I have say Dan at the Liberty Mo. location has hit a home run every time I’m in the office. His customer service is A1 in my book. He is willing to go above and beyond to make sure I’m happy with my product. He’s highly educated in his field and has the ability to teach customers how to get the max out of their hearing aides. Dan’s know he best. Thanks Beltone for employing someone of his caliber.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Very friendly and courteous. Dan took his time to make sure that I was taken care of.

We looked at a number of different places. We wanted a good price but as important if not more so was the service. Daniel and his group have been great. Some places said 3 free visits. Beltone said as many as you need to be happy. Great product and truly impressive follow through. I would recommend to anyone. Truly in these products price should not be your biggest determinate.

Everyone was very professional and polite. Mr. Wensel took time to ensure my wife and I understood the test and what the results would determine. After the test Mr. Wensel went into great detail on the workings of the ear and the effects of hearing loss. Upon trying devices in my ears and hearing the difference I was happy to sign to have my personal hearing devices prepared for me to allow me to begin improving my hearing issue.

Beltone is the 3 try to be able to hear. Beltone’s Daniel is wonderful. He has worked with me to make my hearing normal. I appreciate this experience because being able to hear is very important for good relationships, Communication and entertainment. Thank you Beltone and Daniel Wenzel.

My brother who is blind had an appt this morning at Beltone for a feee hearing aid the Dr and Receptionist were both very receptive and treated us with the most cheerful of greetings his exam went well and we were on our way. What a great place to visit.

Ive had a sever hearing loss at the age of 3yrs from scarlet fever.be tested Few the Dr that did my test was very impressive knowing what condition was from my illness he was by far the best. Gona try get the 5,000 together its alot.but i would agery its bad

My Beltone technician is great! Dan Wenzel is a perfectionist, he is never satisfied until my hearing aids are adjusted perfectly! The hearing aids have some great features also, like linking to my iPhone.

Great service and great people

I would select zero stars if it was an option because of Beltones business practices. The company is sending out a document that says 2020 Important Documents which is extremely deceiving for the elderly. Classic example of a company taking advantage of the elderly. Even if my parents or I need hearing aids I would never purchase anything from this company!

You will not find better service to meet your hearing aid needs than with this guy!

Dan is awesome! Let me know when my insurance would replace my heating devices as well as helped me when I had issues with my old ones and was out of town. He is always MORE than willing to alter his schedule to accommodate my needs when I need him. Cannot say enough about his customer service OR what a great product Beltone is! My FIL has been using Beltone hearing devices for over 20 years. He drives over 3.5 hours one way because he has learned to trust them so much.

Dan Wenzel is one of the best service providers Ive met. Hes on my 3rd parent now! He was patient, for years, with my Mother, who had dementia and has now passed on. He listens and is kind to my father, who talks a lot and brags about stopping by for tune ups and hearing tests, at no charge. I really think my dad just wants a place to go and someone to talk to because the hearing aides are in pristine condition. Now, Dan is working on helping my father in law, who is 83 and has not had a hearing test in 20 years. Dan was so informative and thorough. He was so kind, helpful and made such wise and price conscious recommendations for a guy on a limited budget.As we drove home, my father in law was like kid, hearing for the first time. He was amazed at the sounds hed been missing. Now, he talks lower and participates in conversations with so much more awareness of others.Thank you Dan Wenzel! Its only a matter of time before youll be helping me! :) :) Im excited to see how far technology will have come by then. Im a loyal Beltone customer and fan of your practice. We need more people in this world who serve with the the kind of excellence you do everyday, throughout the years.
