I signed a contract with the store manager, SH, to have our in-ground pool liner replaced after multiple calls to get the details accurate. I had to call repeatedly because my calls were rarely returned. I understood that a definite installation date could not be promised by this company for two reasons; the weather had to be above a desired temperature, and they had to have a time slot available between pool installations. After months of waiting with NO updates from SH (or anyone else from this company), I got tired of having to initiate the calls on my own and leaving messages with various individuals to call me back with an update. When I did call and requested to speak with SH, I was placed on hold for an extended period of time, only to be told that a message would be left for SH to call me back. The callback requests were NEVER HONORED!!! After I had given them several months to get their act together, I decided to pursue a cancellation of my contract. I finally spoke to someone who put me on hold, of course, presumably checking with SH, and he cancelled the contract with a full refund of my deposit. He also allowed me to share my experience with the owner who was somewhat empathetic, but offered nothing more than an apology. Needless to say, I DO NOT RECOMMEND doing business with this company!!!

Very rushed came in 5mins till closing and we were rushed out the door apparently they had plans they were in a hurry to get to as the cashier stated as he rushed us up to the cash register we needed to purchase other items However they made it clear they were on a mission to get on their weekend plan definitely not going here again cant be bothered to take time and listen to a customers needs then loose that customer!!!

Weve purchased 3 spas from this location over the years along with other things and everytime the customer service is excellent. Friendly and experienced staff withvlots of show spas and pellet stoves to see in person. They deliver if desired and have good warranties too. Very satisfied every time.

We were very happy with the service we received from classic pool and spa. Being new pool owners, we came in with questions about whether our pool was safe to swim in since it had turned yellowish green after doing a pool shock. They were so helpful in putting our minds at ease by providing a free test to evaluate the water and then giving us very concise information on how to proceed. There was no pressure to buy anythung, just helpful information and recommendations. We were thrilled with how friendly and helpful they were and feel we now have a great resource if we ever have any questions about our pool for years to come!

Well, I was going to give a slightly better review, but after the snippy Have a nice summer and being hung up on by Jennifer today Im lowering my review.Im a first time home owner and the home has a pool, the pool was in terrible shape, I let them know that before going in. It wasnt maintained by the previous homeowner before we bought it at the end of last summer, so we basically shut it down and decided to deal with it in the spring not knowing there was a winter closing ritual, you know, being a first time pool owner and all.Everything started off super great and everyone was super nice. But once servicing started it was nothing but miscommunication after another. Not getting consistent calls from Mary (even though she said she was calling - cell phone call records dont lie and if you dont leave a voicemail to confirm an appointment with myself or my Mother, then well, how are we to know theres an appointment) And putting in other peoples phone numbers in my record for my Moms number even though I gave it to them every time I talked to her. Techs that arent putting in the right/enough chemicals so that when the next appointment rolls around that the next tech is furious and snapping at my Mother well this is what you get for not taking care of your pool. Thanks Erin, we know that, we have never had a pool before, we told you it needed a lot of work. Each tech telling us different information and the main office telling us something different on top of that. So the pool is mostly clean. Its chemically balanced, but still needs more cleaning, to which we will be finishing ourselves. Thankfully one of the techs showed us how to use our little robot vacuum.I thought things were going to go better than they did. It looked like a lot of folks had excellent service from them. Im sorry to say that things didnt go that way for me and my Mother.

It was a Monday, and I was badly in need of a new hot tub cover (really for over a year). I called Classic Pool & Spa and they guided me over the phone to get all the necessary measurements. Friday morning I received a call that my new hot tub cover was ready to pick up. I took it home, put it on, and it fit perfectly! To top it off, they informed me that the cover I purchased qualified me for a $100 rebate from the Energy Trust. All in all, I dont think I could ask for much more in an experience I had been procrastinating for quite some time now ;-) Thank you!!!

My husband and I manage a small apartment complex with a good size pool, we are pretty new to this. So I often have one too many questions, however they answer my quesions and help me with whatever we need to maintain the pool. They are honestly so nice, and a great resource for information

We have a pool purchased and installed by Classic Pool and Hearth in 2009.I use their water testing all summer long and they have several people on staff with years of expertise on water problems, especially Jessica. She helped us navigate my daughters extreme Bromine allergic reaction and locate which Baquacil product to use that does not have Bromine as an ingredient. I find their staff courteous, friendly ad helpful. They do book out on service appointments which is the only downside if you need help quickly.

In the past when I have order an above ground pool from Classic Pool and Spa their service was great. This time their service has been very poor. They dont return phone calls like they say, they said there would be a site inspection which never happen, Theyve had a $8000.00 deposit for a month and no pool has been ordered. I was told today they wont do a site inspection and they dont do installs on above ground pools but they were going to do mine because I was told they would do an install. There install price they quoted me without a site inspection was was 33% over the high side of the national average for pool installs. Now Im waiting for another return phone call to see if they are ordering my pool which Im sure I wont receive. I would give them a negative five star review.

Our family has been utilizing Classic Pool and Spas expertise and knowledge for 19 years now. They have always been friendly and helpful. As well as a great selection of parts and new products. They also they sell great barbecue Traeger products.

This place is the best. Test pool water for free and tells us how much we need to add to get it just right. Love that we can get water treatments for our pool without having to use chlorine, instead we use a hydrogen peroxide formula. Much better on skin, eyes and hair. All the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. We have been faithful clients for over 5 years. No need to go anywhere else.

I like the supplies they stock and they are super knowledgeable. Its best to get in there earlier in the day and have things prepped before the hot weather rolls in. On hot afternoons everyone flocks there after work and it stretched the available staff thin.

I bought a small spa recently and needed to find out how to start the water treatment chemicals (have never done it before). Went in for products and advise and was very impressed by the professionalism and knowledge from Jason. He set me up with the products and a plan for my new spa. The test strips I got with the spa were not exactly accurate so I brought in a water sample the next day to see what it needed. I was again helped with great service and I would recommend anyone to shop there.

Old gas heater for above ground pool was shot and needed to be replaced. After talking to technician went with a heat pump this time. Was told existing electrical (110) was fine. Played half down and got parts ordered. Week later, was told pump was running late, and they would call me by end of week. No call on Friday. I called on Monday and was told still no pump. Expressed my unhappiness then recieved a call saying they found it in there warehouse. Tuesday morning still on track for morning install between 8 and 9. Tuesday at 10am still no show. Call and told should be there soon. Almost 11:30 he shows up. Now told pump requires a 220 outlet and electrician will need to hook that up. Install work itself was great. Kudos to him, only positive about the whole thing. No sympathy from service manager, just a feeling of oh well. Pools are expensive, guess I need to find someone else from here on out.

This place is great. They do free water test, are very knowledgeable, and super helpful. Anytime my pool is down because of a broken part, they almost always have it in stock.

Stephan and his team at Haven are trustworthy and dependable. We had to replace our above ground pool..... it was a summer project and we are so happy to be able to enjoy our new pool for many years to come.

Scheduled an opening at the time of closing previous year. They did not show up but upon calling to clear this up they were able to make it up and show up on short notice. Do not believe they vacuumed out pool at time of opening and that the opening visit was not what was explained to us at the time of scheduling. Pool did open MUCH easier than when weve tried on our own and they did quickly respond when we called; just felt like they were rushed when they showed. Id still recommend/use them.

The staff at Classic Pool Spa and Hearth always make me feel like their best customer. They remember my name and are quick to answer my questions and check the condition of my spas water and recommend solutions.

This store is very helpful. Ron has always taken time to research parts and answers to my questions. He also did not add additional charge on a special part that ended costing more than I paid. I am a brand new pool owner and didnt know anything about how to take care of a pool. I had stopped by a different pool store before this one and the employee had been completely unhelpful and spoke in generalizations that left me more confused. At Classic Pool Spa & Hearth the lady I spoke with was extremely helpful and she walked me step by step through what I needed to do. She let me know about options that I had not known existed. I left the store with all my questions answered and knowing what to do. I am definitely going back for all my pool needs.

We had an above-ground pool installed and it was a smooth and easy process from start to finish. Before we could even start the process, we had a few hurdles to get through in order to put the pool in our desired location (i.e. moving septic lines, etc.). The team at Classic Pool helped us navigate through our issues and was always there when I had questions or needed help. The pool installation went quickly and I was thoroughly impressed with how hard the install team worked and their attention to detail. They know what theyre doing and are very professional. Cant say enough about Classic Pool Spa & Hearth and highly recommend them!!

Honestly, the trio that I encountered there were really swell people who knew enough about their stuff that I could get the answers I needed to fix my pools algae problem.Only thing that stops this review from being 5 stars really is that there was trouble getting here. If you want to find the place; go to the address for Gladstone, not Clackamas Town Center. There is no CTC location, it’s just a bug with the map.Actually, they went and asked me to help them figure out why everyone keeps going there, so not only do they know about the problem, they are actively looking into amending it. Golf clap? Give em a damned round of applause.

A little far from us but worth the drive. The staff always knows what we need and always has it in stock.Really respectful and helpful. Even if you dont own a giant in ground pool they can take care of you because they really want your business and it shows :)If youre not goin here for your pool or spa supplies then youre messin up.

Looking for hot tubs, seems like a great pool place but there selection for hot tubs was very limited.

We went into this location yesterday. There was a rep right by the entrance talking to someone. She didnt acknowledge us at all. We walked right by her and still nothing. There were other reps in another area and not one person said Hi, we will be with you in a few. So we walked out.

These guys are so helpful and go over the top for their customers!!

After 2 different attempts to have my pump fixed by other companies, I tried Classic Pool and Spa. They were able to fix my pump BUT when they came out to install it, the tech immediately took one look at the set up and said he couldnt install pump because his shoulder hurt and it was too tight of a space. After my husband assisted him, he then looked at our controller unit and said he didnt want to touch the wiring because it was too old. Yes we have an older unit, but thats why we are paying them to fix it, as we dont know anything about spa equipment. He sat back as my husband did it while he sort of coached him. When he left, the spa didnt heat and jets didnt work. He came back 2 days later and fixed the heater/ jets, but its 2 weeks later, they are not working again. Im happy in the ability to repair our pump, but the service was very disappointing. Im hoping they will fix our jets again free of charge as its only been 2 weeks or so. I will let yall know how it goes.

Been going here 15 years. The service has plummeted to a point that seems they just dont care... I had to do the warranty work over phone and got what we needed done while clerks just told me they cant help... its worth the travel to go elsewhere or shop online..this place is dried up
