were always very clean, professional and friendly. During Covid 19 they continued and even improved their service and safety of their clients.They made me feel very comfortable and safe during this new normal we are living in.

I just came to Originail Salon for the first time and it was a wonderful experience. Tracy did my pedicure and Ally did my manicure. They both were so kind and paid great detail to my nails. Everything down to the details of the back massage, warm lotions and hot towels all made the experience amazing. I highly recommend coming here!

I came today 10/13/2018 at 10 and I had the most amazing experience ever! I’m new to the neighborhood and I am really picky of who is doing my nails I came to Originail Nail Salon in Glen Ellyn and it was so clean, stuff treated me like family offered me drinks! 😁 (lets just say they spoiled me) Gina is amazing she did a marvel today for me and it turned out crazy beautiful😍 I recommend this place to everyone. Doesn’t matter if you are not from the area. If you want good nails and fast this is the place! Love you guys

This place goes above and beyond. Theyre so welcoming, attentive, and they truly treat you right. Their ultimate pedicure option leaves you feeling amazing and refreshed. I travel all the way from Chicago - because Ive been unable to find a place where you actually get your $$$ worth (most places clip your nails, do a callus scrub, 5min massage, and youre on your way). Their ultimate package is well worth it. At minimum youll be in the chair an hour.

Ben @ Originail is fanominal. he truely knows what he is doing and perfects his work. I have been getting no-chip manicures for 2 years now and he gave me the best no-chip I have ever received. i am 110% happy & will be back again. (best quality work and great prices...oh and the no-chips last at least 3 weeks - my last one lasted me 27 days)

When I first walked in I was greeted and everything was cool my nail tech was kind mean lol I tried showing her a pic of what I wanted but without even looking she was like just go choose the color and I was like but wait look at the pic and without even looking she was like just get the color that looks like that so I was kinda sad bc I came to the salon to have a good relaxing time but then when it was my turn she was rly nice she took her time doing my nails and asked me a lot of times if I liked everything she was doing she did an amazing job and did everything with my nails beautifully I tipped her and I’m very satisfied with my nails I just wish my introduction to the store was better I definitely come there again though because my nails were so good

Terrible customer service. My no chip nails chip the very next day and the owner told me wouldn’t fix it if I get a chip again. They can’t do dip nails correctly. Horrible on no chips make it it too thick. I will never go back there. Too high for sloppy service. If l could give 1/2 star I would

My friend and I were greeted and immediately told to pick a color. We sat down everything seemed to be going good. We get to the part where my nail tech was shaping my nails with a file, I could clearly see the white marks already on the black file that shows its been used, before she even touched my nails. Mind you, those things are a ONE USE ITEM. I brought it up to my nail tech and she told me it was new, when clearly it wasnt. I let her continue. My nails look good from far away, but if you know arylic nails, then up close you can clearly see mistakes in the shaping. One of my thumb nails is shorter than the rest of my fingers due her having to fix a mistake she made. I have a raised bump on my ring finger due to something getting in my nail and the tech pulled it out, but didnt file down the bump it created. Overall, my experiance was ok, but definietly not the best. The shoulder massage was the only thing that saved it honestly.The two stars is to give this place the benefit of the doubt, they did mention they had to do a lot of prom nails, and it was towards the end of the day. I hope my experiance was just due to their fatigue, and not to do with the business as a whole.

Let me just start by saying when it comes to my nails and toes, I am extremely extremely picky. Since moving to the area I had yet to find a nail salon that does a real good job overall, I had a nail salon that I went to for years but its too far for me to travel to now so when I looked up OrigiNail I noticed great reviews so I thought Id give it a go. I walk in and immediately noticed how clean and professional it was, everyone was very kind as well! I wanted a No-chip and classic pedicure, first pedicure then nails. My pedicure was fantastic!! Usually when you get a classic its kind of just ehh but not here! Not only was the pedicure enjoyable but the application of the actual nail polish was seriously the best Ive ever had! After an amazing pedicure (from a dark haired short cut lady,didnt get her name) I had a No-chip manicure with Jack, again AMAZING!! His attention to detail is very appreciated and his application with the polish was perfection! After my manicure I got a shoulder and neck massage plus warmed lotion hand and arm massage-included!!! Best part is that its less than a mile from my house, I am completely sold with this place. If you want a good quality mani/pedi-come here!! Love love love it! I will most definitely be coming back. :)

Great nail salon!! Both my daughter and I were very happy with our mani-pedis. I highly recommend the signature pedi with the paraffin wrap. I also liked that they use disposable tub liners.
