I was referred to Carpet Express from a friend. My husband and I went in picked out carpet and paid for everything in full. We were told in person the deadline we need wouldn’t be a problem. Amber stated we would receive a call with an ETA for carpet. A call was never received. When my husband would call to check on the status of the carpet he was repeatedly told they would call us back and again never received any calls back. Once he did get a hold of someone we were informed the carpet can take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive which didn’t line up with deadline we had discussed. Long story short. They were a week late on original deadline. Over 25 minutes late for install appointment. This company doesn’t know how to communicate with their customers. No one communicated the installer was going to be late. I had to call and verify that the installer was still coming. According to Carpet Express due to a couple inches of snow on the ground that justifies a delay without communication. I was also told that the carpet was being cut for the install and that’s also why the installer could be late. At one point I was told I was harassing them because I had to call them again because the installer came in for about 30 minutes and told us he would be gone for about 45 minutes. Then was gone for almost 2 hours. When I called to see what was going on. I was told that I obviously don’t know anything about flooring and that the installer comes in and puts the pad down and then goes back to the shop to cut the carpet. When I expressed how long the installer been gone I was told that their employees have the right to a lunch. Again that’s fine but no communication was given. The installer we had doesn’t have vehicle capable of bring all supplies at once. Carpet Express also stated that a job like this can take days. When I stated that the job was only one room the man on the phone once again proceeded to tell me that I don’t know anything about floor installing. The customer service given is a joke. I had to hang up on the man on the phone because all he wanted to do was argue. Interrupt me every time I went to speak. I always support small business first. Let’s just say I will no longer do business with this company.

Bought flooring and carpet from them for multiple houses. They do good work. Never finished the job though I tried numerous times to get them too. I wont use them again due to this.

Chris not only worked with me to get new carpet for my whole house but advised and referred me to a credit repair program I desperately needed at the time. My life changed because he cared. We needed outdoor carpet for our deck to be installed before a family reunion over the Fourth of July weekend. Carpet Express went the extra mile in arranging express shipping so it would arrive in time. When the carpet missed their truck because the driver left a day early, they went to bat for us again and had the carpet company follow through on their promise of delivery by having them ship it overnight by another shipping company. Their crew did a great job of installation and had the deck finished by Friday July 3rd as promised....and the carpet is beautiful! Very professional and caring people! I highly recommend Carpet Express in Gillette, Wyoming.

Chris and company did an outstanding job replacing our office carpet. They worked with us on a timeline and schedule that worked as we cleared offices for them to install. It was not an easy schedule, but everyone stayed on task and we were happy with the overall work.

Worst company I have ever delt with. Had a simple billing issue due to them blowing me off when they had me scheduled for a specific time and date. They never showed never called to explain just showed up the next Monday late by 2 hrs. Then after I call to discuss the billing issue the owner shows up at my house forces entry on to my prosperity and making threats of physical violence short end of the story is cops had to be called. You could not pay me to ever use this company again. He is total joke and will screw you over if he has the chance. Be careful if you use this joker
