I am beyond disgusted of this company! The deal was rent a truck get a month free on your storage unit well I reserved both together, and here I am trying to get my storage unit and I can’t get it with the month free. The lady I spoke to was absolutely rude to me didn’t care at all what I had to say. I’m so beyond irritated that I would even spend this type of money on a company like this. $200 for a U-Haul truck rental and can’t even get my storage! I’m disgusted.

I have had two units here for at least two years. The original unit that I got was in the windowed area and we live in Arizona the unit was way too hot for my items they were gladly appreciative of me and accommodated me moving my property to another unit farther inside the building which made the AC a lot better I appreciate it their customer service they were very professional and on time and courteous they even assisted me in moving my items from one unit to the next if I needed it I am very happy with the access and availability of my unit and no one has harassed me or questioned any reason for me being there to get my items even when it was in a lengthy period of time I would recommend this facility to many people. I would also add that the best way to pay for the storage is to put it on auto pay and make sure that if you are going to stop payment that you do it 2 weeks to 30 days in advance before you do so that way it assures you getting your money back I have not had no troubles paying or having any payment problems with this facility.

The reason Im giving it 3 stars is because we reserved the largest enclosed trailer a month prior but when we arrived to get it we were told they had none. My husband said that wed reserved that particular one but all they said was oh well, these others are available. Basically that take it or leave it attitude was unprofessional. Everything worked out in the end, but just the overall experience was eh.

Go elsewhere for a hitch installation !Scheduled an appointment for 2/6 two weeks in advance. Never received a call confirming my appointment in the days leading up. Called today and they had me on the calendar for the 16th because the part was on back order. It would have been fine if someone had communicated this to me! But I planned my day around having a hitch installed at a certain time/date. Refund has been initiated on their end by the GM....*2/7/21 update - GM never initiated refund as promised. Had to call corporate customer support to have them issue my refund. Goes to show you how this location does business!*

After my 2nd bad experience with this location and Uhaul in general, I wont be recommending Uhaul or their moving services on Uhauls movinghelp.com to anyone.

Aweful customer service. After I rented a 12x6 trailer and picked it up (which took an hour and a half of waiting on someone to hook up the trailer since they wont let you do it yourself) I called three times. Waited on hold for 20 minutes each time. Someone answered and set the phone to the side and would not speak to me though I could hear employees talking each time. I eventually drove to the location and extended my reservation which is all I wanted to do. When I arrived two of the employees exited the single toilet bathroom one at a time. When I mentioned someone answering the phone and setting it down I was told no one had been inside for the last half hour. I dont care what people do on the clock as long as they take care of what they are getting paid to do. It took over 2 hours to extend my rental time, something that could have been done in less than 3 minutes. This isnt a review of the place just the employees working there today I guess.

Cannot get through on the phone. held for 18 min someone answered and asked what I wanted, next thing I know Im on hold 30 min later I give up. Terrible terrible svc. do not use these people

Robinson, the manager, is a lying thieving unprofessional tool. We purchased a hitch, weve attempted to pick it up twice and both times they refuse to give us the hitch that we paid for. Weve provided a copy of the receipt, the reservations and he continues to request additional payment. Absolutely disgusting, Incredibly rude, thieving behavior.

I have had 2 different storage units here. Paying my bill has been a nightmare. I will pay just fine for months and then suddenly, I have no units on file. I have had late payments because of this and I am waiting on terminal hold now trying to get in and pay my bill.

This location NAILED IT! Excellent customer service, friendly knowledgeable employees, that got my in and out quickly, and didnt up sell me, or hit me with ticky tacky charges. These people at this location KNOW THEIR STUFF! Returning the truck was easy, as it is posted where you have to go - The return process took minutes - If I ever need to rent a truck again, this is the location I am going to use! GREAT JOB TO THE WEEKEND CREW AT THIS UHAUL - YOU PEOPLE ROCK!

Terrific experience renting a trailer for my move to Utah. Tanner went above and beyond making sure I got the right size trailer and helping me get the correct hitch for it. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. 10/10

Reservations on trucks and storage units actually mean a waitlist. Don’t expect to reserve something and be able to walk in and collect it on your scheduled day. They take more reservations than available units/trucks. Terrible practice.

Do NOT come here for Propane. Have waited 45 mins for the “Manager” to come fill my 2 tanks. I’ve walked inside 3 times and he continually keeps saying he will be right ou and then just keeps helping customers walking in. None of the other employees are capable of filling Propane. Complete WASTE of time.

Tried to fill propane tanks here. Stood there for 25 minutes ringing the bell twice, than went inside to ask and all I got from the employee was “um I’m not certified we’ll get somebody”. Went back out and stood there for another 15 minutes and just left with empty tanks. Such a waste of time going there!

Someone not on my account was allowed into my storage unit. Ive already discussed with management but really disappointed, still.

Tanner was very helpful. He resolved a problem returning boxes I purchased from a non corporate store . I wont ever do business with a non corporate store again.

I completed my rental. The rental truck that was provided to me was unsafe. The ride was uncomfortable, the power steering on the truck is needing repair, the shocks on the truck is needing repair. The smell of gas and other fumes while driving is very unsafe.I asked f there anything that they can do as of a discount or anything. The employee was unhelpful. Asked if theirs a first res-ponder discount. They didnt know anything.I feel that I shouldnt have to pay full price for an unsafe vehicle.

My drop off changed to this location. When I got there, I wasnt found in the system. James changed it within a few minutes. He was very efficient, professional and courteous. Thank you James for your awesome customer service!

Was a long line when I showed up on a Sunday morning. Plenty of staff to quickly get through the line. Customer service was on point. Was helped by 3 different employees between renting a truck and a storage unit and returning the truck. Waiting area and gave me a bottle of water while I was waiting for my ride. Excellent U-Haul facility. Best one I’ve been to.

I love it here!! Monica has helped me so much in making sure the transition of putting my things in storage was as smooth as possible. She takes the time to know her customers and understand their needs. I cant say enough about how much the employees at this facility have helped me out. They are very customer service oriented and have really big hearts. Thank you for everything!

I had never been to a Uhaul store and found myself in need of a hand truck for the day. I stopped in and Dianna helped me out quickly, making conversation and joking along with me about having to go through the whole rental process as if I was renting a moving truck or trailer... Before I left she told me not to go crazy with it and I assured her I would try not to drive it too fast, lol. I returned it the next day and the owner, Tanner, provided me with the same great service, taking care of the return in under two minutes. If I ever need moving supplies or rentals again Im definitely returning here! Great job guys!

Paid in full for a 15’ truck on Friday as well as the auto transport to tow my Jeep. I was told at the time of payment that I could pick up the auto transport later to give me time to load the Uhaul with my belongings first. I set a date to come back in on Sunday (today) and pick up the auto transport. I was told that it would be here since I reserved it and paid for everything. However, when we pulled in today with the Uhaul truck to attach my personal vehicle on the auto transport, I was told that it had been rented out and that we had to wait for another customer to return one. I’ve paid $1798 for everything, including all the insurance. Not good. Not happy.

When I got to the website and specifically reserve a 20 Truck at this specific location 5 days early (because the 26 was not available at this location, 5 days early).. I expect I will get my truck, not a phone call the day before telling me the truck will not be available. What a disgusting joke. People make plans around your stupid reservation system not to be screwed over less than a day before they are scheduled to pickup the truck! Uhaul sucks, Uhaul Review, Do not use Uhaul.

This used to be my favorite U-Haul location until now. Went in expecting to see Griffin and was told that he doesn’t work here anymore. I was then helped by someone else and didn’t have the same experience that he provided. Will not be coming back to this location.

This location has the absolute WORST customer service. There is a bell you ring for service and all you get is employees that stare at you (including the damn manager). What a damn joke! When you wait 10 minutes and no one comes to assist...their HORRIBLE employees just stare at you...go somewhere else. What a damn joke this place is!

The staff at this place is great. I lost the key I had to my hitch cover lock and the guy there spent a good amount of time grinding it off. Not a single complaint from him.The trailer was in excellent shape and they hooked it/took it off, no problem.I will be returning should the need arise

My experience was very positive. They were generous when I ran slightly over on my rental. They thew in a few things for free just to help me and my roommates on my move. Truly good people and I would do business with them again in a heartbeat.

We rent uhaul trucks from this location often. Having experiences with many different uhaul locations around town, this is one of our favorites. We haven’t had any issues with billing or availability. Griffith is super helpful and professional, and we look forward to working with him in the future.

Terrible front counter personnel. We reserved 3 dozen moving blankets and when we arrived and checked in they informed us at the last minute that they were out of moving blankets. They did not bother to call other locations or figure out how the situation could be remedied...it was just an oh well attitude.

I guess my review didnt save?Okay well, this location has really nice & helpful employees, who explain all prices, potential fees, time frames, umm insurance...all w/ no pressure or bitchy voice tones.......very opposite! Very very nice!When we picked up & dropped the truck off, the whole process was super quick & easy. I was allowed to leave my car in their parking lot, overnight, too, w/ no attitude or issues, so that was nice & super helpful!!Theres several Uhauls in the area, but since I had such a good time w/ this one, I totally recommend it, for all your in-town or long distance, travel needs!

I actually have used this location multiple times for my various moves around Gilbert. I havent ever had an issue and the pickup/drop up was super simple to use.Not only that but online check-in makes things very easy as the last time I used them I simply parked my car, found my truck, did the inspection on the phone, and left with the truck in hand.After using uhaul a couple times now, I can not state enough that not all uhaul locations are the same. However this is one that I would recommend to anyone needing to rent a moving vehicle.

Used them on and off for years. Every issue Ive ever had has been handled well for the most part. Staff and management is nice and the facility is well take care of, so is their fleet of rentals.

Went to get my truck and system was down and leave then mins later mr Lee call me after system back on and get my job done.

I have not rented an Uhaul or storage from here but I do refill my propane thank here. Their staff are some relaxed, easy going people and have always been friendly when I go into the store. I do always see people coming in and out of this location and would like to think that they had a the same experience as me.

I went with my mother n law to get a truck she had on reservation. Well, the truck was not there, the party that was supposed to return it at a specific time wasnt there. And they did not have any more trucks!!!how is that??we had to drive to another uhaul miles away to pick up another truck. So inconvenient!

Quick and Friendly service. The cab of the truck we rented stunk incredibly awful. Isnt there something you can do about that?

Sent us on our way to California without securing the strap. This was the 2nd location we went to when we noticed it kept falling off of the tire on the car we were towing on their trailer. We ended up stopping at a gas station, jacking the car up some on the trailer only to discover that they had it all twisted and caught on a piece of the trailer. It wasnt going to work from the beginning. Not one, but 2 locations let us down. We ended up fixing our own problem, thankfully, but the stress and anxiety of a move should never be added onto by something like this.

Do Not rent a vehicle from this uhaul!! They were trying to charge me ove a 1000.00 in damages that are not done to a truck that I rented in good faith!!. Tjat had damages prior to mysrlf picking up the truck. Iprovided my pictures proving damages were not from myself.My charges were reversed .Then the next day taken out of my account again. Making my account negative over a 1000.00 dollars when I called the 1800 service I was told they still showed the vehicle checked out.The manager on the phone stated they have lots of problems at this location. The manager had to call this location to have them close thr ticket. Then Im told there is nothing they can do for me until they talk to credit services. Not careing that we are in the process of moving and need money to move and provide for my children to eat.. I have negative charges in my account. This Manager couldnt even credit me the rental truck and cost I have now.. She gave me the name and number for a Andy the District Manager that couldnt answer the phone.. I will be calling the news and contacting the better Business Bureau. This is not GOOD Business.So So hurt of this I cant believe the neglegence.

I just had a hitch installed and I couldnt be happier. Cost was half of what the car dealership wanted.I booked the appointment online using their automated tools. At the beginning of the appointment, the installer informed me that I didnt need the wiring harness that I prepaid for, so he refunded the cost.The install was done to perfection and came with a lifetime warranty on the hitch.

Moving is stressful, but the staff at this Uhaul location are all very kind and knowledgable. They helped make my move go smooth. Thank you!

I will never rent here again, I needed a bigger unit so I asked for a 10X10. My rent was due on the 8th of each month, I went in on Nov 3rd. I would be paying $132.00 instead of $83.00. Ok ! I understood. Diane the on duty manager said ! After I told her, I wanted my due date to stay the same, the 8th of each month. I cant due that, the computer wont let me due that. But Ill give you a free month, your due date will be dec 3rd. Cool ! Or was it ! 3 days later I get an email saying Im late. So I go in, and diane fixes it, I look at my due date on my ipad. Dec 3rd. Then I decide to go to storage to get my Christmas stuff out, says, access has been denied. So I go up front, and the guy says. Let me get MISTY WARD, the main manager. She was serious and said. Your late. Payment was due on the 3rd. Then said. Your stuff will go up for auction in 60 days. I explained to her about my free month, she said ! We only do that for new customers. Im sorry ! The computer wont let me do anything. Thats funny. Why was diane able to do it. And she says she cant do it ! What a joke ! Should of had my wife rent it ! And not said anything. My plans were to move out, which I did. And leave the lock on the unit. And after 60 days, they can auction an empty unit. But my wife went back and removed the lock, and now Im ticked off at the wife. Thats how much this place pizd me off.I was never late on my rent, always on time. But she was making out to be like it was my fault. My fault for their false advertising. I ran into people moving out. They said they also had problems with U-Haul. I wish I could give 0 stars. Rent with public storage, they are ALOT cheaper, and friendlier. U-Haul can kiss &%$#@$#@&

Long wait times in line on weekends. Not a knock on this location but uhaul in general. Dont like spending 25+ minutes in line waiting to buy 4 boxes. There must be a reservation line and a sperate boxes and accessories line.

Horrible customer service at this site! My husband called to find out if he could change the original drop off location (and they ACTIVELY dissuaded him to use their facilities!) Once we arrived, yes, a couple minutes before the 7 PM closing time... They had already locked the doors and wouldnt even come to the door. The two employees that came out of the building ignored us and would BARELY even tell us how to do a night return.It was the complete opposite of the service we received in Oregon! I dont think that ALL Uhauls are created equal (Maybe the highly rated manager should rethink his hiring process!) We will never recommend this place to anyone, EVER!

I was originally told over the phone that the final month could be prorated, but when I went to make that payment, they said they dont prorate payments. So I paid the full months rent on one week of storage. If they tell you something, ask for it in writing.

I go here for propane as it is the closest. Prices are high, employees hate filling bottles. You have to wait after pressing the buzzer or go in side to tell them you need propane while they clearly know you are there. They check the date of the bottle hoping to get out of filling it.
