I had called the owner of of Big D Sanitation last Friday and set up appointment to have my septic tank pumped on Tuesday of the next week, between 8 an 8: 30 pa AM .I did a lot of prep work to make their job a lot easier when. they got here .No-one showed up an I did NOT recivie a phone call all day as to why or what their excuse for not showing up. I DO NOT lie or make stories up .This is unexcusable.So Big D simply put ,does not need or want my business for whatever reason.Maybe. they got bigger fish to fry than me ?..

My job was a challenge, but completed very satisfactorily. They were running a bit late but let me know , which is more than most would do. Thank you !

If Google had less then one star big d would be the winner of it. The owner of this company has no place owning a business. We recieved a bill from them last week for services done a year ago. The address and phone number were wrong with alot of overdue charges added. This struck us odd as all of are bills are paid ahead or on time. I honestly had forgotten they had come out because I normally use another company. So we reached out to the owner and was treated with complete unprofessionalism. Kept referring to the wrong address even after she was told multiple times the correct address. Kept saying its people like us that dont pay are bills. We were willing to work with her on fixing the issue. I guess if we didnt pay our bills why would we be trying too reach out to them? After her complete rudeness I would recommend people go elsewhere.
