THANK YOU to the worker at Geek Squad that totally saved me! The laptop charger I needed wasnt in stock and when the worker overheard he offered to let me borrow a spare charger from the back. He went above and beyond to help me and even gave me information on how to order to correct charger once I get home. THANKS GEEK SQUAD!!

Dustin is the man at Glen Burnie Geek Squad! He is very knowledgeable and super helpful. I saved hundreds of dollars with his easy to follow tips. They told me they do not do Mac repairs, he did not even look at my computer. They must not list themselves as a repair shop or be clear about their exact line of business

You do NOT get what you pay for! Theyre automated system is right there with Verizons:( I was on hold for over 15 minutes and finally just hung up and its always like this. I have not been able ro use my laptop for almost 2 weeks. Have been waiting for cord to be able to charge it. Took it to local store for them to charge till part comes in. Totally messed it up and still no charge! How difficult can this be? Theres nothing for them to do..just plug it in and go work on someone elses. This will be my last purchase from this store.. Hope theyre not all like this.

I wanted software installed on my new computer and when I got my computer back most needed software was not installed.

Geek Squad is a joke. Why call them, sit on hold for 10 minutes to have someone at best buy pick up finally and say, no one is here to help you, bye
