I cant stress enough how much Andrew and his team at Bio-Clean helped me through the hardest day of my life. We experienced a family tragedy at home and amongst all the grief and confusion Andrew personally reached out to me and guided me and my family through the process of cleaning the trauma scene and dealing with the home insurance.Everyone at the company was so nice and informative; from the moment I first called, the receptionist was very empathetic and helped us expedite the process and the two techs I was in contact with while they were on my property were very sweet and helpful.We had to be out of the house for multiple days due to the specific situation, so naturally we were slightly worried about house maintenance and upkeep (i.e. food in the fridge, mail being sent to the house, general security), but honestly with Andrew and his team there it felt like we had old friends taking care of our house and belongings even though we had never even met them.To Andrew and his team - thank you so much again, we know your job is hard but we appreciate everything you do and wish you all well.To anyone reading this and dealing with a trauma - Im sorry that youre in a situation where you need these services, but please feel confident in using this company, I cant recommend them enough.
