This review is in regards to a project I originally accepted on 10/7/2020. After arriving at the job site (a holiday Inn parking lot) I attempted to call the point of contact with the number provided on the job ticket (no other instruction was provided on the ticket) After several failed attempts, I contacted the office and was informed they had made a mistake and the project was for 10/8/2020. I was compensated for my time as long as I agreed to arrive at the job site the following day. I agreed. After arriving the next day, I again made several failed attempts to contact the point of contact. I then contacted the office and was relayed to a third party call center in Chicago! Because no one was available in the Gilbert office. Two individuals in the Chicago relay center attempted to contact the office and point of contact to no avail. I was then reassured I would be compensated for my time spent both days. Later in the afternoon, I was contacted by the office and told they were in meetings that morning and unable to answer the phones. I was then again reassured I would be compensated for the first wasted day and that they would figure out the second wasted day compensation. This morning (10/9) I called the office to ask about the last two days compensation and was told I woild be compensated for the first wasted day, but not the second! Payment for my time should not be withheld due to the lack of organizational skill of the gilbert office staff!

Very unprofessional staff and unfair to workers. So I signed up for a job with them and the job DID NOT say to call in on the app and even gave me an electronic work ticket. I accepted the job with the app and then arrived on time to the work site the next day. Later I find out that the person at peopleready had taken me off the ticket because she said she could not contact me by phone. My phone wasnt working so of course I could not answer. So I was already at the job site and had gotten ready to work when she said she already sent another person. That person arrived 20 minutes late and the person at peopleready didnt even offer an apology or even pay for arriving. So I did my part and I got nothing in return plus wasted my time. The boss over there even asked her to let me stay, but she insisted the other person work there. These people run the place like a bunch of chickens with their head cut off. They are not organized at all. This is the last time I will ever work for them. Go somewhere else if you can to get work. These guys will short change you on this and that and treat you like your less than them

Absolutely the worse customer service experience ever. Talk about miscommunication by Heidi and her staff. Im moving today and prearranged for guy to help me move today from San Tan Valley to Mesa. They send a woman that shows up not in San Tan Valley but Mesa 1 hour late, then another takes a bus there! After at least 6 calls and 2.5 hours later the woman said oh her car wont make it that far and the bus doesnt run here. I paid $500 for no service. I told Heidi I want my money back for the no shows. She said well I could send you 2 guys for the price of one now 3 hours late. No I want my money back I cant afford to wait I only have now a couple hours to get the truck back and they arent prepared to drive to San Tan to Mesa. My Father & Mother had to drive from Apache Junction to help and not in the best of health. It takes 10 days Im told to get my money back. All this could have been avoided if they would have followed instructions instead Heidi now blames the new office girl deflecting the whole situation. This company and the office Manager Heidi really let me down after communicating with them for 3 days. Inexcusable!I will go and review other media sites along with my Family that used this company and they made a lot of money from them. That will end. Alan Smith

Once you come in ask for the online survey acceptance code in order for you to even start the paperwork.AS all work places you have to fill out paperwork which takes about 1 hr and they do a drug test that same dayThey did have a job for me the very next day!!If your looking for a side job with daily pay this is the place to be.Antwan at the front desk was very helpful and super nice I appreciate him for taking his time to explain how things work here THANK YOUI hope this is helpful for you job seekers and good luck!

Such an AWESOME place to come for daily work. Safe place to wait for a job I love this People Ready office. I find the staff at the Gilbert office More Helpful, Friendly, & Understanding. Cant really say that about the West Valley Office.

LAME .Most of the workers work like snails.Complain and talk to other workers.Im done with company.Labor systems had some of their workers on same jobsite.Rep from Labor systems came out passing out Gatorades to their employees .Never has People Ready Staff come do that.Wont even let me use my sick time and have documents from urgent care,Doctor

Ana is Extremely rude she Dosent help at all and she makes fun of people and all she answers is “SO” O well I think they sould Terminate her and put a friendly person who can help us she is one of the most rude persons I have ever talk to I think they sould really have a talk with that person.

Do not try working through this So-called people ready. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. They were very rude to my old sick ill mother who was there in support of me because I worked a 9hr day and did not get paid. If I could put 0 stars then I would. Terrible TERRIBLE service! You are NOT viewed or treated as human here. I was put on an assignment where the foreman was zonked out on pain killers all day... almost died MULTIPLE times during our two days together. Dude kept nodding out at the wheel. I got fed up and reported it to Labor Ready but they only pretended to care. Theyre still putting people on assignments with that guy because his company pays THEM well. They dont care about your safety or anything else about you. Youre just there to risk your life making them money while they sit back on their lazy, fat, rude a$$es

My boyfriend has worked for them off and on for over 3 years and has gotten 2 full time jobs and is currently working out of town due connections he made through them , I think it depends how determined you are, my only negative is they should pay higher wages

My father has been going every day for a couple weeks and has only work 2 days. He asked them how they stay in business if they have no jobs to send people on and they said they are federally funded. They dont even care if they find you a job. I dont recommend going here, cause you have to sit and wait for hours in order to get a job and waste your whole day cause no one goes out.
