When I suggested a chimney fan, they did all of the research, secured the parts, and coordinated with our electrician for installation. This was not a small project, they had a full team on site, supervised by their foreman, and came back post-installation to double check their work. Our bathrooms were outdated and falling apart. We hired Empire Restoration Services team to update/reno the bathrooms and we couldnt be more pleased with the results. Everything went really well from planning, to execution and completion. Even when they uncovered problems - rotting wood, and electrical panel issues, they overcame those surprises. They were amazing - they worked very hard everyday, and cleaned up as much as possible to keep the dust down. I called to get an estimate for restoring damage caused by water damage. The person on the phone wanted to send a handy man. I said, no, I need someone to quote restoration for the water damage. She said that she could send someone out for $250. I let her know that I wasnt going to pay $250 for them to give a quote. She then hung up on me. Im unsure I believe these 5 star ratings.
