Very friendly staff and they always seem to follow my special instructions. A couple cotton items have come back smaller than they were, I just seem to forget to mention it when I drop off more wash & fold laundry. I’m sure they’ll be fair about it. The few pieces I’ve had dry cleaned have been perfectly fine too!

I am extremely happy with C D Cleaners. This is the only Dry Cleaners I use and recommend . They have done pressing of drapes and have provided other services to me . Their employees are wonderful and very accommodating . The young lady at the counter most visits , is an access to your business. Thank you.

Ive used this location 6 or 7 times, always for laundry services. Their slogan is In by 10am, pick up at 5pm. This NEVER happens. I drop off my stuff at 7am, and never has it been ready before 6:30pm. They are consistently behind. I called once to verify it was ready before I left to pick it up, was told it would be ready in 10 minutes, left to go get it, and then waited for 20 minutes AFTER i got there. Frequently do not get emails that it is ready to pick up. Picked up laundry last night at 6:45pm, then got an email at 8am this morning saying it was ready. Consistently disappointing.

I wear dress shirts to work everyday, and suits many other days. For years, Ive only used CD One Price in Glen Ellyn. Even after I moved to the north side of Wheaton, I keep going back to this location because they never seem to mess up any part of my cleaning, and their prices are great.

I had several blazers cleaned at this location. Upon picking up my items I was advised that they had tried several times to remove two small spots from an off white blazer. They were very small and the one on the sleeve I knew I’d roll up. The blazer was a nice linen pre owned item given to me, that I hadn’t considered the two small spots possibly being able to be removed so hadn’t asked. They took the initiative and you could barely see where the spots began or ended. I appreciated the professional cleaning effort to totally remove it.

I use CD for dry cleaning and for blankets and comforters. What a wonderful job they do! When I was ther last they helped carry my things out to my car. The quality of service surely outweighs the price you pay. I sure hope they don’t raise their prices.

I used this cleaners before the new owners came in and said I would never go back. A year later I went in and met this wonderful women Bedsy. She is a hard working and wonderful person to deal with. I always look forward to going in and seeing her smile and good conversation. I will always go there as long as Bedsy is there.

This is a great local dry cleaners. The staff are friendly and very helpful. They offer next day service as well traditional laundry. They even recycle used hangers.

Great friendly place. Take mine and my husbands shirts here weekly to be laundered and pressed. Always on time. Even during times last year they let us know when to be sure to have out shirts in so they were ready when we needed them to be.

I went in for the first time today and I am a bit picky with my dry cleaning as I used to work at a cleaners myself. BETSY was phenomenal! I expected a little bit of haste since I go through my clothing piece by piece and point out the stains, but she was absolutely lovely and went above and beyond by even pre-treating a tough stain (nail polish) in front of me and shocked me by nearly removing it all. Really great service and left a great impression. She was very cautious and thorough and made me feel like I was in good hands leaving my delicate items with her. Very sweet and personable which I appreciate : ) If you are hesitant to try them, just give them a try! They also have great offers and coupons available

Easy. I walk in, I drop my clothes off. Everyone is friendly so I dont mind going because I know I will be greeted by a smiling face (behind a mask of course) and they are quick. I also use the drop box and that is equally as simple. When I pick up my cleaning, it is perfect every time. The people there engage in small talk so I feel like I am amongst friends. I have been going to the same location for a few years now and I dont see that changing!

I have been a long time customer of CD One Price Cleaners. I am an attorney and have to wear a suit a few times a week (at least before the pandemic) so I need laundering and dry cleaning services regularly. I was going to the one in South Loop for several years and they always did a fantastic job. I, however, recently moved to Glen Ellyn and was glad to see that they have a location here. I used them for the first time recently and was appalled by the service and treatment I experienced.I brought in several white button up shirts, one of which had a few stains and was generally yellowed (I cant remember what happened to that shirt but I did mention when I brought it in that it was stained and I may have to toss it but I wanted them to give it a try). Also, my white collared shirts always have discoloration around the collar after I wear them, but that discoloration always comes out after they are laundered. Anyway, every single one of my white shirts came back yellow. I dont know what they heck happened, but the shirts are ruined. Frankly, I was pretty irate when I came into the store. The man who I suspect was the owner started getting irate with me in response saying things like, now if you want to get angry and start raising your voice then I can do that too while raising his voice. Fine, thats fair I guess. But the real issue is what he did in response to the condition of my shirts. Without even really looking at the shirts, he immediately took the well these are old shirts approach. I said, yeah, well they werent all like this when I brought them in. He then goes back and looks at the video from when I initially brought them in and finds one shirt that was already yellow. The video, of course, also shows that the other shirts were gleaming white. I said, yeah, that is one shirt, what about the other shirts that arent yellow. He then proceeds to act as if the one yellow shirt justifies all the other shirts being yellow, as if I am trying to pull a fast one. This guy had absolutely zero interest in doing the right thing and getting to the bottom of it. Do not trust this place with your clothes because if anything goes wrong, they will deny deny deny. Ive never done anything like this, but if fully intend on suing this branch as a matter of principle. I cannot let a company get away with ruining my clothes and acting as if they were already ruined when there is video evidence to the contrary.

This cleaners destroyed a favorite and expensive sweater if mine. They offered minimal compensation, far, far less than it will take to replace it with an equivalent. In addition, they refused to let me take my ruined sweater home; Id hoped to make a pillow out of what was left of the very beautiful fabric.I will never use this cleaners again.Response to owner reply: The owner claims that they reimbursed me what I paid for the sweater. I paid over $200 for the sweater. The sweater was in perfect condition when I brought it in. It was not on sale when I bought it. They reimbursed me only $80. The sweater they showed me on line that was on sale for $80 was not the same sweater. There is no way I can begin to replace that sweater for $80.

I’ve been going to CD One Price Cleaners since they opened. I have been very happy with the cleaning and the employees. The free coffee on the way out is a great perk. I would highly recommended trying CD cleaners.

They damage my wife dress, before I give them for dry clean asked them can they able to do, after they said yes most stones came off glue on back side manger promises she remove all glue and be ready next day after 4 days still not ready employee asked me 6o call next day and talk to manager. Dress cost was $380 looks like thats the price I am paying to step in to this cleaners, strongly suggests every one to check their clothes before picking.

I forget $5000 cash in my sweater with the zipper locked, I understand it’s my mistake but I should find them in the same spot after doing clean and fold. What happened is I got nothing it was empty, the lady who fold clothes stole it.I talked to the manager and watched the camera video which shows when the lady were folding my sweater she ran to the bathroom and called another one to go with her but it’s bad that someone put some clothes in front of the camera and blocked the view when she took the money.2 reasons why I’m so sure she stole the money 1- I’m sure the money was there and I received the sweater with nothing in it. 2- why she rushed to the bathroom in this time when it’s my clothes and after she fold the same sweater not another pants or shirt? because she found the money in it.Shame on her.

Do NOT go to this place!What a terrible experience. They lost my $60+ shirt. I visited them 4 times to get an answer and still no resolution. Every time I would go to ask for a resolution (either find my shirt or pay for it) they would tell me to come at a later time and that they would keep looking for my shirt. Their store manager took my number and never called after I asked for her to call me multiple times. What a waste of my time and money!I will report to BBB and do whatever I can to get my money back. This place is a total headache to deal with, horrible service and totally unreliable.Save yourselves a headache and DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

I needed a last minute press for my dress shirt for tonight. I called and they got me in right away and pressed my shirt within 5 minutes. Great, quick service at an awesome price. Ill definitely be back again.

I brought 12 items in. One came out cut at the collar, three came back with buttons missing or broken, three came back tagged best we could do. The young man at the counter was nice but he could not do anything for me. I brought all the items to another cleaner and, except the cut shirt, all were cleaned, buttons replaced, looked good. Im not going back.

Damaged my shirt. Basically ripped the sleeve off and blamed me for it after they admitted seeing the hole in the shirt before they put it in their machine. Said it was my fault for bringing in a shirt with a hole in it. Told me my shirt was old and wasn’t worth much. Said I didn’t know what shirt he was talking about anyway and then he (and get this it was the Manager) hung the phone up on me which was such a treat. And get this they didn’t launder the shirt and still asked me “hey do you want us to give you the $1.78 back”...seriously that seems like the least you could do. Owner called me back about 3 days later. He wasn’t very helpful and corrected my grammar during the conversation, again such a treat. In the end, he offered me $15. I tried to tell him it wasn’t about money but about being treated like a valued person, be polite, solve customer issues and how about this radical thought...don’t hang up the phone on a customer.

Beat dry cleaners for the price, same day service is awesome to be able to bring in by 10 and be able to have it ready by 5 pm that day. Rarely do I have a problem here

My customer service experience on my last visit to CD One Cleaners in Glen Ellyn was so bad that I wont be doing business with them again. Short version: the pants for a suit to be dry cleaned were missing when I came to pick it up (which was one hour after it was promised to be ready). Instead of searching for the pants, the counter employee left me standing while she waited on other customers. Another employee finally located the pants (uncleaned) in a bin. This employee refused to issue a refund because the pants and jacket are supposedly billed separately, and she said this as if it were obvious and I were being unreasonable. I explained that I needed to wear the suit for a funeral the following day, and the second employee asked what time the funeral was, implying that I could come back for the pants. When I said I wasnt going to make a second trip, she waved me away and walked to the back of the store. I might have been satisfied with an apology, but even that wasnt offered by either employee. No matter how good the prices or the quality of the cleaning, rudeness to a customer--especially when the fault lies with the business--is unacceptable.

My husband has been taking his shirts there for a number of years and this last time he had 4 dress shirts destroyed with burn marks on the front. We are still waiting for the result of this which is a refund of the shirts... $400! They gave us no explanation, but if you look at the shirts they must have put to many in the load and these shirts got caught by the buttons as they are all burned in the same area.

Ive been bringing my husbands clothes in for a year and no problems until i find a tear in one of his silk shirts. I brought it in immediately and the very ghetto, rude woman gave me an attitude. You know the type of woman you would expect to be working at the DMV or some other government agency. She said they will check their cameras to determine if it was already ripped or not, normally if a shirt was ripped it would be labeled and there was no labels on it. She said they will get back to me the next day. It has been 3 weeks and i have called, and come in twice. Still no answer about a resolution. Then the same woman also lies to my face and says that the shirt had a tag on it saying it was already damaged, which is a lie. Im not in the habit of dry cleaning clothing with holes in it. Not to mention the shirt was over 150.00 and pure silk. They have lost another customer that would have brought them business twice a week for life.

I brought in a suit to Seedy One, and forgot to check the pockets first. If I had, I would have removed a gold lapel pin from the pocket. Thats my fault. However I think its the responsibility of any ethical business to be honest, bag the items they might find, and give them back to their owner. This business did no such thing. In my book, these people are thieves. Also, a shirt I never had dried cleaned before came back from them worn and frayed looking. Unprofessional business all around.

Dropped clothes off at 11 on Saturday, were NOT ready by 530 on MONDAY. I got to the front of the line. They told me my blankets werent done then asked me to wait after helping the others in line... And every other person that walked in. So after 20 mins I told then to give me my stuff so I could go and they handed me unfolded blankets. Waste of my time and money. Very disappointed will not return.Sorry they werent done in the time frame you were looking for excuse yourself. They werent done in YOURE time frame on your website.

We work hard to make sure we keep things are kept in the same condition we recieved them in.. And many owners own a business and have no idea what its about and thats why the are owners and have managers to do the work.. If you owned a company it might be the same way.. To Google user our chemicals are changed as needed and machines cleaned daily after each use... No offense to you or your comments but mistakes happen and we take care of our mistakes..
