I arrived around 09:30, checked in electronically and was seen within 10 minutes. I was done & out 5 minutes later. The technician friendly & efficient. No complaints.

As far as places to go to have someone poke you with a needle and take lots of your blood, this place was GREAT! Main reason I had such a good experience was because JENNIFER helped me made and made me so comfortable with everything! I personally hate having to get bloodwork, but she made it super easy for me. She walked me to the chair, with a very cheery and sweet attitude, especially after already working a full day. I was her last patient, and even after her long day, she was so good that I didnt even feel the needle poke me! She was also very good at keeping me distracted by chatting with me during the filling all the tubes. I was actually surprised when it was over cause it felt like it went so quickly. HAPPILY SURPRISED! I will be asking for Jennifer when I have to go get more bloodwork done. =)

The worst and untrained, unhelpful customer service in Gilroy Labcorp.

The staff here is so nice. Ive been here many times and they always hit the vein the first time. So easy and painless. Also I love the decor. It makes the office seem so much more friendly and cheery.

They generally have great stickers (blood drawers) ... some are former paramedics. Ask for Lindsay the manager, she is probably the best sticker. Be sure to drink lots of water to hydrate your body to make it easier for them ... if you forget, they have water there to give you. Remember, everyone is different, but it helps if you have an experienced blood drawer ... just make sure you let them know if you have had problems in the past drawing blood ... if so, request their best drawer.

Ive had a great experience at this office. Quick, efficient and little trouble. Although the office is older, its clean, but youre going for a blood draw not a spa appointment. I noticed several negative reviews and felt I should provide a positive one, since Ive been going to here 10+ years. The staff changes, but I have had cautious stickers draw my blood. Just saying...maybe the haters can start reporting the positives. It seems too many people only report the negative so Im trying to start a new trend. I like the technician with all of the cats.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. The phone wasnt answered until I called 10 times in a row, then I got the rudest most disrespectful response when I did get an answer. I had a simple question but was interrupted mid sentence and her telling me to go to the website. I asked if I could finish my question before I get interrupted and she saidsure, I have all day sarcastically. I asked for her name and dead silence, I asked for the manager and she hung up. I tried to call back for several minutes and the phone was off the hook. Shes getting fired, and if she doesnt, her manager is getting fired, or maybe she was the manager, but either way, somebody is getting fired.

Always a positive experience. Very competent, caring and friendly staff. The place is very clean - and adorned with pictures of kittens and sparkly things to help you if youre scared of needles :)

Staff is so unbelievably unprofessional, and like another person said, it seems VERY cluttered inside! Not all staff is so horrible but its more rare. Lady at the front desk literally yelled at my mom today for asking if she was ok. Great job, LabCorp! -_-

I just had the worst experience with the whole experience of blood withdrawal at LabCorp. First, they changed locations over a year ago and havent updated their new address on Google, so I went to their old address. When I finally got there, the LabCorp employee told me to call Google myself and get their address changed on Google. She also told me no one uses Google anymore. It was obvious she had never had any customer service training. I told her it wasnt my responsibility to do that and she told me it wasnt hers either. When she drew my blood, it only filled up about an inch of the tube and then the pain set in and she wouldnt remove the needle from my arm and after 3 times telling her to remove it, as it had gotten extremely painful, I pulled it out myself. I should have told her earlier but my body doesnt like to give up blood and a smaller needle is best to use. THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY! So they went to my left arm and another gal pulled the blood but she had trouble finding the vein and asked me if a drank lots of water implying I had done something to make it more difficult. Ill never use LabCorp again. Also, this office has the worst phone system.

The staff is really unprofessional. They stand in the front lobby having long talks about detailed personal stuff. There is also a lot of unprofessional drawings and cat pictures that is thump tacked on the walls. There’s just a lot of clutter everywhere! It does not feel sterile.
