We ordered windows in March and finally go t them installed July 8th & 9th- Cyrille Call was very informative, we needed to save on our eneergy bill and RMK is targeting about 25% energy reduction for us. 21 windows, 6 hours to install. We are so pleased with the results. We can now invest in SOlar panel. But getting windows first is the right thing to do !

RMK Windows finished up our windows in April 2021. The experience working with their sales and fulfillment team was amazing from start to finish. They were very friendly and professional to work with and everything was handled with ease and expertise. Now that summer has arrived in Tempe, We have noticed a huge improvement to the comfort of our home. The windows remain cool to the touch even in the plus-110 degree temperatures and we can finally open our window shades and have natural light in our home in summer! Our home feels cooler in one area that was always much warmer than the rest of our house. We are extremely happy that we used RMK and wanted to share!

Over promised and under delivered was my overall experience with RMK. Ordered a SINGLE window in early April 2021 and was told by the end of June it would be completed and installed. That date came and went. After hearing absolutely nothing since April, and with my patience wearing thin, I had to call to get an update. The gentleman I spoke with explained the warehouse issues going on but that my window was ready and someone would call to schedule install… if someone had cared enough to communicate the delays I would have understood. But to leave customers in the dark for months is unacceptable. With that being said, the window is lovely and the installers were on time and professional.

I needed a window part and even though they didnt have that, guy on the phone gave me contact of some other shop who did. I was calling every window installer for that information in my area but they were the only one willing to help. 5 star for great attitude. This is the kind of people I would like to work with in future when I have a custom window need.

I couldnt be more pleased with my new windows from RMK Windows. It started with a no-pressure sales pitch. And when I say no-pressure, there was absolutely no-pressure. He came, showed and talked about the product and answered all of my questions and I never once felt any pressure to buy. The process of ordering was easy and the salesman was very helpful. The installation was a breeze and the crew was great. 23 windows and 2 sliding glass doors on a 2 story house and the installers got it done in just 2 mornings. The windows look great and I immediately noticed how well they isolated the noise from outside. It is also more noticeable how much more comfortable it is inside the house. No more big temperature differences room to room. Did I mention they look great? Money well spent and I recommend to anyone I talk to about new windows.

I am very impressed with all of the people we worked with at RMK Windows! The salesman did a great job explaining the benefits of the windows and we didn’t feel pressured to buy. The installers were on time and professional. And they come a few days later and make sure everything is installed right and working properly. Windows are awesome! They were all very friendly and courteous. On time. Kept us in the loop through the whole process. Had no issues at all. Windows look amazing and we already notice a difference in the temperature our house is staying.

My experience was bad. They sent a guy around our neighborhood with the pitch that we will get about 50% off retail cost if we let our home be an advertisement home for the neighborhood. We set up a quote and the sales pitch was dishonest with shady sales tactics. He even promised $100 if their sales guy made us feel pressured. After 2 hours of sales pitch the salesman hands me a $25k quote showing how its half the price of competitors and retail. And I need to commit now for the best deal (heavy pressure). We liked the windows themselves but decided to wait and not commit. During the next 3 days I had 2 competitors come and quote us for the same job, one of them the exact same window and brand. Both competitors has nearly identical prices to the RMK 50% off quote. Their sales pitch was a scam and the salesman, Colby, lied to us. I do not recommend using this company. They dont even list their actual office address on here, its a mailbox only.

Wow! Is the word I can think of with RMK windows! From the start when Jake Colby came by our house. He explained what the windows looked like, how they operated and how the team operated! When our windows came in the crew that came to put them in were amazing! First their personalities were wonderful and they were all so nice. They worked so efficiently to get our entire house done. Now for these amazing windows!! They are the best! They open and shut so easily. We love that they open in both directions. They also work so effective! I highly recommend RMK windows to anyone who is looking to put new windows in!

We just had RMK Windows replace every window in our house, and couldn’t be happier with the results. Our A/C unit doesn’t work nearly as hard to keep the indoor temperature comfortable, we can let in light without worrying about letting in heat, and we now have an unobstructed view of the yards (no more sun screens). Jake, our representative, was amiable, professional, and responsive. He kept us informed, and kept our project rolling and on time. The installation crew was the best. 19 windows replaced in less than 4 hours in the middle of an Arizona record heat wave. The guys were friendly, courteous, meticulous, efficient, and cleaned up every scrap of debris. They were kind to each other and to us.The windows are beautiful. They keep out the heat and the tint keeps the sunlight from being glaring. We cannot feel heat on the inside glass, and we don’t miss the sun screens at all. We have movable windows and increased air circulation where we only had non-opening windows before. The outside noise is barely audible.We priced the project against competitor bids and decided to go with RMK Windows. We are glad we did. Our A/C costs are dropping dramatically. Jake Colby was super friendly, very knowledgeable and through about the product. Then when it was time to install there crew showed up on time and did a fantastic job on the install, they all where friendly and polite. You would not believe how fast the install is. They where clean and most certainly left my home in better shape than when they arrived. I highly recommend this company and product to anyone who wants new windows. You will not be disappointed. If you are thinking about replacement windows, I would highly recommend talking to Jake from RMK Windows.After looking at several products, we decided to go with RMK vinyl windows. Jake came out and explained their build and installation process (five weeks start to finish for us), gave us a bid for the whole house along with the option to split the order.We opted to do half the house first to see if they we as good as they said.I must say that these windows are every bit as good as advertised. They look great, open and close easily, and the amount of heat let in is a fraction of what the original windows let in (We could neither touch the original windows when in direct sunlight nor leave the blinds open as the room would quickly heat up - so we lived in the dark). Now we leave the blinds open most of the day and enjoy the view. In fact, they worked so well that we turned around and replaced the rest of the Windows 2 weeks later

This was a professional job from beginning to end. It began with an invitation from a rep going door to door in our neighborhood. The sales person was respectful, knowledgeable, competitive, and accommodating as we began to work with her. We reviewed the quality of the windows and were satisfied RMK has a good product. The installation was well organized and all workers were respectful of our home. They were even mindful of July heat, sending everyone home at 1pm to keep job quality high. The manager came a few days later to inspect everything done, and a painter came to touch up around each window. We are very happy with the quality of the windows and what they had added to our home.

Let me start by saying, my Sales Rep was awesome. He hooked me up with what I needed for a great price. The contract stated my window would be installed 6-8 weeks which means they would for sure be installed before the end of march. The contractors were really awesome! They ended up arriving the end of march and got my windows installed, except for the sliding door. The sliding door opened the wrong way. I get it. Things like this happen. Within the next month the get back over. The door was installed, but there was something wrong with the way it was sliding. The Owner even came over to make sure the door was installed right. His name was Brian, really nice guy. I appreciate him stopping and talking me through what was going on. Very honest guy. Theyre the type to make sure things get done the right way. Id recommend them to anyone :) Message me if you want to come and see the job they did for me!

We got windows a few months ago from rmk! We are very happy with them! We live next to horse properties so we hear roosters all the time and cows! Since weve gotten these windows I dont hear them anymore. Also we have a baby whos room is at the front of the house and we have always been worried about her room and the safety. With these windows they are completely safe with the safety features and she doesnt hear the loud trucks driving by. Its been so amazing! And then the heat you could feel how hot it was on the outside but on the inside you couldnt tell it was even hot outside its been awesome! Then the install team they were amazing couldnt have asked for better! Great company, great windows great customer service and great price!

Love my new windows. The crew was quick friendly and efficient. As for energy efficiency, I cannot give exact numbers because the first month after installation I had to have industrial dryers running for 5 straight days and due to the location of the dryers, the AC ran for 5 days straight. My electric bill for the month was actually less than the same time frame from the year before.

Replaced our 30 year old windows and can feel a huge difference in temperature throughout the house. They were quickly and professionally installed and had painters there for any touch up soon after. They were great!

We have lived in our house for three years and have always had hot spots. The front room our master bedroom and the babies room where always much hotter then the rest of the house. Our A/C unit could never catch up and would run all day trying to keep a temperature it couldnt reach especially in the afternoons. But after our new windows from RMK im glad to report the living room no longer needs a fan to keep us comfortable and the other rooms are as cool as the rest of the house. On top of that our A/C unit actually shuts off periodically. The day they installed the windows I was worried we would never get the house cooled back down till later in the day. They finished installation around 2pm and immediately felt the lack of heat coming through the windows and just a few hours later our A/C unit actually kicked off and we were floored by that. Great job and installation crew were courteous. Windows look great. I did wait 2 months to write the review as I wanted to see our energy bills. Installation happened 2 weeks into our billing cycle and our electric actually cost $50 less from the previous 2 years. Our next billing cycle from June 20 to July 20 wasnt as much of a savings but still atleast $50. But its because we started setting the A/C even lower at nights and during the day because who doesnt want to sleep cold. I bet anyone who installs the windows and really wants to test their limits of reducing their bill each month would see a huge savings. As for us, we are just way more comfortable then we have ever been in our house.

My house was built in 1984 and had old, single pane, inefficient windows. We had been wanting to change them out for years but honestly, we didnt know how to do it or where to start. One morning, the was a knock at the door and a nice young man was at the door selling RMKs services. I decided to set an appointment to follow up with the salesman and learn more about RMKs offerings. I was very impressed by their product and the warranties that comes with all of their windows as well as the easy financing options that they offered and we decided to move forward and purchase the windows. We are very happy with our new windows and sliding glass door. They are very high quality and have already made a difference on our electric bill. Not only are they efficient, but they look beautiful too. We used to have a problem with one side of the house getting much warmer than the rest of the house during the hot part of the day. We no longer have this problem and I have noticed the air conditioner does not have to run constantly like it did before. We had problems with two of the windows after installation but Tim (the person we dealt with the most) was quick to get it taken care of and made sure our windows looked and worked perfectly. They even painted after installation. I would strongly recommend RMK Windows. They were friendly, pleasant, and willing to do whatever it took to make sure we were happy.

RMK Windows was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish on our window replacement project. From our first meeting with Jake (sales rep), through the install process and then the demostration of their warranty commitment the RMK team was top notch. We had recently purchased a 1980s home that had been remodeled inside and out except for the windows. The energy and sound improvements with the new windows is incredible and look great too. The smoothness of the windows to open and close is such an improvement over our original windows. The installers were very profressional, cleaned up their work like they were never there, and were very thouruogh in showing us the operation of each window type that was installed. After the windows were complete we noticed a blimish in one of the planes of glass and RMK was very quick to respond and have it replaced, a testiment to their warranty. The process went so smooth from start to finish, we are happy to recommend RMK Windows to everyone we know!
