We just paid our last payment on a new love seat and couch combo. Broke in the front in the middle. And since we paid it off the Gillette store wont give a loner. But if I was under contract I would have one. Wheres the love for the people who pau things off? This policy prefers to keep the long contract holders appeased. But what can this company come up with for the ones who actually pay off their contracts. Not good repeat biusness. Other then this policy, rent-a-center provides sub par high priced fragile furniture.

Place is an absolute joke! Wouldn’t even give one star if I didn’t have to. Will never deal with them again.
