Good neighborhood hardware store . They always have what I need and at a decent price. The clerk who helped me knew exactly where to go to get the item I needed and was extremely helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend this store for hardware needs.

Where do I even start!!!This has to be the most friendly store I have been to in years! The staff are so amazing and were willing to stop what they were doing to give me directions and advice on my project! I want to give Don a huge shout out along with Amy and the other woman with her at the register with the unique name! You guys were wonderful! With me managing the business up the road I will need a store like yours in handy!You have gained a long term customer!! Keep up your hard work and your great work ethics!!

The people there were friendly and helpful. I was looking for some small bits and pieces of hardware and they had what I needed at a fair price. This is the second time I have visited their store and I have had the same experience both times.

I was in this store a couple weeks ago and again this morning. Im not sure who is the acting manager is but twice now he has failed to help the ladies at the registers out even when asked multiple times his phone call was more important than the customers in the store at the time!! I will take my business to Westlake where the manager will help out!!

Its a neat little hardware store. Not quite as much selection as the big name hardware stores but a way friendly environment.

This hardware store is a neighborhood store. Its way more personable than the big chain stores. Just an example is i went to menards to get a key copied. They only have a machine and it was going to be about $40 for a vehicle key and it would be mailed to me. Walked into nuts and bolts and they have a real person do it on a wheel in front of you. Something about a personal touch and actual people doing the work.

I am consistently disappointed every time I go to nuts and bolts. Ive lived in the area for 5 years and have gone into that store maybe a dozen times max. Every time I walk in the store they never have what I need, their prices are 20% higher than Home Depot, and when I actually find a staff member they act like Im bothering them. This will be the absolute last time I will venture into the store I will drive the extra 10 minutes and go to Home Depot. At least there they have what I need and the staff is friendly and willing to help.

Staff was unpleasant. Mask required sign on door...no problem. Staff werent wearing them. Price incorrectly marked...too bad, not going to honor it.

Giving 1 star due to no respect given to the pandemic Covid-19. They are not respecting their employees or customers. No masks, no 6 taped off areas, employees actually invading your space.

Great neighborhood hardware store. Friendly staff, helpful attitude. They dont carry everything, and their purges are a little higher than big box stores. But the convenience is worth it.

Top notch service by Brad and his team. Had my plates stolen and went to two different places to find the correct screws. After trying out a few different ones, Brad personally came out to make sure it was correct and even grabbed a screwdriver from his vehicle to get the job done. Thank you for the help!

Good place

I was promptly greeted upon entering the store. When I reached the back of the store I offered assistance. I made 2 purchases at the N. Oak location. Prices on both items were less than Wal Mart charges and I feel that the quality is superior.

Small town hardware store in the city. Excellent staff assistance. Not the large selection like their competitors, however their service and knowledge definitely exceeds them.

Such lovely staff, especially the old man who got an attitude with me when I showed up at 6:05pm and said they were closed, but Google (and Nuts and Bolts website) show their operation hours till 8pm on Monday. Yes I should have called first but the attitude was uncalled for. I think Ill drive the extra distance and go to the one in Shawnee.

When you go here & find out they just close when they feel like it. Westlake on Antioch is open till 9pm.

Neighborhood hardware store for quick trips to pick up home maintenance items when you dont have time to drive all the way to the mega stores like Lowes and Home Depot. This location is an authorized Stihl dealer and carries an impressive inventory of Stihl products. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Just went to this location looking for some tools my husband found but decided he could get them cheaper elsewhere I had some batteries that I picked up which we also decided we would just get with the other items we need so I sat them back down and we went to the register to purchase a piece of hose that we cannot purchase elsewhere. My husband had said something too me about them following us around the store but I didnt care as we had done nothing wrong... An older guy was by the register and angrily picked up the hose we were purchasing and then proceeded to throw it back on the counter, making everyone very uncomfortable including the girl ringing up the item. We paid and turned to leave and the older gentlemen decided to puff up and block the door where he then proceeded to accuse me of steeling the batteries that I left in the screwdriver aisle (sorry for not putting them back where I got them.) smh VERY RUDE, IVE NEVER BEEN PROFILED OR HUMILIATED LIKE THAT IN MY LIFE. NOT ONLY AM I NOT FEELING WELL TODAY NOW IM VERY EMBARRASSED AND A LITTLE ANGRY. My husband told the man we would not be back and the man said thats good smh unreal behavior.

I have never walked through the door without someone greeting me, the employees actually know where things are and are willing to help you out with any suggestions.I wish that there were more stores that had these business practices.
