First time getting waxed last month. I was so nervous to the point I was tearing up. Genecia at the reception desk was very kind and professional. She helped me calm down. She was wiping down products if a customer touched it. The location was very clean when I walked in and in the waxing room. Ashley, the wax specialist, was absolutely perfect. She was very sweet and professional. She made me feel very comfortable regardless how I looked or how nervous I was. She talked about the process and the aftercare. She was very informative. Both ladies educated me about the products. I ended up purchasing the wax pass and several products. Thank you both for being so kind and professional. See you in a couple weeks!

This was my first wax ever!! It was great and I was made super comfortable. Tori was great at explaining everything and put me at ease. Not feeling insecure or embarrassed for a first time experience was huge. I even booked my next apt right after! Love them and will obviously be back!

I was referred to this location by someone and was told everyone did a great job. After reading the reviews I chose to go with Jessica. She was so nice and explained exactly what she would be doing; this made me very comfortable since it was my 1st time getting a bikini wax. It was not bad at all. I booked an appointment Tuesday for Thursday. When I went in for my appointment they had no reservation for me. I had my confirmation email and everything, and they couldn’t get me in. So I rescheduled for that coming Saturday. I just went and the door is locked and I called and they said they are closed. It is 12:30, their hours are till 4. Didn’t get a call saying they needed to close or anything. Very disappointed.

This is by far the best EWC location I’ve been to both in the Chicagoland area and during the year I lived in Central Florida. Everyone I’ve encountered has always been extremely hospitable and kind. Amber is the QUEEN of waxing, full stop. Not only is she fantastic at what she does, she makes coming in for appointments something I look forward to each month. She’s a solid, genuine, compassionate human who I could not be happier to know. 15/10, absolutely recommend.

I got a Brazilian wax and it was a really nice experience. The checking in was easy and smooth and the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming! I had Amber as my wax specialist, she was awesome! She welcomed me in with open arms and it was like talking with a friend. She walked me through each step and process as she was doing it. I felt super comfortable. I have been going to EWC for a couple years now and this location is the best so far! I got the honor of being placed with Jessica my first appointment and have not looked back. I have been coming to this location for over 2 years. A friend recommended them to me and then I recommended my mother. The only reason for this rating is completely because of Jessica and Vianey. They both are completely professional every time I come in!When I started seeing Jessica she asked me what I liked and didn’t like (which has NEVER happened before). Come on ladies, she’s all up in your business, you need to feel comfortable. Jessica NEVER pushes anything on me!! She makes suggestions and I’m willing to try her suggestions but I’d I don’t like it end of story!Jessica and Vianey always greet me by name (I’ve be been going there long enough...even with a mask on they know me). They always ask how I’m doing and how’s Mom (as she has stopped going due to COVID). I purchased a pass for my mother and she used it once, when I explained why she isn’t coming in, Vianey and Jessica to the rescue and they totally understood no questions asked and took care of everything else!These are 2 of the best employees this location has!!! I do have several complaints (not with these individuals), but instead of a bashing review I’m giving these ladies a PERFECT review, cuz if they leave....you will lose a faithful customer!!!

I know the feeling of getting waxed by a waxer you’ve never seen before. You over think the situation and your comfortable with your usual but all that went out the window when I saw Toni! She was amazing! She gives pressure after removing a strip, she is so comforting, she pulls the strips without a pause! And her speed waxing is on point! The Brazilian was as painless as it could be. And my legs look amazing, silky smooth! Lastly the front desk check in was great Ariel is so friendly and informative. I love Glen Ellyn.

I have been UWC for 15+ years! Best company out! My normal girl was just becoming too far (I’d drive 45 mins just to have her wax me) so I decided to venture out and found the one in Glen Ellyn. Made a Brazilian appointment per usual and for Mariah, kinda nervous since it is such a sensitive thing and uncomfortable at first, BEST DECISION EVERRRR! She was AMAZING from start to finish! She made me feel so comfortable, so knowledgeable and super sweet. My wax was thee best one I’ve ever had. She takes her time and makes sure EVERYTHING is perfect and gone 😉!!! Which I am SUPERRRRR picky about... I see her once a month and honestly when they call because she can’t come in I refuse anyone else and have waited weeks sometimes to just see her! That’s how busy and wonderful she is!! Honestly I couldn’t rave about her enough and thank her enough either!!! She is my ONLY choice now and you will NEVER be disappointed!!!!!
