Turns out the person who answered the phone just gets your information and then sends you through to schedule with another group-Sears Home Repair and also have been contacted by Home Advisor. Dont appreciate them sharing my details and not actually fixing anything or seeing what needed to be done.

I just called to schedule a repair. When they answered, after putting me on hold, I explained my issue and all they said was they had no availability and hung up. They didnt even attempt to see if I was needing service immediately (which I wasnt). It all felt very unprofessional and kinda rude.

Took the dryer apart and cleaned it and fixed the seal and exhaust. Runs more efficiently and clothes dont get stuck. Appliances Care G. E. was so good my wife wants to break something else so he comes back. He is just a great guy and so kind.
