Spandikow comes highly recommended here in Glen Ellyn, so when we needed a new roof and gutters we turned to them. Their phone response time was extremely prompt, they came immediately for an estimate, and returned to do the work well within the promised time frame. On demo day I was really impressed with the detail with which they performed clean up at the end of the day. Demo is messy, but when they left you would not have known anyone was here working. Two day job done very much to our satisfaction.

We had 5 roofing estimates. Spandikow offer a very reasonable estimate, they provided a detail itemized of service/product. They let us know a few days ahead before the project started and their crew came did a flawless job on replacing roof. We are very happy how it turn out. I would highly recommend them to anyone that need their roof replace.

Spandikow did an excellent job on our flat roof repair. They communicate clearly using email which was very convenient. It saved me from having to leave work multiple times to get involved. They quoted a very fair price and did the work in a very timely fashion. We are very happy with the results and would use them again if ever needed.

Weve used Spandikow & Sons for jobs both big and small. They replaced our roof about 12 years ago and fixed the ventilation problem in our attic crawspace. The cost was competitive, the work was completed quickly, the workmanship excellent, and cleanup thorough. More recently, they repaired the crumbling mortar and top on both our fireplace and utility chimney, and again we were happy with the quality of work. Recommended.

Heavy rains and water pouring through the ceiling. Called Spandikows. Next day came over tore the old roof off and put a new one on the next day. Cleaned every thing up. Did a great job! Following day 4 in of rain. Not a drop in my house. THANKS!

Spandikow & Son replaced the deteriorating concrete crown on our fireplace chimney. Also power-washed black mold off and tuck-pointed as needed on both of our brick chimneys. They responded quickly to my answer questions and resolved a couple of issues I raised. Chimneys both look dramatically better. We were totally satisfied with their work.

We had some cracks forming in the caulk around our chimney and were worried about water. Between recommendations on NextDoor and other online reviews I contacted Spandikow & Son Roofing. Steve promptly replied, investigated the problem, and offered a comparable quote. A service date was quickly set up, his crew was helpful in further explaining the issue, and clean-up was great. Happy I contacted them!

Submitted an online estimate on Feb 27, Rich came to check the roof leaks from kitchen vent and chimney & received quote in email on Mar 1, paid deposit online on Mar 6 (convenient) after I had all my questions answered by phone (did not respond to questions on my email), then repair was done on Mar 12. It seemed like the kitchen vent was bad, and flashing tins had to be reset by chimney. glad that no water damage on plywood.

We called Spandikow & Son to help us with the ice dams we had. We were getting some leaks into our home from the ice dams. They were able to come out the same day and remove snow/ice near our gutters and apply salt in them to help with the melting. Thank you for being so helpful and quick!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have never been YELLED at by a professional person, especially someone whos family name is on the business. Absolutely appalling to be treated the way I was by Steve, literally shouting over me as I was speaking and inquiring about options for assistance during an emergent issue on my home, especially considering he was the last one to do seemingly deficient work in the first place. Will tell anyone and everyone I can to avoid this company at all cost.

When I called Spandikow Roofers mid-March to help me with an emergency roof repair, they came the very next day with everything they needed to do the repair. That day, I had to go to the hospital to visit my brother. When I got back, it was completely finished, even more than originally discussed. They charged nothing extra for the extra repair—Steve felt it was just the right way to go. Todd and his crew were so wonderful and neat. I am very grateful. This is a very honorable company.

Were willing to do a small job (some others wouldnt quote), fair price, good work. When they didnt show up & I called, Mark apologized and said hed forgotten to put it on the schedule but arranged someone to come over later that day.

We are very pleased with the work they performed - everything was done very efficiently. We had a roof leak at a very complicated junction. The repair was effective, and looks great. We had a significant rainstorm the very next day, and the leak was gone!

They were quick in response, professional while doing the work and the project came out a success. Spandikow just finished our garage roof. Price was good. Work was excellent. Cleaned up everything before they left.

We are happy with the full tear off roof they did for us. They came and went in one day and even did an extra favor for us at no charge. We had a minor issue but they send some people over the next day who took care of it .

We reached out to Spandikow to have a series of shingles replaced after heavy winds. They came right out and did a quote that was reasonable and then were out the next day to fix it. I was happy with the work.
