I am so very grateful to The Cleaning Authority. Due to health issues cleaning our home is difficult for us. TCA takes care of that. Besides being consistently present, efficient, and complete, they are willing to go the extra mile. This week, our team arrived and began their work. Suddenly, the lights went out. Evergy estimated it would be about an hour to fix it. I was in a panic as 10 folks were going to be at our house. Our team said, “don’t worry, we’ll go to our next house and then come back and finish”. Stevi and Andy were my heroes at that moment! Thank you, TCA!!!

The cleaning authority is great! I just love the professional vacuum lines and they even vacuum under my furniture! My bathrooms are always sparkling, which I know my shower is not an easy task! From the dusting down to the hardwood floors, I am very pleased! Management is always very helpful and the girls are very professional and so good with my dogs, which really means a lot to me since they can be a pain in the butt! I highly recommend this company!

Weve used Cleaning Authority for two years now and although there have been a couple bumps along the way, I am overall very happy with the service I receive. Their crews are professional, prompt and efficient. My favorite part of the week is coming home after work to a freshly cleaned house.

The Cleaning Authority did a good job for me for over a year. I called in to ask about the scope of work I agreed to correlating to what I was paying for and the owner got really pissed off. He yelled at me and said it wasnt worth it and cancelled my contract while the ladies were actually here in the middle of a cleaning. What?? He cant handle discussing our agreement? I was actually wanting to add more to the scope and figure out what the cost would be. Nope, he actually called his ladies that were here cleaning and told them to leave.Not only did he lose my job, certainly my referral. Well done Jay.

HORRIBLE! Starting with management that trickles down to the field staff. We were good paying customers who tried to make it work thinking that we might of just had a few bad crews, come to find out they dont have any good crews. But if you hire them, expect rolling eyes, bad attitudes, and a real spit shine clean.... literally. Oh, and for free an office staff that backs it up, and justifies it all and more. Dont expect any Cleaning or Authority from this one...
