I honestly cannot say enough about this awesome company. Everyone from sales to the front of the store, procurement and delivery have been outstanding! They went over and beyond to ensure that all of my equipment was ready in a timely manner. They provided a competing bid and answered all my questions. Bob even searched high and low for a some equipment that is practically out of stock in the country. Melissa, Chris, Bob, Chase and countless others THANK YOU!

Had Hayward vacuum rebuilt this weekend. Anthony did a fantastic job of taking care of it rebuilding while we waited. Will be back again.

Been taking care of my parents house while they are transitioning from moving from the East coast to AZ and we had a leak in the binding to the filter. Jaspers was hired through Old Republic Home Warranty and this is the WORST experience Ive had with any contractor. Nick their service guy came and we diagnosed the issue and got on the same page about what needed to be fixed, said he was going to work on the report and wed hear back in a couple of days - great! It ended up being close to a week and I called Jaspers to get an update and they told me that the claim was denied because of glue the previous owner had put on the lid. This is fine as I know warranty companies are usually selective about what they will cover, but when I called ORHW to pay the service fee, they had advised that they havent even gotten the report yet!!!! When I called Jaspers and asked why they lied to me Mike said I have a lot of experience and I know they will never cover this and sorry it is how it is. It was going on a month without this getting done and my parents were going to move in soon, so finally i just had my pool service guy do it, but after he had gotten the parts wouldnt you know I got a call from ORHW saying it was approved, they would cover some of it, and it would be cheaper than what my pool guy had quoted. I really didnt want to work with Jaspers anymore at this point but since wed already gotten approved and it would be cheaper we rolled with it. Nick came back out and replaced the lid on the sand filter, but less than a week later the part was leaking water out of the air valve (picture attached). I called back Jaspers to let them know what had happened, Mike the boss at the service center pretty much cleaned his hands of it and said I would have to file another claim for them to finish the job to which I told him they lied to me about filing the report and did shoddy work and that I would prefer not to use them again. Mike told me that they are not in the business to lie AWFUL experience from both Jaspers and ORHW I would avoid using both if at all possible

Just some words of friendly advice. Read all comments before doing business with this store. Like all companies they will tell you what they have to, to get the sale then, thats where it ends. If you call for anything there so fast to get you off the phone and when you do have a problem and you call the store its nothing but bad advice and there 2 cents. After 4 weeks of having issues with my 1500.. pentair pool pump, finally someone shows up to replace it and pretty much does everything not to replace it because of how IT WAS INSTALLED>. And then when he leaves (the picture below) it disconnected , and the guy from Jaspers cant come out today, and cant tell you when he can. So more waiting on them for there schedule

John was pleasant at the counter and helped me previously on the phone only place locally that had the part I was looking for in stock and took the time to find what I was looking for. Much appreciated.

SUPER customer service. Very helpful and friendly. Max helped me with a couple of products Wed 6/10. Went back and spoke with a gentleman 6/14. He made some suggestions on the piston/handle for my Hayward pool before setting up appointment for a technician. His suggestion and guidance helped and corrected the issue saving me over $200. Very much appreciated. Had previously gone to Leslies Pools right down the road from them and will not go back.

I got a flyer left on my door offering pool service. I called twice and tried to leave a message but the mail box was full. I texted the next day and never heard back from anyone (now over a week later). You spent a lot of money to produce and distribute flyers. You would have had a customers if you answered your phone, emptied your voice mail, or replied to a text. Very poor service and I never talked to anyone or never had any service. A review from a customer you could have easily had.

I have asked three times for a quote now, they even had someone come out and take pictures. Never any follow up, no quote.... nothing.Guess the resurfacing of my 20,000 gallon pool with pebble Tec just isnt worth it to these guys!And to top it all off they left a flyer on my door asking for my business, irony!Good luck if youre trying to get pricing from them.They responded to this review saying that they provided a quote but they did not, otherwise we likely wouldve gone through them. Great pool supply and part store. I cannot say enough good things about Jaspers. Last April I took over maintenance on my pool/spa from a pool service. They were able to help out with chemical and balance of the pool. The heater recently went out and they were able to walk me through the steps of repairing it.Great guys to work with. Pricing is competitive with online - plus you get to ask an expert questions.

Shawn the Pool Tech is a Great one. Such a huge help to me and my apartment complex. Im the maintenance supervisor, but I lack knowledge when it comes to our swimming pool. I really need to take a class and get my certification. Until then or since I started this job Shawn has been a huge help to me and I will always recommend him to anyone I come in contact with that needs professional assistance with their swimming pool. I’ve had great experiences with Jasper’s. Their prices are very competitive and the service department is top rate. They’ve done re-piping and valve replacements on my saltwater pool and I’ve had zero problems since.

Found this place by accident this summer and wandered in. Great products at low prices. Have used this store all summer and will continue to come here for all my pool care needs. Cole and his crew are not only nice, they know what they are talking about. On a budget? Ask him about rebuilt pumps. I bought one that works beautifully. He not only sold me that pump, he made sure I had the right parts to do the job. The service call I had resolved all the other issues I had quickly and efficiently. I pass probably a dozen pool supply places to get the advice and products he has for me.

My go to for anything pool related. Theyre a smaller shop, but thus far, Ive found everything Ive ever needed that you would find at bigger shops like Leslies, but for better prices. The staff are very knowledgeable and you get that personal attention that is missing at so many places. Love this place!

Best place in town, they are honest and will only sell you what you really need. Also very knowledgeable staff. Not like the chains full of very nice but inexperienced people. Do yourself a favor make this your go to store. My pool has never been easier to take care of since I started going here. Been in the valley 20 years tried em all, these guys are good.

I have been going to this pool store since it opened in Gilbert. I love that Bill greets me by name and has saved me a bunch of money. They even came out and fixed my spa for me.I recommend Jaspers pool to everyone that has a pool or spa.

I went there stressing over a broken motor. Cole took care of me and made my bad situation better. Jaspers isnt close to where I live, but I will continue driving the extra 12 miles over there because of their patience, professionalism and their willingness to go the extra mile to help this customer.

Bill helped me SO much! This guy is an expert at his craft and not trying to up-sell you on anything! He saved me tons of money and taught me so much about how to care for my pool!

Jon diagnosed and repaired the problems promptly and efficiently.We are extremely pleased with the service we received. Terrible customer service!! Asked if they had liquid chlorine and the response was youre asking if a pool store has chlorine?... Maybe if the thought of out of stock crossed your mind then you would comprehend what I was asking for. Extremely rude and does not know how to run a customer friendly environment!

Old Republic Home Protection warranty assigned Jaspers to fix our pool motor. The service has been terrible, Jessie, the technician, broke down twice and canceled appointments. After three weeks, our pool motor is still not working. Worst experience ever with Jaspers AND ORHP!

ABSOLUTE WORST experience Ive ever had with a contractor of any type. I was assigned Jaspers Pool Supply by my Home Warranty company, and I was unlucky enough to get Jessie as my pool tech. He called and asked what was going on. I told him my pump will not prime, and instead of coming out to diagnose it, he takes a guess over the phone and says I need a new seal. I wait over a week for the seal to come in, and him cancelling our appointment 3 different times. He finally comes out, replaces the seal and the pump still doesnt work! He says I have a clog and needs to blow air through the pipes to unclog it. Well, he does that, and you guessed it, still DOESNT WORK. He then says its a plumbing issue and will be back in the morning to change one of the pipes. At this point Im very irritated because he cant make a proper diagnosis. I get a call from the Home Warranty company saying the tech informed them he believes the issue is my fault for letting air run through my pump. The owner John LIED to them saying the tech had been there several times, which he hadnt , and that he made a diagnosis, which he hadnt. DO NOT USE THEM! I requested a new company and was assigned PLO Pools. They came out, diagnosed and fixed the issue in 20 minutes! WHAT A NIGHTMARE!

Worst customer service Ive ever dealt with. I was rescheduled over 5 times!! Never showed up on time. They ended up costing me $300 on top of my service fee!!! Almost 2 months of trying to get my pool fixed and still not done. Please save yourself the headache and find another provider. Id rate 0 if possible!!
