We had a big pine on our property with a ton of dead and overhanging lower branches - some of the branches were positioned over our service cable and caused a huge outage for us last winter. Courtney came over to advise on what to do about the tree, and we decided to get it pruned. The three gentleman that arrived to do the job were very courteous and professional, and took into account some special requests about the property. They did an awesome job, Im very happy with the result!

The workers communicated very well about their plans for our tree work. We walked around the property before they got started, and we were given good explanations about which trees needed to come down and which could remain. They were very patient when we had questions during the work. The work itself was very efficient. Cleanup was complete. They cut logs to fireplace length for us. Arbor Tech recently removed several red pine trees in our yard that were dead (and they did an excellent job). This service performed for this review was their return to grind the stumps of those red pines plus the stump of a very large white pine tree that was still in our yard. Very professional business. This was my second time using ArnorTech services. They removed 15 very tall white pines and 3 other nuisance trees to open up an area where we intend to install a pool. Although most would have impacted our house if felled the wrong direction, we never had a worry. The crew was very efficient and left the site cleaner than when they arrived.

ArborTech came out to the property to trim and cable an old large Butternut Tree to maintain its health and safety to the property. ArborTech worked very hard removing 4 trees, one large pine near the water and two 12 birches near the pine. The pine was taken down by a climber who worked methodically and the pieces fell onto the ice and were then removed up a slight hill into a chipper. The men worked like dogs and completed the operation in about 4 hours. A remaining dead oak near the road was removed the next morning very efficiently. ArborTech will be receiving more of our work as a result of their efforts.

One of our clients had a large 36” white pine tree located very close to their house and leaning towards the home. We discovered a tree that was showing signes of bark falling and dying. Further ispection, we found the tree looked to be severely compromised at the base. The tree had no access and could only be safley removed using a crane. I contacted 2 other tree removal companys along with Arbor Tree removal. One never returned the phone call, Arbor Tree and the other company did schedule and make a site visit. I was greated onsite by Ronnie from Arbor Tech. He showed up on time and was professional during the inspection. He was great and clearly explanied what he was proposing for the removal of the tree. He submitted a detaled / itemized quote 2 days later for approval. The other company never submitted a quote, they simply called by phone and told me a price (which was 50% higher) to see if i was interested and if so they could spend the time to submit a formal quote. It was clear to me that Arbor Tech would be our choice, not only price but the professional as well. The Arbor tech quote was accepted and approved, we set date for them to remove the problem tree. The intial date had to be moved per weather delays. They contacted me right away and did what they could to reschedule for the follwing week.. We contacted Arbortech about a large old growth white oak limb that had developed a stress fracture and over hung our house. Short story shorter, they sent out someone quickly to look at the branch and even discussed options to make the work a bit more affordable to us. The morning they where scheduled they showed up even earlier than expected and within about 20 minutes they safely and, with care to ensure the health of the tree, removed the limb. Additionally they listened to our request to have all the brush and wood remain on our property (something others we have worked with did not listen to). This alone put them above and beyond as far as we are concerned. They even cleaned up the work area of fallen leafs and saw dust.

They came on time, the estimate was very fair. The guys went above and beyond for us and left the area VERY clean. They all seemed reliable and the work was done safely.

I cant say enough about what a great experience we had with ArborTech. They came on short notice to deal with a downed tree on our roof. The guys who did the work were extremely friendly and efficient. They quickly removed the tree and did a full clean up of the debris, including stacking the wood they cut from the fallen tree. I had an appointment last Friday for ArborTech to come to my house for an estimate. We waited an hour after the agreed upon window and they didn’t show. The team was friendly and professional, performing their work in the least invasive way possible. We just had Arbor-Tech complete the removal of several moderately large and medium trees that were either diseased or shading our yard excessively. We had a very dangerous situation with a huge cracked leader from a giant white pine threatening our camp on an island. From the beginning ArborTech was responsive and professional. Recognizing the threat they worked hard to get us on the schedule in a timely manner. The communication was exceptional regarding timing of the pick up at the dock of the crew as well as explaining the process of taking down the 120 ft tree in pieces on an island with nothing but climbers, chainsaws and ropes. I used Arbor Tech to remove 3 trees in my yard. I was extremely pleased with their work and their pricing as well. They took down the trees and did a great clean up job afterward. They accidentally broke an outdoor lamp in my yard, and immediately agreed to replace it hiring an electrician at their cost which was done within about a week of the tree removal. I do not normally do reviews, but I was so satisfied with them that Im doing one now.
