Undoubtedly the best dental-related experience i’ve ever had. Dr. Erickson explained all the treatment and has lots of experience. The staff is very friendly and very welcoming. Eileen at the front desk is so professional and nice and helped work around my busy schedule. Bailey, my Dental Assisstant is fantastic and very personable. She doesnt quit smiling so you cant help but be happy too. I cannot thank them enough – and I could not recommend them higher.

This is the best dental.office I have ever been to in my life and I have been to a few, Ive been very picky about choosing a dentist but Dr.Erickson will forever be my dentist after today, he was so reasonably priced even considering he had to meet me at 3 am due to the pain I was in and when I called.again at 7 am begging for an extraction without an appointment I might add, he so graciously allowed me to come in and took care of my problem with the best energy and attitude a person could have and his staff, the dental assistant I had on particular was so kind and understanding, the whole staff and whole experience overall was amazing 👏 plus the prices are as reasonable as anyone could get. They always do great work and are very honest! Going to the dentist used to give me a lot of anxiety, but here, I have confidence and trust in the work they do! So glad I found a wonderful place that takes care of me and my two boys! This past week we have had to go twice due to the crazy shenanigans my boys get into. I recently switched to Mountain West Dental after many years of traveling out of state for dental care. I cannot even begin to tell you how impressed I am with Mountain West Dental! Mountain West was amazing with both me and my husband. My nurse was very nice and I brought my daughter with us and they helped with her which I think is amazing. I had a problem with my back teeth and they did an awesome job on making sure I got tooken care of!!!

First time to the dentist in 20 years... they were honest with me on the health of my teeth. I am a nervous wreck when it comes to doctors in general, and they are understanding and helped me out! Now, my smile is much better!

I like to think of Mountain West Dental as the smile keepers. I start smiling the second I walk in greeted by the friendly office staff. Then Im warmly greeted by Theresa who keeps me smiling and laughing during my complete examination and cleaning. Im always encouraged to keep up the good work with helpful tips so I can keep my smile. Then Dr. Erickson thoroughly examines my teeth and gets right to the root of the problem and fixes it. When I leave, Im all smiles because my mouth feels so clean and know Ive just received the best dental care in Gillette.

Dental work is by far my least favorite thing in life, but completely bearable with Dr.Erickson and his wonderful staff. They calmed my nerves and made sure I was comfortable at all times! They are so great at taking care of each individual patient, understanding that none is the same! I wouldnt go anywhere else after having been to Mountain West Dental!

All of the ladies in there are very nice. There was a mixup with the payment amount but the receptionist helped me out with a payment plan. These women are genuinely nice ladies!

I visited Mountain West Dental for a new patient exam and full cleaning. I have had a rocky dental history and I felt completely safe during my entire visit. Dr. Erickson and his dental assistant Chanel took their time through the exam and was pleased to explain the questions I had. Teressa Wood was my hygienist and gave me the best deep cleaning I have ever had. She even had a heated pillow! I was mortified to hear she found BLACK build up underneath a section of my gums as I NEVER miss any scheduled cleanings with my prior dental institutions and have been more proactive than a normal 25 year old due to my dental history. She even called me the next day to see how my gums were feeling!To say I am extremely impressed by the services I received would be an understatement. I would definitely recommend Mountain West Dental!

Coming from a 35 + year resident theyre highly professional and their secretaries have gone above and beyond, I absolutely without question highly recommend them, I couldnt ask for anything more.

Wife went is for an emergency abscess tooth, had a prescription and setup an appointment with an oral surgeon to have the tooth extracted. Prescription wasnt called in, before their 3 day weekend. I had taken off work to accompany her after surgery, the place recommended for the extraction doesnt even do tooth extractions. It seems like a money grab for our insurance, we will not be returning.

Dentist sat down and explained the details of the exam and xrays and took pics of the cavaties to show me the work that needs done. I’ve never had a dentist do that. They usually just tell you how many cavaties you have and you’re not sure to trust them. Highly recommend!

My children are new patients to Dr Erickson and I can not say enough good things about my 5 year old sons experience. I think he chatted Dr Erickson’s head off the whole time he was so comfortable. Poor Dr Erickson lol.The office ladies were amazing, calm and courteous. I’ve read a previous review from a disgruntled new patient and my experience was soooo not like that AT ALL!I’ve even had a phone call when we overpaid. I work in reception for a medical office so I have high expectations and they were more than met! Keep up the good work I say! Happy customers/patient momma here.

I used to be a huge fan of this office, and disagreed with most friends who didnt like it. My last 3 visits I felt very unwelcome and actually seemed to be very inconvenient for the staff. I stopped going, but my family still uses this office. I personally am not going to book an appointment in a place that isnt happy to see me when I arrive.

Even with the COVID restrictions and rules this group of folks rock!!!
