Charged me additional fees AFTER my statement Bill was released and wont let me make partial payments for the amount due prior to adding extra fees.

JT and Jack were super helpful when helping me get set up with my car insurance! They explained all of my discounts/coverage and provided me with helpful recommendations; I really appreciate that, as car insurance can be rather confusing. I got a great deal on my coverage, and working with JT and Jack made the set up process much less difficult than it usually is at other insurers Ive had; would definitely recommend!

FIND ANOTHER STATE FARM. Worst customer service. JT never returns calls. Kim avoids calls. Jeff is never in the office. They tell me just to call corporate. Rude team. Avoid at all costs.

Unfortunately, I had left a voice message in May cancelling my policy. It was never cancelled and they were charging me every month. I called to speak to Jeff about it and have yet to have a conversation with him. They are refusing to backdate my policy so I will have given them 275$ by paying for my car insurance twice. I think this company is very dishonest and would never recommend them. If I get a response, I will update this post, but as it is now I cannot believe Ive dealt with such a scam company.
