The best UPS I have been to. I will wait to come home from Chicago to specifically ship out of here because they are so friendly and easy to work. I sell a lot of Poshmark and depop clothing and they are so quick and efficient when I come in (I normally have 3-10 packages to ship out each time). It’s always clean and a welcoming space. 10/5 stars!!!

Over and over Ive been to this store and they have always been prompt and courteous. Usually its to return an Amazon package or something but I get the same quality service whether its a prepaid label or not.

I almost never award the highest amount of stars, but I will in tis case. I had this store package and ship two antique chairs as a third party. The chairs were sent to a restoration specialist who has been in business over 50 years, and he said that it was one of the best packing jibs hes seen. It was a bit on the high side dollar wise, but I thew that going into it. If you have a high-value item, and you need it safely packaged and shipped, have confidence in this store-but buy the insurance, just in case!!!! Ive been shipping high value items for at least 30 years, and have had my share of very serious train wrecks with shipping due to poor packaging, so I speak from a bit of self-inflicted pain!

The workers at this location are always very helpful and professional. They help me find the most affordable way to ship packages and gifts to my family that live across the United States and have even helped with shipping gifts to friends that live internationally. You are greeted when you walk in and the workers give you their full attention while taking their time with you and your needs. I will always choose to come to this store versus any other. Great store for my shipping and printing needs for both personal and business. I have used the store to print business cards, invitations, and large banners. They all look great and turn around time is impressive. I also use the store for all my shipping needs. I have shipped items all around the country and they always arrived on time. I also used the store to pack fragile items. Every time the item arrives in great condition. I compliment the store on their packing ability. Very impressive. I use this store for all my shipping, printing, print design and large poster printing needs. They are professional, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. I ship all over the US. They know exactly what to do to ensure my shipments get there on time. The printing is done in a timely manner and they always get the printing done before my deadline. The worst workers ever, shippers beware!!! If i could give them a -5 I would the other people who wrote reviews and gave a 5 star in my opinion did not speak the truth. They will damage your stuff and not take the blame for it and deny your claim when it was their fault to begin with. They where the ones who opened my box and put a thin piece of foam in it and said it will be fine to ship that way, got my item and it was way beyond damaged, money wasted. Also, the manager was very rude and unprofessional and I quote he said you should be grateful your getting any refund back because i didnt have to do it, arrogance at its finest. I wouldnt dare chastise or tell a paying customer that when they are already upset thats not professional at all. Now they refuse to refund me anything that I paid my hard earned money on and the fact they screwed up on the first check i forfeited the refund just because of my opinion. Just tell the truth people!! Will never go back to this location ever again.Critical reviews are protected under the First Amendment. People dont know how to take harsh criticism anymore and apologize when you know your in the wrong and try to correct it, smh. Im only speaking the truth from my experience. Will use FedEx next time.

Always friendly and helpful. I try to specifically use UPS because because their employees genuinely seem happy.

They damaged a vintage car part and got caught by the receiver tossing it on the ground. Never made good on the damage. When I confronted them with the evidence I was banned from there location.

Today I went to get my book spiral bound. When I went to pick it up, I noticed the end piece was broken and asked to get it fixed. When I brought it to their attention they seemed aggravated with ME, for pointing out their mistake. The clear covers they put on the book look old and beat up. I am very disappointed in their job. I was barely even asked what I wanted when I dropped it off. I had to ask several questions while I was just being rushed out of line. This is a very important book I need and am just disappointed with their work, the cover put on, and the staff.Any recommendations on where I can get it fixed?

They were more than great to move, ship, and pack my fashion designs, which included hats, gowns, and shoes, from Saint Louis all the way to New York City. I had about 15-20 boxes shipped out there and all of my items arrived in pristine condition. Everything was exactly how I left it as if nothing had even been shipped, but actually, hand carried. I am using them again this year as I go back to college. Thank you, UPS!

Rude people and loosing packages.

Poor service from Eric. Working with dealing with a claim and received a phone call from him. Instead of listening to us all he did was interrupt us every time we spoke but he steadily started to raise his voice and proceeded to get nastier with us. Avoid working with him.

Understand who you are dealing with here; The UPS Store is NOT owned or operated by UPS. This is just a franchise, formerly Mailboxes etc, that uses the UPS logo.Also, while offering the ability to ship packages from other courier services they do so at ridiculously inflated rates. They attempted to charge me almost $400 for a USPS large flat rate box shipping international. The actual USPS rate was in fact $91. When confronted with the extreme difference, the UPS store attempted to justify by saying their rate was based on dimensions and weight. Keep in mind that the $400 price quote was for USPS shipping, not UPS, and it was a flat rate box; you know, the ones literally with the tagline if it fits it shipsThey lost a package worth several thousand dollars and when confronted told me that although the kid that took the package recalled us discussing it being very valuable that they failed to enter the declared value. So, they charged me $90 for standard overnight domestic shipping with NO insurance of a package that weighed under a pound and fit in an envelope, a service that USPS offers for $21 with the same money back guarantee.This store will claim they are UPS all day, they will also claim that the rates they charge are the same but they are not even close. Literally everything is inflated and overpriced.If I could give negative stars I would.

Poor customer service, rude managers , not knowing the right procedures on how to package things the right way, or how to ring up stuff right. Be careful shipping stuff through them, if your package come up missing or damage, they will find loop holes to not pay you the money back
