I have been using Spotless Pools since they started and have done an excellent job maintaining my pool. Just recently my pool pump was blowing fuses and my water feature pump was having problems. (Age related). The came out replaced both pump and replaced items that we leaking do to the age (plus sun exposure.) The cleaned up the site and labeled all pipers as to the direction of the water flow which was never done before. The repainting of all the pipes also cleaned up the site. The tech did excellent work, kept me informed on the progress, tested the work for leaks and correct operation, and cleaned up the work site before leaving.

Shane has little to no integrity. We would never do business with this guy nor his company. He is rude, cocky and arrogant over the phone. He almost never answers his phone. You always have to leave a message and then he selects who he wants to call back. He does not publish his business address and he hides behind his phone number and his vague website. He has no accountability for his dishonesty. We would recommend everyone stay away from this guy and his business. He is untrustworthy, he lies and cheats people. He illegally places his advertising signs on the four corners of intersections through out Chandler and Gilbert to promote his business. He has been warned by the city multiple times that he is breaking the law, but yet he ignores the law. This guy needs a heavy fine slapped on him to teach him a lesson for continually breaking the law by advertising on city or town property. Below is one of the signs this company places on the street corners all over the valley illegally to promote their business. Stay away for your own good.

I tried to make an appointment for a Wednesday as they had asked. They got back and said it was filled up. Definitely understandable. They offered for a Thursday instead. I agreed for them to meet my wife while I was at work. Nobody showed to the appointment. I emailed them back for a reason and no answer. Terrible customer service skills.

Shane and his team are awesome!!!! We had a leak in our pool system and they came out same day to fix it. Since then they have been maintaining our pool and it looks great. Thanks guys!!

Spotless Pools might not be the cheapest pool cleaner but the job they do is excellent. They are friendly and after they clean the pool and equipment (included in the cost of cleaning so it is about the same price as my last pool cleaner) they send me pictures of the work they have done. I highly recommend them.

Very pleased with services of Spotless after only 3 weeks using their company. Tobias is punctual, efficient in maintaining our pool. In 20+ years since installing our pool and using 3 other pool cleaning companies, Spotless has proven superior.

They do an awesome job cleaning our pool! The owners knowledge on pool equipment and repairs has been very helpful as well! Even when we aren’t home we get a picture sent to our phone of the pool being cleaned. This service is by far the best out there.

Spotless Pools does a fantastic job. Pricing for weekely service seems fair, as they include all the chemicals, filter washing every 3 months. They also text me with an ETA so I can make sure my dogs are locked up. I highly recommend them.

Shane and Todd have taken care of my pool for the past few years. I do the regular maintenance and then they come and fix the stuff I break. They are always quick to come, and even though I dont use them for regular maintenance, they never hesitate to answer my questions on what I could be doing better. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Their customer service was excellent! They had great communication, letting us know when the they were coming & the status along the way. After they fixed a leak there was another leak in the same area & they worked with us on getting the other leak fixed at a reasonable cost. Affordable & quality work.

We have their weekly service and our pool is always spotless. Repairs are done at a reasonable rate and in a timely manner. I highly recommend them for all of your existing pool needs.

Spotless Pools did an amazing job on my pool. I had called a competitor as referral from s buddy of mine, I was put on hold for 5 minutes then I had to leave a message and nobody called me back!! I called Spotless Pools and Shane the owner answered the phone, he was professional and polite and he cam out the next morning to assess my pool, he gave me an honest opinion on my pool, I knew right then that I wanted Spotless Pools to do the acid wash and set me up. The crew was just as professional and polite. Spotless Pools is the only people I’ll have work on my pool. I Highly Recommend then for any of your pool or spa needs!!!

They came out and cleaned and acid washed my pool. It was really bad and full of black algea. Now the pool looks like brand new. The technicians were prompt fast courteous and right on time both days. They finished quickly. Price was very good for the amount of work they did. I will use them again. Spotless Pools serviced my pool very professionally! I never once had a no show and the staff were always well dressed and super polite. (Most of the time you will always have the same person servicing - not someone different showing up every week like past companies Ive used). Same day service when needed for problems that arose - once we were out of town when our older pool filter burst; once a tree root caused a leaking pipe - Shane, the owner, is only a text away from help! Cant recommend Spotless Pools enough.

Spotless may be the name of the company, but thats not how they left the edges around my pool after a recent calcium removal treatment. I could go on about other negative aspects about doing business with this company but Im not going to waste any more time and effort on them.

If I could leave negative stars I would. This company took my money, charged it to my personal account instead of the credit card I gave them, and charged me nearly $200 more than originally quoted. It took them a week to refund the money to the right card, after they had already cancelled the service they charged me for on 4 separate occasions. The last cancellation was after they had sent out a personal rep to apologize and swear they would be there the following days to perform the service and installation of our backwash system. After calling the customer service professional named Becca they had there I was told they had no idea where the tech was or when he could possibly be out Then a phone call 20 mins later with then being as sweet as pie, apologetic and swearing up and down he would be there tomorrow. Twenty more minutes go by and I get a text saying he cant make it tomorrow either. At this point its been over a week. We were also moving, they had known this from the beginning and were charging us $195 a month when they quoted my husband and had a written form specifically saying $145. When I asked them about the extra charge they said $195 was the agreement all along, then they then said it was an extra $50 for a floater that they replaced without telling us, then they backtracked again up and made up another excuse for the charge and still did not fix it like they said. The day before we moved after everything had seemed to be set swearing up and down they would have someone out or refund us for the services they charged us for and never executed. They texted us after they said a tech could no longer come and said they were discontinuing services with us. We said fine, please just refund all money for the services that were never done and told them they were a bad pool company. They said we were always horrible clients, this was coming from the coustomer service rep, and that they would refund us the following week after the owner came back into town. My husband had now had enough, out nearly $650 dollars for a week and now they are ending services and refusing to refund for an additional week right in the middle of our move. Becca their customer service rep said the owner would be unreachable for a week. My husband called the police and reported the company for stealing our money and withholding services and called them back. He explained he would press charges if they did not refund our money and if they held it for an additional week for when it should have been refunded the week before The owner called, refused to refund, cursed my husband out and threatened him, then after he told him he was pressing charges with the police he said he would refund the money no problem as long as we didnt press charges with the police. It was like a horrible dream. The owner finally returned the money, FINALLY, but we are paying for it now living across the country and trying to sell our house with a green pool because they decided to scam us a day before we moved. We were originally very happy with this company as they did a Major service we paid them over a grand for, no problems with that until they started to charge us more and more for little things, sending out reps that made false prmosises to our house wasting our time, and their sad excuse for a customer service rep Becca. Dont use this company unless you want to be lied to, have your money taken, and deal with all kinds of stress. Found out from a a neighbor in my community after the fact that they had flaked out on them too and left them in a bad position, and charged them way more then they said. This company was our worst nightmare, I will never own a pool again, they completely ruined the experience for me.

This company is amazing! I was needing an acid wash. From the moment I made the call to them, to the very end, their customer service has been to notch! Shane educated me on the entire process, and even managed to fit me in the very next morning to acid wash my pool! They started in the early a.m., and the pool was filled and chemicalized the next day, wow! Words really cannot describe how amazing this team is. A picture is worth a thousand words, but in this case, a picture is worth a thousand pool parties! Thanks again Spotless Pools!

Very very high priced compared to others in the area Especially for what you get! I had to let them go and try some body else. Charged me for a month of service that was never completed. Emailed and emailed to get my money back for the month and no replies. I wouldnt recommend these people to anyone. Unfortunately i cant give zero stars.

Not only a great service, but they treat my home like it was there own.

I caught this company illegally dumping their chemical containers in a private garbage can. Both vehicle drivers just smiled, laughed and waved at me as I confronted them. If you are the owner of this company do the right thing.

I second that Shane is untrustworthy. I WOULD NOT use his service. He blocked my number and attempted to take money from me. Took over ten attempts and calling a different number to get him to answer my phone calls and still waiting on he resolution.
